I am quite loyal to this bank but the app is another story. Just crashes and is not possible to login, I always have to use the website on a desktop mode or from laptop. Pretty useless then..

Looks like the last update was developed by people not using the app (or any other banking apps for what it matters)... The layout is louzy and difficult to navigate moreover they removed the detailed information about your payments: now you can just observe you made a payment but can't know anymore to whom the payment was made or at which exact date and time. I would say it's ridiculous but it is actually frustrating (if it's your bank and if you would like to monitor your transactions)...

Since the update it has become exceptionally slow to load the pages, the font size is ridiculously small and I haven't been able to increase it, looking for the info I need is complex. Just terrible! It is not just minor bug fixes, it is a complete overhaul of the app.

the application is old and slow. Expenses are updated after days while should be immediate as well as any expense alert. Time to time your credentials are deleted and you have to update them again. the definition "interactive" is totally inappropriate.

it works ok but we are in 2019. apps need to be fast. you spend money and 1 sec later you must get it shown in your balance. this app takes forever to make expenses appear. copy all the new mobile banks, they know what they are doing. please, improve this app. and unlock the screenshot, no point to lock it.

Its unacceptable to see on the UI instead of the field labels, their original name given by the developers.. Its hard to believe in the app's security when failed at a basic thing like the field naming. Do fix, I have Android 8. Greets, Imola

rarely works, this time it's just a black screen, so much for German efficiency it's a joke really, forget about making payments online... funny I keep on getting updates about bugs fixed as that's all I keep finging
