my account is locked and I am trying to follow the steps to unlock it but the app is taking me to a stupid loop to reset the password with no success. and why my account get locked if I don't use it for more than three months in the first place! I do service my car every 4 months, there is no logic on putting this security policy for this app.

I have never been able to use this app, because it won't accept my login credentials. When I try to verify my login credentials it gives me the stupid error that my VIN is not valid, but if I try to create an account, it tells me that same VIN is already registered. The app sucked before and still sucks now with the new name.

Thanks for solving this issue. now app is back to normal guess server down. Will this app work with any bluetooth odb adaptor or only work with kia odb adapter? where can i get this adapter. The remember password check box on login screen not working. not sure whats wrong with the app, but it works rarely for me. Every time i try to login it gets stuck at loading forever, it wasnt an internet issue because my other apps were loading fine. Forget utilizing the tools of the app, whats the point if something as basic as login doesnt work. 🙄

This App was working great just now I need to log into its give me the account blocked because I didn't log more than 3 months, really!!!!! and there nothing to reactivating the account stupid thing I have ever seen

Just bought the car Can't even get registered, United States are not in the country section for some reason, incorrect vin even though it's the correct one. Don't bother trying it. Was really looking forward to using remote start and other things

Why is no one fixing the app despite the million bad reviews? Basic step of registering your car itself fails. When I try to register it says my VIN is already registered. When I say forgot username password and I enter the VIN it says "please enter the valid VIN". I'd give 0 stars if I could!

The sign up confirmation email points to a "localhost:8080" url. Looks like a big failure in moving from a test setup to production. And there is no email to send any issues to. The Kia Module is mentioned in the app, but there is no indication how users can buy this. The UI/UX needs to be improved.

It's supposed to be easy to get into to book a service. I feel like I need FBI clearance to get into my account. Also, why is my default language Brazilian? Atleast have the option to change the language on the landing screen. 🤦♂️

I downloaded the app. Before even using it it wants access to photos calls etc. If you don't allow access you can't use app. I cannot see the reason why it needs access to my personal info. Thumbs down.
