    Mostly good experience. But when something goes wrong, there's no easy way to communicate. Delivery person calls me after 20 minutes to say the restaurant (KFC) can't seem to receive orders, and just says: don't know what to do, call customer service. Good app design should let users find what they need in the easiest way. E.g.: Your orders > report a problem > restaurant did not receive order. Etc. Asking users to send emails or write a post while hungry is not good UX, more like poor design.

    The app itself works well, but the underlying operations don't. I know it's just a platform and they're can't hold responsible for each single restaurant, but at least in my area (Munich) the reliability of the service is not good. 1/10 times food doesn't come at all for no reason, but the app won't tell you... you'll figure out after 2 hrs. In the cases food arrives, but time varies between 30 mins (great) or 1.5 hrs. Unforeseeable and no.way of tracking it. You'd rather get food yourself.

    Account handling / UI isn't great, but it works. The main functionality, ordering food, works as expected. Delivery times pretty much never reflect reality, but that's an issue between restaurant and Lieferando, therfore I guess three stars are appropriate.

    new in Berlin, I really want to try the service but the app just stops working, it is stuck in an endless "loading restaurants..." most of the time and it freezes, if I click on any of the icons nothing happens.

    Navigation within menus is buggy. Clicking on one category brings you to another one. Basket is emptied after going back to restaurant list.

    Shifting timing - not enough drivers in Nuremberg, so food tends to take longer than predicted with the restaurants unable to do anything about it.

    Worst user experience ever! Latest version of the app appears to have removed the option to drop a note to the food service, causing the delivery person to not beeing able to give me a call b/c the doorbell wasn't working.

    App seems to have a lot of options and several things in English. However, the description of the food is only in german. I would like to see an option to at least see it in English.

    We don't ususally have problems with the app or platform. Sometimes there are problems with the delivery, like a beverage missing and once a burger, but this might be the restaurant's fault. I'd love a way of tipping without having to pay twice. Addind the tip directly to the same pay order would be nice

    I wish there was a way to put custom amounts for tips for the drivers. The 5% 10% 20% options are terrible. I don't want to tip .79cents or 2.35 euro. Let me input the numbers. I also wish they had an option for us to pick up from the restaurant if we don't want to pay the delivery fee.

    Edit: In response to the dev reply, I've already submitted an inquiry. This did not cause a big problem for me, but a hassle for the delivery person. Generally works fine. However I have to give 2 stars due to an address issue with the app. I moved to a new address and clearly put that address. Even my order shows the new address. However later I get a call from delivery to my old address! I just feel bad for the delivey person.

    If yr only activity is related to controlling the order, why should I have to call the restaurant to cancel when waiting time increases so much? I choose the restaurant based on t estimated delivery time so if the restaurant confirms the order w a totally different delivery time (89min i/o 50 prev informed) I should have the option to agree or not w that without having to call anywhere. If I wanted to place calls I'd just contact the restaurants and they would not have to pay Lieferando any fee.

    The user interface is ridiculous, once when I was placing my order it automatically used the restaurant's address as my delivery address. They're never on time and one time the driver yelled at me because he couldn't find my name in the doorbell (I've been living in this apartment for 3 years, and my name's been there since day 1.) overall a terrible customer experience, not recommended at all.

    Deliberately deceptive imagery is used to represent food, stock imagery that makes it confusing to get food that doesn't match; core functionality of delivery tracker no longer works, with deliveries regularly arriving half an hour earlier than the stated time meaning I will be in the middle of something when food unexpectedly arrives; no live customer service to resolve any issues. An awfully lacking service that was only enabled by its monopoly; thankful that a competitor has launched.

    Everything is okay until it's not. Customer support is the worst I have ever seen and I have seen plenty of food delivery apps. If restaurant does something wrong or there is something wrong with the app - the customer is guilty and they won't do anything about it. I suggest you to avoid this app/website at all costs.

    40 minutes turns into 89 in some cases which is mildly annoying! Edit: well some restaurants are very good they deliver just on time! You need the hidden tester customers... They will test the food delivery and call customer service of restaurant to see the quality. That would be awesome if you could filter out the ones that are bad.

    Payment with Google Pay doesn't work in Lieferando app. It is asking me again and again to set up the Google Pay app, which is set up because I am using it daily for most of the payments. Tracking of the order is showing my place as destination in a wrong place, to a different location on the map.

    The app makes it easy to order from restaurants but they bear little accountability in case order is late, or wrong, or even lost. You will have to deal with the restaurant yourself. Their listing also does not include everything and it is not searchable.

