Line man should separate rating between restaurant and driver. Sometime driver is very good but restaurant do wrong order. This is should not combine. Another thing is I found many times that restaurant provide less order but still charge full price via wallet and I cannot do anything, sometime like coffee do the cheaper menu which similar but already charge for higher price. Line man platform should have some functing to remind everyone to do correct order and charge correct price

Be smart: use grab!!! dear lineman, you lied to me. Last night's "fix" took more than 6 hours!?!? that's totally unacceptable. please hire a new team of computer engineers. This is 2020! should your application fail, many will starve. In the mean time, Grab is working excellently. thanks to you imbeciles, my breakfast is becoming my lunchđź‘Ž.

Bad. I ordered food. They couldn't find a lineman to deliver. Cancelled my order and I'm still waiting for a reversal of 250baht into my bank account. Terrible first time experience

If you have a problem with the food you recieved, they won’t help you. No email contact option for customer service, only chat. Wait in queue behind 260 people. Finally get a customer service rep in chat after a long wait, but they dont even give a refund or voucher despite it being a major problem. Just say talk to the restaurant directly. But don’t give the email contact of the restaurant. Also, no English customer service.

App immediatery close when try to open. I have to uninstall and install again and can use only one time. If close app and want to use app again I have to uninstall and install.

Chat admin is terrible and inform rider so late. Some shop, rider or even customer is desperately waiting for admin to answer, however, it takes too long for them to answer customer and even call them once they answer customer call and talk unkindly. I won't use this app and even thier other app anymore. Really disappointed
