Adding money too your account STILL takes up to 2 DAYS😬so def not a card for vacations, bills or rent! Put me in some bad situations waiting for my money🤯 No live agents, the app is ran by bots & you never get a real human reponse. Just bots asking unrelative questions trying to fool you into thinking you got help. Silly way to run a banking business! Payoneer or Bravo is better.

Nothing but great experiences here. I've saved and made thousands by moving my banking away from the big banks to Koho. I wish they had Google pay support not that's not a big deal as using my card is easy enough most places. There's a lot of whining in reviews that make so little sense. Most of my transfers take a minute or two. I have never had any issue taking money out of my account and the premium features are amazing especially zero dollar foreign transaction fees. Amazing to deal with.

I got the card back in july, i could etransfer funds from my bank account, and used koho to pay my bills online with the virtual card until i got the physical card in the mail. I also paid $42 to help build credit and the instant cash back is great. I also set up the direct deposit to get my pay cheque from my job. Customer service is great too. There are alot to do with the service. I would recommend this company.

Admittedly I have not been with KOHO for any serious length of time, yet in such a short period I am turbo impressed! any issues or questions I have faced have been responded to immediately. The app itself is VERY user friendly, easy and quick. and the benefits of utilizing their tools and offers blow my mind. I will be closing all other bank accounts and working solely with KOHO. Honestly, I love this banking app. I use my koho account for pretty much everything. There is always someone ready to help in the customer service chat as well. Though it might take a day or two if you start a chat on a holiday. I use the free account. It's extremely useful. Especially for those who don't want a credit card!

Amazing service! Fast response time with tech support, although in the year I've had KOHO I've only had to use it once. The incentives and interest earned with Premium, which is a mere $9 a month, is INSANE! I make back 6 times that in the interest and cash back in a month. Fricken amazing way to bank, the ONLY way to bank.

KOHO is brilliant. thanks to then, I've gotten myself out of debt, I've stopped using my credit card all together, and I can do (almost) all the same things I could with my credit card (with minor exceptions that I either live with or have work arounds for). I love how easy it is to save money, see where money is going, and better budget for future expenditures - both fun and simply necessary.

One of the best banks I've gone with hope it doesn't change, it has tons of features that are really useful and feels a lot more modern than any other bank that exists at the moment. Destroy s all candian banks IMO I wouldn't switch there aren't any fees if you want a debit account and if you want to build credit well this is perfect it's an all in one finance builder and bank account is how I'd put it 👍

Absolutely amazing. Started out just to get off using credit cards and to earn cash back on debit purchases. KOHO phenomenally changed my spending habits. I have more cash in hand, a better credit score. I spend only on debit. I've closed up so many credit cards. I actually even save. Ended up getting their premium, now I've moved my salary deposited over. If this goes well I'm dropping my other bank accounts to save on the fees.
