Useful app. But at the time of log-in, every time, a popup opened to verify the email sent to registeted email address. This is a nuesance thing. However, we may ignore it and the app will be opened. We can pay the premium and loan installments also, so easily, in various modes ie card, netbanking, upi, payment apps etc.... We can download the receipt also. Other info will also be available... Good. Nice.

Worst app ever; facing login issue always; not getting connected to server very frequently; why app is asking permission for device locations n gallery; if you deny for the same; you won't login at all...what a waste of time!!!! Such a reputed organization; such poor n pathetic service...!!!!!!

A lot of credentials demanding for logging in but its server is not connecting. Policy details provided is quite inadequate for any analysis. No notification for premiun payment, then requires manual revival. Then why this farce is running "Online", if you are not sending notification, then whats the use of mail id?? If you are not compatible to technology, just run in manual mode. Please don't waste our time.

It's a bad service. Unable to open app. Very slow app. Please update his app. You are a brand. Not use very bad service because your customers unsatisfied with this app.also I am trying to pay my LIC premium from last two days . Application said unable to connect. Please fixed this issue.

really bad exp using this app. cannot login. everytime asks for OTP for updating pw .. once u enter pw it doent accept. not even banks do that.what are u upto...y nt make it user friendly. 1 star is the min i could give... if it included 0 i would rate that as well

Most untrusted apps. It doesn't work properly very recent and log in problem persists frequently. Developers may please give attention to resolve this problem at the earliest.

The app is not smooth. Most of the time it responds very slow and at times doesn't respond at all. And many a times, it logs out your ID as well. Not a very useful app.

The most pathetic app on Playstore. It keeps kn prompting for an OTP but OTs hardly come but when they do, the app does not accept, again prompting the user to verify the email account and when one does, it just closes the page.. Of you can't offer seamless service, then don't fool the customers, better to privatise this company.. Absolute Rubbish App😡😡😡

Unbelievably pathatic application this is. I could never operate this application in less than 10 attempts. Many times I gave up to operate. It's highly frustrating to visit this application.

Not Working, it says unable to connect server. This needs immediate attention considering millions of customers and potential customers are now mostly relaying on online mode of operation. Recently RBI has asked HDFC bank to ramp up IT infrastructure before issuing new cards same should be applicable for LIC. LIC needs to quickly get this fixed.
