An extremely brilliant idea for a start up. Really helpful for sightseeing places in a city where transport is a major concern and very costly. However, you guys should also check the Driving License of the rider before providing the vehicle to anyone. The absence of mirrors (which are obviously stolen) is highly inconvinent for the rider. Also, what if we get stuck in a traffic?. Think of some other way rather than charging per minute since that would become really expensive.

I have not installed this app because I want to use this, But to give you all an humble suggestion Please make people pay on the basis of KM and not Minute. Because if you all continue what you are doing, Then there are people who will simply overspeed to save those 5 minutes of charges. They can also be very rash thinking that scooter is not their property. You may know how irresponsible and careless some of our 'educated' locals are. My only Intention was to help you all. Thank you

The concept is good but the app is not fully ready. The very first ride was showing on the app was just 600 meters away but after reaching the location couldn't find the scooter. After enquiring with the support team via app come to know that the scooter was non functional. Second time the reply was we are not servicing in that area. Why did the app show the availability on the app for a non-functional scooter and that too on a non serviceable area. Don't go live without doing all the testing.

Good and convinient. But they charge you for vehicle which dont have charging. If any vehicle not enough charge. Why that vehicle is on locators. Only after scanning barcode you get to know that vehicle is consumed all power. Just for that you have to pay 10 rs. It is a serious issue that you people dont want to resolve

why some one will pay per minutes? simple and logical question. In Bangalore you can find a signal in every 100-200 meters and huge traffic jams. How come this is profitable for a customer. In my point of view, some one will drive it very fast to save couple of minutes. Business should help customer to think in positive manner and this pricing model will corupt the consumer thought process.

first of all congratulations & thankyou so much for such inovative idea & very good startup. as if now it is very good service but things must be improved in future like 1) speed should be truely 30 - 40 KMPH 2)charges must be depend on timing + Km(whichever is highest) ......... just like ZOOMCAR 3)More stations & range ( Hinjewadi...baner...pune station ..nigdi) 4)improvement needed in App accurecy

Used it once. Pathetic experience. Battery started showing low in middle of ride. Had to drop in the midway. Not comfortable sitting. Due to low speed, its hard to drive when speed is required ti get out of the way from other drivers. Hard to find the station as no real time gps info available in app.

Make sure you are ready to be charged for their faulty vehicles. I was charged for a vehicle which didn't move and ride was ended in less than 2 mins. Now they want to do the technical investigation before refund as if I am lying for 2 Mins ride where vehicle was at the same place. Insane
