James Strong, former professor of exegetical theology at Drew Theological Seminary, spent more than thirty-five years preparing his landmark concordance. First published in 1890 with the help of more than one hundred colleagues, Strong's remains the most widely used concordance and dictionary of Bible words from the King James Version of the Bible. For over a century, Thayer's has been lauded as one of the best New Testament lexicons available. Both accessible and thorough, it is a work suited for the student of New Testament Greek. Thayer's provides dictionary definitions for each word and relates each word to its New Testament usage and categorizes its nuances of meaning. A trio of eminent Old Testament scholars--Francis Brown, R. Driver, and Charles Briggs--spent over twenty years researching, writing, and preparing "The Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon." Almost perfect. The only option I wish you had is that I have my phone navigation buttons set to always. And this is the only app that hides my navigation buttons. Yes I can swipe down to expose them but it's my only complaint. Thanks for the awesome app.

Love this app! Daily scripture reading always seems appropriate for the day. I receive another reading that contains a beautiful picture. I usually share that one. Many great features. You can heilight any word and it ask if you want a definition which will take you to the web. It also gives you the option for Strong's. If you hit that after you read Strong's multable choise of what the word means in all instances not that helpful always, but under Strong's it has Thayers which is very helpful. I love Thayers. It usally exsplains what the word actually means in the verse you are reading. Strong's and Thayers are only in the paid one. And it has audio
