Rain gauge constantly giving trouble. Have a V21-WTH that works fine. The unit allows for an add on rain gauge that is supposed to work through the app. Have had 2 gauges in a year and neither one have worked consistently and now this one has quit all together. Fresh batteries, restart, the works. Absolutely zero ways to troubleshoot problems on the app. Very frustrating to use

Horrible! This App is garbage, the clock is garbage, and customer support,.. well,.. take a guess! I've not been able to get this to connect to my WiFi in a year or more. Tried 4 different phones, the reason I post this now is because the power went out and this paperweight is about to go where it belongs,.. you guessed it,.. the garbage! I've followed all the steps, reset the device countless times, with the same end result, a useless BRICK!

Very hard to use, can not find all sensors displayed on weather station. 12/31/19 Lost WiFi connection on station, la crosse support not responding , been 2 days. 6/30/21 App does not update sensor regurly , sometimes days between updates yet station is Wi-Fi connected. La Crosse does not support app any more. Export data may take from 2 hours to 2 day to send date, of not at all. Now the WiFi is dead again, second WiFi weather station to die.

Initial setup of the weather station requires the app in order to connect to WiFi. The setup instructions were entirely wrong and the app didn't work because of that. After exchanging emails with tech support... with totally different setup instructions, everything worked like a charm. The app does what it claims and is pretty good. I would like to see some other controls and options of collecting/viewing data over time. Good app with potential to grow better.

Just terrible. The unit and app worked for about a year since purchased, but the unit - C84428 - has been 'retired'. App no longer connects, none of the online solutions work. Haven't heard back from 'Support'. Spend the money and get something that works. This is my last La Crosse product.

We live off grid and wanted a good weather app so we could get an idea of come weather. That part works good my problem is that I have to keep changing my time back. Everytime I hook up to wifi my time jumps up 5 hours. I have it set to my location. What is the point of hooking up to wifi if time changes everytime I do.

Works sometimes, app does what it wants when it wants to. Does not always keep current with weather equipment.Cant seem to interact with sensors . Got stuck in a loop asking for permission to have access to camera and microphone. No way to exit, ended up having to restart my phone. The app also wants your phone location and will get very upset if you don't allow location. No general information screen like main weather center has. The equipment itself is great and work well. App can be a pain.

Clock worked perfectly for about a week, then lost connection to wifi and was never able to reconnect. The trouble shooting instructions are useless so don't bother trying to fix it, just buy a different brand or be okay with it only telling you the time. EDIT: After working with their customer service and trying a few other things they sent me a new clock that has been working great several months.

The app works fine. The widgets are glitched. They always change form fahrenheit to celsius. They struggle to update. I would like to see smart home integration. I would program my whole house fine to turn on when the outside temp drops below inside and shut off when it rises.

Zero stars is too high. What an abysmal app. Numerous places where you are supposed to be able to edit data, but the result is an infinite loop. The only option is to uninstall and start all over. Garbage, just like the entire setup process. Back in the box and never buying another LaCrosse product. I decided to keep the system but would still give less than one star if I could. I wish I had read the reviews. I based my decision on previous experience. DO NOT BUY!!!!
