The worst application in the world! Lugging, infinite loadings are annoying. I reinstalled it completely believing it would help. That didn't help. So I lost my money. Moreover a lot of scooters are 'under maintenance', but still are visible on map. It's so stupid and confusing. This wastes a lot of time. Unfortunately, it's the worst experience I've ever had. Will they turn my money back?

Terrible user experience! The app freezes all the time. Limited ride area. At the end of ride I've spent more than 10 minutes trying to return the scooter (at my own cost, of course) - the app refuses its location and saying that it's out of the parking area. I've checked that with Google Maps, and it was clearly at the parking lot. Looks like it was intentional attempt to fraudulently charge me more money. Not good!

The app is sooo slow. You have to wait while it just load itself to show you something. Actually because of the app slowness you can lose a few mins and some of your money - time doesn't stop running when the app is trying to show you something. Also this 'service' has a very poor range map. If the operating area is acceptable, the parking area is ridiculously small so you can ride someplace but you can't park even close to your destination. They don't refund deposited money. Support is slow too

The only good point in these scooters is suspension. That's all. Almost impossible to find scooter by map. It present on map, but absent in real life. Some scooters so virtual that tap on them leads to app crash. Some scooter present on map I found in a their maintenance bus... And the worst point that almost the whole Lviv is in "no parking zone" with some small parking islands.... Is it a tram or bus like?..

Cannot pause the ride, cannot finish ride in most of the city which you won't know until you start a ride. Forces you to ride somewhere just to park it. Scooters in poor shape. A lot of bugs and connection issues. Also makes you make a deposit instead of charging by minute. Garbage scam.
