I have used this company for a while. I can tell you there overpriced, yet more than that. They like to charge you, without letting you know that they are. For example they will charge you per megabyte after a package has expired. Won't let you know, when you check your account you realize your balance is less. Becareful with this company.

Very bad service, i purchased a 1 day global unlimited and after 3 hours package expired!!! Im only using facebook and video call to my family back home. Time to find another good internet sim card... i dont recommend this knowroaming!!!!!!!

It's data roaming is useful indeed but the unlimited data plan is not real unlimited in accordance with its fair usage policy. If you use apparently excessive data such as 1Gb a day, your network speed will be limited and even be removed by them without any notifications. I can still give it 3 stars because of its real nice and efficient 24/7 service.

Phone worked but unlimited global data did not work except in Cayman Islands. (Not in Mexico, Belize, or Honduras). Ripped off as to unlimited data. Do not buy this SIM card. Use another company. Glad I had TMobile international roaming.

Very poor customer service! I have not received any roaming data service since I ordered their eSIM. And they always do not solve my problems, and then they actually asked me to buy a new eSIM again for solve roaming data failure!

Data packages are great, but regular calls out have been dropping after 20-30 seconds. This didn't happen on previous trips, tech support couldn't resolve the problem with the billion work arounds sent to me. It's something with the service on their backend or whatever. Major annoyance since I can't WhatsApp businesses in the USA and have to go to hotel phone to make calls when I need a regular call to go out.
