This app is not user friendly , very bad help desk to resolve the issue of the customer. Always have one or more issue . I can not find any SIP date in SIP calendar menu. Sometimes can not find any option for pause/cancel menu. Wheather the other platform mycams is always smart in all issues. Once when I start any SIP or purchase any one time investment it always late to complete the process. Query option of menu is absolutely disgusting , never answer of any query or solve any problem.

This app has always one or another issue. At the moment when you register a new portfolio you need to select number of instalments. When you select any number you would get error message" No of installments is not available" I tried putting any number, you always get same error. It's a pathetic, they look at some basics in testing while releasing the app.

Even though I have downloaded the 14/09/21 updated version of the APP, every time it's asking me to download the update the app and say later/update. If I select later, it proceeds. if I select update, it goes back to appstore and from there it displays OPEN. Means the version im my mobile is current. The mistake is in the software. Please look into it

Even though I have uploaded latest version of the app, every time it's asking me to update the newer version with given option to update only. When I tap on the update button, it takes me to play store and there it displays OPEN & UNINSTALL. It means the version in my smartphone is updated with latest one. I'm frequently facing this issue. Kindly solve it, else I have to move to another app.

Very buggy app. Despite having the latest version, it keeps asking me to update the app, while no newer version is available. I'm trying to start a SIP, but everytime I confirm all details, the app jumps back to the transaction menu and I lose all my changes!

Both my wife & self are unable to open app after logging in with my PW. Asking to update but while clicking on the update tab, I'm being taken to Goggle Play to Open the app. After clicking on the Open tab, I'm being taken back to my app to Log in & asking to update.. Same above process is repeating & not allowing to log in with PW. Pls do assist to resolve this issue asap. Thks & Rgds. Sandeep Dilip Duttaroy

The below issue is rectified after the few hours of the same day. Thank you. First time am upset with this app... Since they are asking for update and after its got updated, again asking for update when I login... Last time I have given excellent with five rating...which is based on the easiness to access and understanding... This time due to this technical error I feel bad... Sorry.

How can a RTA have this kind of app! This is the third instance over a year. After resetting the password, it continues with a msg, WRONG ID /PASSWORD. Tried update/ reinstall. And one cannot have typing error all the time. Password reset also takes two feeds.

App UI is very user friendly and really give meaningful insights. However there is a suggestion for improvement after using it for quite some years. User should be given an option to save watchlist or an option to check daily NAV all their invested funds in a single view. Appreciate if above feature can be added to the app. Thanks!

Such a useless app shows that the owner is not at all concerned about the user's wellbeing. The app is blocking log in by forcing to update. Pressing update takes us to the play store where we find that the latest version is already installed. So essentially you are blocked out.
