UPDATED REVIEW: if you go to ARKcareADvance dot-com site you can login to your profile and then copy and paste all your history from LOGBOOK tab section after applying filter range to ALL TIME and expand LOG DETAILS view . But you still can't delete or edit erroneous/faulty test measurements even though it has an option to edit. Maybe website not compatible with Chrome browser? You still have to give your data to a third party and forced to store it online. ===== Original Review: ===== I normally don't write reviews, but this app is evil created by corporate shysters, so I had to make an exception and write a review. When you sync your meter with your phone, the data is tunneled directly to RELIONLIFE servers. Your data does not stay on your phone. You can't download or email your data from your phone to another program or spreadsheet for further analysis. The app doesn't function without internet connection. You can't even sync your meter with your phone unless you have an active internet data connection. You can't browse through your history without active internet connection either. Your data does not belong to you. If I had known this, I wouldn't have purchased this meter. Deceptive marketing practices. FTC are you listening. I hope a law firm/lawyer reads this and sues them in a major way, CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Also, you can not DELETE FAULTY test results from your history. I had a defective test strip that returned a test result of 20mg/dl, and I tested immediately after with 2 other test strips which gave me results in the normal range. There's absolutely no way to delete the erroneous test result from your history. This distorts your daily average calculations, etc... You might be better off not using the app at all and manually log the data to an excel spreadsheet at the end of the day, print it out and take it with you for your next appointment.

If there is ever a bogus reading, it can't be deleted or modified. So it screws up the averages. The only way to offset it is to perform an algebraic equation to determine a manual reading to enter to compensate for the bogus reading. Really, what were the developers thinking? The choices given in the to assess the reading are mostly good. But the choices for mood are absolutely stupid. I don't get an OTHER category, I have to select one and often there is no clear choice because... they are stupid. Not well thought out. It's no wonder that they don't have a screenshot of the mood choices. My provider is not listed. The only way to get info about how to add them is to call the 800 number. Today, the website is apparently down because I cant load the page, and GBM will not upload any readings. Says cannot load, try again. Walmart's customer service line is jammed up. I've been on hold over 15 minutes.

It's not showing my readings from the day. It was but the last time I logged in the entire day is blank. Nothing I do will bring it back. Doesn't sync well. I guess i got what i paid for.

TO EVERYONE THAT CANNOT SYNC REMEMBER TO PULL OUT THE TEST STRIP FIRST! IT CANNOT SYNC WITH THE TEST STRIP IN!!! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Accurate, fast, glucose tester, with cheap test strips, with the added benefit of storing data via the app. Unfortunately the app does need to present the data in a more useful way, such as graphs and exporting data. Hint hint walmart, get developers on this pronto. Will change to 5 stars after both of those features are added. Would also be nice for this to sync with Google Fit

Terrible! Will not sync readings. Tells you compatible phones are listed in Google Play for androids, and they are NOT! Wants me to rate ads in app and haven't been able to use it to find out. If a ZERO STAR RATING was possible it would get it. But you have to rate at least a 1. TERRIBLE!

OMG this app is beyond useless. It looks like Walmart went on Fiverr and said "What can we get for $50?" After you go through the trouble of making an account with their terrible service (took 3 tries to get a verification code), then pair with the meter over bluetooth (hint: don't enter the first characters of the serial number in parentheses), you finally can actually see the app. That's when the real disappointment hits. If you can get the bluetooth sync to work, you can then view your readings one at a time in a way that takes even more time than just clicking through them on the meter itself. No graphs, no averages, no way to export data to a useful tool. There is also an option to connect your health insurance/provider account to the app. But there's no way I'd ever try to connect a terrible app/service like this to my medical insurance account! This app is a real stinker!

App worked fine 081121, today, it wouldn't load today's screen. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, now? I can't sign back in.. this app has been nothing but problems since the last update...

Was able to turn on meter to "sync mode" then use bluetooth settings on Android phone to fine and pair meter. Restarted phone. Turned on app, took a blood test, followed ALL directions and cannot upload my 1 bs reading. Have entered meter serial# but can't get "sync" in app to find the meter. Just not working. My Bluetooth speakers and TV and radio in car sync up to my phone but not the meter. Shame...

Manual entry is fine, but the sync with the Premier Blu socks, I had to manually pair and once paired it refuses to sync, which was the whole point of the Bluetooth connection. I'm on the latest Samsung Galaxy with the latest Bluetooth chip, etc...so, either I have a dud Premier Blu or it's the app.

Hate this app! 1st it requires you to create an account, then forces you to allow location access every time! Hey Walmart & Relion ... ever heard of HIPPA & privacy? You aren't my provider or PCP ... you don't need access to my medical data or info!
