Was very sceptical seeing the disastrous rating people gave to this app. They truly might be facing login issue but for me it was really simple. Just added the VIN number and everything except ODOMETER reading was wrong. Changed that and logged in, in just one attempt only the app started. For engine related information one need another module to be installed. Except that everything is correct. Even the service history is correct. Hope other people get their issue resolved soon.

Unable to link Have tried to link vehicle multiple times with all setups advised but it didn't work at all.. Asking if domain is available, when clicked yes and searched for vehicle, nothing comes up.. It's of no use having this app

VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE BY KIA. AFTER EXPIRING OF ONE YEAR OF PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF KIA SELTOS; KIA HAS NOT STILL PROVIDED "KIA LINK DEVICE". VERY POOR SERVICES RENDERED BY KIA AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Very bad service, at the time of purchase kia gets responsibility, but when time comes kia moves away. While taking insurance claim kia said its not our responsibility but while getting insurance kia said its our responsibility for any claim settlement if you will insured your car from inside agency. But while taking claim kia refused to come between insurance company and client. 5 days have passed, my car is in agency, but kia didnot do anything

Could not able to login, after enter VIN it shows mail id and phone number of other person. There is no option for an update or to raise complain. It seems useless App for me.

Absolutely useless app, cannot login showing incorrect information without even connecting to the server, this app does not even send packets outside. As a dct owner dissappointed using the app

Sad sad experience again and again. Just does not work. Except for receiving alert which i set when i received the car so many months back, the app does not work at all. Does not show my trips, does nit remotely control the car like cooling, heating, engine on or off, etc. Nothing works. On top of that kia sends me an email expecting me to make a list of 20 kinds of numbers to help fix their stupid app. Service center did a reset of the in car system, still does not work. Disgusting!!!

Can't login after putting VID no. Email ID section already filled up with wrong email ID and can't be changed even it says "enter your email ID". Please rectify this asap.
