I installed the app for the first time today to have a lunch order delivered. After signing up, and entering the pickup and drop details, it prompted me to pay. And after paying, I waited but no delivery guy came even after confirming payment was received. While checking back, it had no record of my payment or even the order. There is no helpline or customer service mode of communication. Money has been taken out of my account and I feel like I have been cheated. My advice is to avoid the app

Had a really bad experience. I was charged for 2 trucks additionally when I ordered their service. When I complained, they said it was some app error and the money would be credited back, It has been more than a month and I have been calling these guys every other day to refund my money which is of no use, I get a new excuse every time I call and I am fed up calling. Bottomline - I was cheated! My ticket number 642318. I have proof of all the calls made with dates and the email sent.

I booked a lalamove and the driver was assigned. I tried calling him and he didn't respond properly. After waiting for 30mins got a message saying that the trip is completed and money charged.. I know that's the problem with driver but when it comes to safety it's Lalamoves responsibility to take care of that. I tried contacting the customer care they didn't provide me a proper response. That was my first experience and the worst. Terrible experience from driver and lalamove support also.

First of all , there is a very good response from the back end team who are working hard. And booking the respective vehicles is depending up on the availability in our area. More over, after booking there is a immediate response from the drivers. Comparing to other transport companies, these people are charging less. After booking 6 times and having a perfect experience I am giving this review from my side.

It is the worst experience I ever had. We had booked a tempo which was supposed to come at 1.30 pm for pick up, tempo driver called us two- three times that he is coming. Suddenly he says the break wire is broken so it will not be possible. We called the customer care that this issue has happened , they told us that some of our team me member from Pune will revert , but nobody called us again. After half hour we receive a call from another tempo which was far away from the location.

Wort app ever and horrible customer service. I used this app for delivery of my items and used online mode for payment. My money got debited but the order wasn't placed. I contacted customer service and they said that they will get back to me but no one has. It wasn't a small amount either it was a big amount and the money is still with them and i haven't received a refund. Rather use apps like swiggy or dunzo.

Horrible customer service. One of the delivery boys didn't even pick the package and he reported as 'picked up and delivered'. Had paid the 110/- from account. When contacting customer service no one has replied back. It's been over 5 days. Horrible service. In chat is where we sent you the details. No response. Also you people keep sending SMS almost everyday we are not going to use. We don't need that. 05/11 We have sent repeated mesgs to your customer service yet there is still no response

If there was option of giving 0 star I am giving that only. The main thing in it that it is very difficult to find location that we want. After 1 hour I have spent on it and find location. When I clicked on deliver it says sorry this is not our service area. Just gone mad after seeing this. I am telling don't download it.

This is the best goods delivery app for all our needs! The pricing is veryy reasonable. 👍 And the driver's are very polite, and get things delivered super fast!!! I have been using it since a couple of months and I don't even have a single issue till date! Kudos to the team working behind all this! 🤙

I had the worst experience! I placed a pickup and my money got debited, but the app showed no orders placed. I called customer support thrice. The first time, they never answered for more than 10 mins. Second time they answered and cut the call while I was still talking, and the third time, absolutely helpless. My money's gone, and they don't even know about it apparently. The worst!