    I ordered, payed, the delivery disappeared in the app and I didn't got refunded automatically. I opened a conflict on PayPal and got refunded without a response by lieferando. Days after that the lieferando customer service contacted me. Now I read about copied restaurant web pages in the news, thats a scandal... Goodbye

    The usability of this is so bad, and could be so much better. Crazy they bought Lieferheld but kept this app. Also, most of the ratings are ridiculously high, clearly something dodgy going on.

    Bug in account management : I have logged in via my Google account on the website but in the app there's no Google account login option. I also cannot set a password for my account on the website to use in the app to login.

    Map tracker is useless, they offer vouchers for stamps that only end up not working, then offer you vouchers that are worth less to make up for it. Note that these also don't work.

    App is okay, usability and everything 4 star, but i dont like tip part which requiers me to go through paypal 2step auth each time i try to tip a delivery... If you can store details for paymet, why cant you store it for tipping a delivery? You will get 5 stars if you fix it...

    Either no live delivery tracking or very inaccurate. Higher prices online than if you purchase from Wolt or direct (excluding delivery charges of course). Not a good option for Berlin.

    Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Recently we ordered a pizza, called the pizzeria, they had been waiting for 40 mins for a driver. Lieferando then cancelled the order and the restaurant had to throw the pizza away!!!! Unnecessary food waste.

    Got two discount code of 5€ i used one them, clicked redeem and i changed my mind to add something to my order so i removed the Voucher, and tried to use it again, it won't let me ( This voucher has been used before !! ) even tho i didn't use it i clicked remove, contacted support to give me another code in exchange but no response. 1 STAR

    What's the deal with delivery guys asking for tips in cash by saying "we don't get them if you pay online"? I leave the max available tip option which is 15% via the app. But already 2 delivery guys said that we should do it in cash as otherwise they don't get them. Are they just lying to avoid paying taxes on tips, or Lieferando really does cut a piece of that? It is annoying, I never have small cash at home, especially ordering so often, and prefer to tip by card.

    Omg! Can I give a 0 stars please? The worst app in history! We ordered pizza from Dominos, after 3 and a half hours they told us the order has arrived but guess whaaaat?! It hasn't!!! Takeaway was also bad in Romania, but in Germany, is even worst.

    When it works, it's good. But the last three times we've used this service, it hasn't been good. One time, we ordered sushi and it arrived 60 mins late. Another time, we ordered burgers and one of the burgers was chicken instead of vegetarian. We've had other problems like this, and it always seems to be with Lieferando itself, and not the restaurants. They obviously overwork their delivery staff, and they dominate the delivery service market in Hamburg.

    Used to really enjoy using this app and could re-order and pay with three taps. However it seems the last update has broken Google Pay integration for me, which has made it much less convenient and means I have to enter my card details every time. Tells me Google Pay isn't set up when it is and nothing has changed on my phone. Very frustrating.

    It's an okay app. It does accomplish the job of connecting restaurants to customers but the user interface has many issues and even though the app knows my location, it often shows me restaurants that are 1+ hours away, which is confusing and has led me to order from far restaurants, causing slow delivery and cold food. Not cool!

    Pathetic app and service. No option to track order most of the time. No option to even contact the delivery person/customer care on real time even when the order didn't arrive 1.5 hour after ordering . Most of the time we have to assume and pray that order will be delivered.

    Carriers make mistakes, they usually do, there's no way to contact a carrier for a mixed order. The only way you can report that is through an email, and there's no other communication method. Email support is horrible as well. ANY other competitor app is better than this one. Uninstalling, and I'm never using it again. Highly unrecommended.

    Poor user interface: -After you order, you have to constantly jump back to the "food tracker". I just want to look at my phone and see when the delivery is come, not scroll though several screens! -Not possible to get receipts for your purchases. This is a problem for business trips! -Seems to be generally difficult to find what you're looking for.

    Lots of flaws which destroy the user experience (these all happened during a single order process): * Searching for a specific restaurant is not supported * FoodTracker shows the wrong delivery address on the map * App states that the restaurant does not deliver at the selected time during checkout. I was able to place my order through the web app for the same delivery time * No reachable support. The answering machine recites the office hours (I called during those) and hangs up

    I ordered my food at 8:30pm and the app said it'd come at 10pm. At11pm I called the lieferando Service asking if something went wrong they said that they are sorry that it didn't come yet but that they can't track the food right now. At 12am I called again they said the same thing, I saw that the KFC closes at 10pm so I tought It won't come anymore.At 1am the door rang and the food came 4.5h delay.The person that brought the food said it's liferandos fault cause they don't have enough people rn.

