Horrible. Actived 2 packs of 30 days each for a total of 60 days of service and ended up only being able to use 30 days. Contacted customer service about this issue and they would not do anything about it. Also, after using my card on here I had multiple fraudulent charges to my card. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SOMETHING ELSE!!

Worst app ever, full of fruad, every month extra charges are added to my bill and when checking with customer service they state that i added them through the app although i never did. I am an experienced user for all apps and there is no way i will be adding services i dont need. Dont use the app as you will be charged for things you did not request.

At first the speed was great. But then after a few months it dropped. I've had it a year now and I can barely watch a TV show or movie without it buffering and lagging. I have 5G but get 3G speeds. Unacceptable

The service here is very poor. I understand Units keeps moving in and out congesting the broadband but there's no reason why their 4G LTE service sucks this bad, literally losing connection like darn near every 5-10 minutes. I can hardly stream a good YouTube or Netflix without the Constant buffering which takes forever and a day. They boast 5G speeds and even when I connect using 5G it really isn't that much of a difference honestly. Pure Garbage!

Tried to buy the Overpriced (3.75 kd) $10 psn credit daily for a week now, while having enough balance, and it never works. Contacted support, they couldn't help, so a ticket was made. Less than a day later, the ticket gets marked as solved. Horrible support and functionality.

I use ooredoo @ a US base far away from Kuwait city. I don't have a steady good internet signal. It is usually good only @ late night and early morning hours when most users go to sleep. I have given it 2 stars because although it doesn't have a strong network signal at our vital location, it is far better than Zain that I also have a subscription with.

Maybe the app wouldn't be so bad if it would ever let me in it's been an entire month since I've been allowed onto the app every single time it just say oops something went wrong try again later but has no problem sending me adds from the app now my internet is down I'm relying on others because I can't renew my own!

First time I used this sim it has a very fast connection speed, especially when I'am playing games. After top up the speed became slow ang sometimes lagging in between games... I hope this will be fixed... thanks.
