    I am using ooreedo from last 6 years. Ooredoo range and app is very good. But they are adding subscriptions without users knowledge. Last 2 times I recharged the money was deducted in a minute. Later I realised I have 2 subscriptions, that I didn't know. I didn't make complaint because I know nothing will happen and I won't return my money. This incidents happend to several of my friends too. I hope oreedo with notice this problem. We are expecting good services from ooreedo.

    recharge The application is good and useful. I have just one comment regarding the surprises that the expiry date should be mentioned so the user will be aware till when it's available to exploit it, as even the call center have no clue how long it will be available. I lost two of them as the call center clerk told me the surprises will remain available till I purchase them

    apk No option to make payment using visa card, also for some reason on my account it's showing me 159 unknown numbers when I tried to recharge, when I contacted customer care, they said I have to visit a store, whenever I contact customer service, that's the only response they give. I've got a family of 8 and everyone's got ooredoo but we're planning to switch to other providers if our issues are not resolved.

    call center crashes with Android 11 !! Surprisingly all other Ooredoo apps i.e. Ooredoo Qatar, Ooredoo Oman, Tunisia, Algeria, Inda, .. works with Android 11 except Ooredoo Kuwait ! 20/09 ... finally it works now with Android 11 !

    Nice applications, but I used to try to open it in our homeland country, most of the time it was not opening. Later on, when I recharged it, it's OK. It should also open, if we don't have balance in the sim to check the offers & remaining data. Otherwise it's easy to use.

    I'm trying to access my ooredoo app but it's not working. I contacted CS via the website and the agent was so helpful, I explained that I have done all possible troubleshooting with no outcome. I have deleted caches and history of the app then, uninstalled&downloaded it again for numerous times, also I keep getting a notification whenever I try to access it, that there is my ooredoo lite incase I'm facing difficulties with the app and when I tab it, it takes me to the app but it dsn't open

    The app is not that great and the internet speed is sitting ducks. It's so slow [only 1 kb/s] [I live in jleeb block 1] Also why are there updates every now and then? Edit: The internet speed these days is even more slower, I can't bear it. Pls fix it, I'mma switch to other network soon.

    They don't care of your complains by all means. Extra charges are obligatory by sending sms which you can't control, giving you extra services by force. Nobody will listen to your complains (121, technical support, chat...etc )

I used all three major network in kuwait and ooredoo is the worst network of all in farwaniya speed of their internet is 128kbbs but their advertisements 4g+ i asked them why the network is very slow they said for 8 months same answer like "we are upgrading the network in your area" from november till today the answer is same..

    1 star becouse of now a days in farwaniya area ooredoo internet speed is verry low beetween afternoon till midnight. Why this is happening here? I don't understanding. If your team solve this, I'll give 5 star.

    Worst customer service from last 3 months i am complaining regarding my Najoom points. Before i have 6600 points in my account but now i have only 500 points. I have been contacting the customer service. Through they talked pleasantly, Understood the issue and apologised, But the issue still not yet solved.

    The only useful part I found was that I could my usage when I opened the app. But ever since this new update has been announced, the app does not open at all. As soon as I try to open it, it asks me to update it, but the update takes ages and has not downloaded for last 3 days. I can't even check how much data I am using and what is the balance. Of course the net is so slow that I cannot attend any webinars nor can I see any live streaming video!
