Constant crashing, can't click on notifications and go straight to a video (it just brings up and error), buggy and glitchy when trying to do anything in the app. It will just freeze up and crash for any little reason. Click on your profile? Crash. Go to a creator's page? Crash. You get the picture. App is impossible to use, and I've been trying to use it for months now. I really like the concept, but implementation is severely lacking.

A good alternative to YouTube. Format is similar enough so it's intuitive. The background player is better than YouTube's. A big issue I have is the app crashes when I push the app to its limits. For example, when I click on something while something else is loading like, adjusting play speed before the video starts, press the back button to go back to my feed before the video starts, etc. Has not improved since my initial post.

In general, this is a great video platform without the hair-trigger bans and senseless demonetization that YouTube tries to pull. My only real complaints are the app's (in)stability and the lack of Odysee's like/dislike system in this app. I also kind of wish that you could sync a YT profile and auto-follow creators with synced channels you are subbed to on YT. It could just be that I signed up with my ProtonMail, not Gmail. 🤷♂️ Also consider adding YT's miniplayer button on mobile.

Overall this does work, but problems have arouse. 1. I would open the app and it crashes, I'd try again and it works. 2. I would lock my phone, and it would eventually pause the video, and pressing play on my earbuds won't play the video. I'd have to open my phone, push play and it works fine. Neither one are deal breakers, at least not for me. They're just annoying over time.

Well I finally got the app to quit crashing .now it just constantly runs in the background! And by constantly I mean 💯% of the time. Other than that this app is great because it does not sensor freedom of speech. But it runs my battery down on my phone when I use this and there is no reason to be running in the background constantly

Constantly shuts down. With no option to see viewed videos, I am always having to stop and search for what I was watching. Really annoying when you are listening to videos while listening. I do like that you can shut off screen and still listen and it will bring you back to where you were in the video. If not for that I wouldn't use the app at all.

App desperately needs a update. App crashes when you click on a video. Videos play for a second then freeze and play another second and freeze. It gets to the point it becomes annoying which leads to not wanting to use the app.

Excellent app when it works. It will play videos while using other apps which is handy. Sadly it crashes about half the time I use it. In fact I am in the play store reviewing this as I reinstall. With stability this app would be 5 star.

The issue with random crashes when I open a vid in this app still persists I want to support this because I am vary sick of YT but cant this app sucks and I have doubts that it will even get fixed give up and move on to something else that is worth your time because this app is not worth your time the devs either cant identify the issue or they don't care enough to fix it because most prob don't have this issue seriously great app

I like this network for its content and communities, freedom and self-ownership based philosophy, and its basic framework. But videos always buffer and often stop playing no matter how long I wait. The app somehow disconnects me from my VPN and/or my wifi *constantly* (every other video basically) which is a huge problem and security risk. Landscape view is unusable. And if you subscribe to a channel that makes their vids unavailable, there's *no* way to unsubscribe (no subscription management).
