So much fun. Environmentally friendly and they honestly help stimulate local businesses. My wife and I stopped in at 3 different stores that we would have passed, if we had been driving a car. Absolutely love it and will do it again! I would suggest a little maintenance one some of the scooters. We kept finding some with lights out and breaks not working as well as expected. Still had a blast. Maybe release a beefier version for us chubby guys? It was hard to keep up with my tiny wife. Haha

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Needed 3 scooters for this trip. 2 of them didn't work. No refund and no credit. I only added 20 dollars to my account. But when the receipts came in my bill/email itwas 3 times what I loaded. I made sure auto reload was not active and still I got bamboozled. Lime lost my future business/money. And I will not refer anyone else. I do not do business with dishonest people or companies.

Slow scooters with no space to place your legs. Incredibly slippery rubber to a point it is dangerous to ride. Brakes are almost non-existent. No-rides zones are drawn with utmost lack of care. Scooter stops riding miles away from the zone and refuses to ride again when you are clearly way past the forbidden area. Do not recommend. The only good thing is a fast barcode scanner, but that's about it.

Unexpected "forbidden zones" absolutely destroy the experience. Not only can we not drive through them, we can't park in them, which basically traps us into taking a longer time on the scooters (and costs more money). Also, the rides are pretty absurdly expensive. Don't think I'll ride them again for longer trips (5ish miles).

None of the scooters work. Probably tried 20 different scooters. Even loaded $10 on the account (which I'll likely never get back). Had bluetooth. Scanned the code (I tried typing it too). It says Starting your ride... And then nothing. At first I thought I was unlucky choosing ones with flat batteries or whatever. But, no. I wandered around trying a bunch. Updated the app. Nada. Don't waste your time and definitely don't load money onto the app. Update: tried Spin and it worked perfectly

"First 10min free" is only displayed as promo (pls make this standard). Fares should be flat, 20-30min <7 usd, not 13 usd I encountered *even with discount* for biking. Pricing is currently non-competitive with bus and personal bikes+scooters (with anti-theft confidence). Pricing is strangely the same for bikes and standup scooters. A stretch ideal is 30min-flat-fare pricing that Chinese bikeshares use (I know those companies' primary markets are not in bikeshare: Meituan Didi and Hellobike)

The app was crash looping today while I was trying to end my ride. I think it was stuck in the "unlock scooter" state. By clicking end ride really quickly I was able to end the ride but that was really annoying - I was late to my appointment because the app kept crashing when I wanted to end the ride, and of course I paid for those minutes as well.

I'm still disappointed. I just reinstalled in a new phone. I'm still having the same problem. When I attempt to go to lime prime and purchase a package. It prompts me to start membership. Then it will say payment failed. Setup payment method. I have 2 cards on file and I can make purchases for single rides.

All kinds of issues with location. Isn't intuitive. Can't check the battery of a scooter before adding it to a group. Decent idea very poorly executed. I could think of a million improvements...

It gets two stars only because I've had great PAST experiences until now. I tried using a scooter at 9:45PM and it wouldn't start. Tried three others and same error. Emailed the customer support and she said I violated Lime Pass ride terms. I don't even have Lime Pass, only Lime Cash. Also, I'd only used it 3 times in October so what's too many? That's like Lyft saying you can't request cuz you request too many. I asked for clarity and no response. Make it make sense Unprofessional.
