App is ok but needs some work. Ive only done about 10 yards from app... Prices are to low for the porvides about 30% under payed per yard....the rating system is not to good. The first yard i accepeted was cancelled by customer a few bdays befor it was to be completed. It went against my rating saying i did not complete job on time. One job the app suggested i reschedule due to rain and it would not go against my rating. So i reschedule for the day before. But still went against my rating

Great app. But the app will let you accept jobs that are past due which will negatively affect your rating even though you did nothing wrong. Payouts are definitely lower than market value.

App is slow. At times it will just freeze and loose all my progress/ pictures. Multiple payment issues. Multiple reports of long grass and not being paid what is owed to me. Tried to contact support several times. For payment issues. For issues with the app, issues with coustmers. Lawn starter litterly has noone working coustmer service. They don't payout what the job is really worth. They don't payout on long grass. They take money off your tips. It's a scam straight up. I can't post more.

There are things that need to go away Insta quotes - should be manual Make app in Spanish - crews Stop taking away clients without asking the client what they wish. Add Saturday and Sunday back in to the schedule. Notes should print out on routes The "new notes" needs to have an expiration (two weeks). Otherwise every time we see this we are expected to look at it. I have clients that have new notes that goes back years. Make print smaller so more fits on one page.

This app needs a lot of work, for instance needs quicker support team, when a customer requests to be canceled completely because of past reschedules that weren't your fault and you put in the request for them, it should be top priority to get that account resolved by support and instead I'm waiting for support to take care of it and it shows late because there is no way to remove it from my schedule and now it's dropping my performance score, also customers requests to reschedule needs work.

If I didn't have enough landscaping experience this will put us out of business not a good way to start youbiz be better off getting your own customers and be patient it's not worth putting your equipment out there for no $25 all the yards corner lots it don't matter what it is it could be a mansion he still pays $25 this is a joke like I said if I didn't have long care experience this app will put me out of business I woke up just in time to slow it down a bit they don't care about the workers.

Thought this would be good to fill the week while building clients but after answering questions didn't qualify lmao. Licensed insured own all my equipment 15 years experience owned my own business previously sold it 5 years ago just getting restarted after a not so good partnership in a towing company and apparently the only thing I can figure is because I don't work enough already lol duuuh that's why I'm down loading your stupid app. If I had clients I wouldn't need a middle man.

Great app but the payout for some of the lawns are too low $25 is not worth it but they do have a option to add a "long grass" fee to get compensated %50 - %100 more I'm giving 4 stars