    A simple delivery app which is fairly easy to navigate in English. Payment options have a good variety including card and PayPal. The app locates the general address quite accurately. Confusingly, the search bar is on the bottom and the address at the top. Payment info is not saved, but rather added at the end of the transaction.

    The orders are never on time, NEVER. Every order is at least 40 minutes past its expected schedule. I picked my Last order manually and waa still quicker than scheduled time.

    While staying in Germany last month, put down an order in a restaurant and immediately after finalising it, noticed that on the little toggle said I was making a pickup order instead of a delivery. First of all, It's so easy to not notice this on the appBut the worst part came after that. Immediately after putting down my order, went to search for a way to change my order from pick to delivery and there was only two options. Send a email to customer support, or call the restaurant. First tried to call the restaurant, but because I was a foreigner in germany only talking english, the restaurant didn’t understood a single word what I was trying to say and hang up after 10s. Then the only option, was to send a email. It's unbelievable that a delivery app only have customer support by mail. Off course I wrote down my problem and the only response I got was a automatic email saying there was a surge of emails so the answer was going to take longer than usual.. Until today, after a month, that was the only answer I got. Result, lost my money. If the same thing happened on Uber eats or Glovo it would be so easy to solve but because of your bad app and awful customer service you provided, ended up loosing my money and probably my food was thrown away.

    Many places were open for delivery until 22:45 (at least) and still open for it through their individual websites. Now at 22:00 lieferando say everything is closed because lieferando (not the restaurants) decided to do so without any notice. Upd: the problem isn't that service wasn't working, everyone has a right to rest. The problem is absence of notice and furthermore, showing that it would work at least until 22:45.

    The app estimated delivery time is more often then not wrong, with delivery time changing after paying to 1.5 hours longer and no way to cancel. Customer supports is only available over email, rather then in app chat, and is slow in acting on issues, and often and with no result.

    Loyalty shop is broken. Whenever I try to access it, it swaps to browser instead of the app, and logs me out. I log in, navigate to the loyalty shop, and it logs me out again upon landing on the page. Asks me to log in once more. I do, end on home page. Navigate to loyalty shop, and it logs me out upon landing there. Rinse repeat. I have 1250pts decaying, and the app or website won't let me change them to vouchers. Not exactly great.

    Please be careful with the orders from lieferando. No support at all, if something happens - no response for weeks. Was billed twice for the order a few month ago(4), and still no response from them. The only way to get money back is the PayPal buyer protection. Hate monopoly.

    I use this app a fair amount and it is good , but they should update it in a way where my current location isn't the default , because i was on my way home and i ordered the food , and they sent it to a complete different address since the app used my current location which was not my address .

    Horrible Customer Service. I had delivery selected. Placed my order, no warning it was a pickup order (this becomes relevant later), after the order was in process I saw it was for pickup! I had to send an email complaint to Lieferando and 7 days later I got a response that I must be disappointed and a 'tip' that the "this is for pickup" popup indicated it was not being delivered. No offer of compensation or even a thought that app had an issue. Arrogant company. Try Wolt, they are awesome!

    The search bar is absolutely useless. I selected a restaurant and wanted to see if they have sea fruit pizza. I search for "sea" and I get Salat and burger as results xD There are rooms for improvement. Thank you

    After ordering food for dinner and waiting two hours I wrotte email to liederando to check whats going on. No replay 12 hours latter. So happy that at least someone will eat. Competition will be eating you. Delete *** update *** 3 days later, still no response from either restaurant or lieferando.

    Tried many restaurants. Unfortunately they deliver the worst quality ones. Fake sushi, Fake burgers, fake pizza. Is impossible to select a decent one since they all got 5 stars, and obviously fake. You can compare the reviews on google. Support is non-existent. I miss foodora and deliveroo....

    The apps works well to initial connect customers to restaurants but they do not interviene if the restaurant fails to deliver the food. I did not receive the refund for my order which did not get delivered.

    4 stars because there's room for improvement but otherwise easy and serves the purpose. Edited: the past 2 orders from restaurants i have eaten from before were not tasty. Would be great if we could review orders instead of a restaurant then the restaurant's total review would average across their performance on the meals they prepare

    Food tracker either does not work OR is very inaccurate. Used to use deliveroo before they left the german market. There you could actually see where the driver is, with Lieferando you get a random time which is not correct.

    Very poor app. Foodora was so much better in every single regard: UI/UX, performance, stability, features. Why not take their superior product? I am mourning the days of Foodora every time I have to use this app.
