Well I spent $75 on the controller, and it doesn't support the game I got it for... call of duty mobile, this is a hugely popular game, you need to have it added to your supported games asap or I will return the controller and get my money back, most of your supported games are all paid to play games... not cool...

Pretty much every 1 star review is correct and accurate. This feels less like a viable product and more like cash grab gaming peripherals. The app hasn't seen an update in I don't know, months. The games that are supported are garbage. And the games they advertised as supported turned out not to be. Nothing works as advertised. Nothing.

This app is not good at all. When I open it and try and see if there is an update for my controller the button doesn't work. I can use the controller to higlght the button as well but it still will not even check. The button has not worked since the launch of the app for me. And I have had the controller since they came out.

Razer, what does it take to get you to listen? Countless negative reviews all saying the same thing. The green "Check" button to update the firmware STILL DOES NOT WORK. How has this not been fixed? I see reviews from almost 6 months ago reporting this, and almost 100% reviews since then mention the same issue. Also, support overall is abysmal, and Steam link functionality is spotty at best, so even that can't help save it from the lack of 'supported' games. Will be returning my Kishi.

Just bought a kishi, going to return it. Stadia won't recognize the buttons and I cannot update the firmware with this app. The "check" button does nothing. This whole endeavor was a waste of time and money. Update: I sent an email to the address they provided and I have been asked multiple times about what version of windows I'm using, cpu, gpu, and other nonsensical questions. I'm returning the device. If you have a straight pixel device (OnePlus or Pixel) this will likely not work.

I have been using the razer kishi for a long time and I love the controller. Now the controller left stick doesn't work and I wanted to update the firmware tonsee if it will correct it, and the app is not checking the firmware. Tap on check firmware and nothing happens.. This might be a bug but its needs to be fixed.

Update. I tried to work with razor and at first they were helpful but due to a shipping error on fed exs part I needed another replacement. Someone at razor edited my email so I didnt receive follow up emails and they closed my case. I call back to see what the issue is and they just start me back over and never read the previous notes. Now they are asking me to send them a device I already sent them.

It will not let me update the firmware... It gives me a option to check for updates but it will not let me push it or at least it won't do anything when I do push it ... And also the games on the app are kinda trash and I found it to be easier to just wing it by downloading controller supported games and some times it works some times not .. hell some times half of the controller works. It honestly makes me regret buying the controller all together

Check for firmware button DOES NOT WORK, this has been an issue the entire time I've had this controller and now I can no longer use the thing as it requires the update. So I spent $99 on a brick right now. Fix

So I'm fixing my review recently I gave it a 2 star because the item the left side wasn't working well I found out that all I had to do was the sign the home button to gamepass this thing is awesome I recommend anybody that loves playing video games to get this this is the best idea that's ever been invented I love it thanks guys
