Just DO NOT order from this app, it's good if you wanna check the menu but NEVER ORDER, delivery time is horrible, they don't deliver the food at the mention time but whenever they want. I received my food 30 minutes late, I waited for more than 1hour. More than 1hour!!!!

They don't deliver to my area even though there is an establishment very close to me. The food is great but the app isn't useful except when I want to see the menu.

The app is slow, not accurate, not working properly, the message with the code what you have to get when you register is arriving late. Sorry for the whole Kfc establishment but this app is not matching up with the services and prices which kfc is offering.Either make a decent online service or delete this app. You shall be ashamed that after so many bad comments and ratings, no one gives a bloody f*** to fix the app.

The order process is a joke. It doesn't matter for time you want to pick up your order. They only start preparing your order once you show them the order number. This step is not described anywhere in the app, so if you don't know you'll be standing there waiting forever.

For 20 minutes it looked like I had ordered twice. It turns out, the first order was cancelled because the payment option I chose (GPay) didn't work/wasn't implemented. So why did it even let me choose that in the first place? And why did I have to wait so much just to find out what had happened?

I work at a kfc drive thru and i think the coupon feature has some major flaws. First of all the app should have a notification that permits the user from accessing coupons if the app is not updated to the latest version. Every day customers come in with not up to date application and they order by telling me the coupon's number. These numbers change with almost every update. Another thing i noticed is that the coupons are doubled for some reason but i dont know if this is intentional.

This app just doesnt work. The UI is terrible (you can modify the dips for the meal for example), the registration process doesnt work (it doesnt accept the code in the sms, btw. why do i need sms at all)...

Worst of them all I choose delivery, go to my basket. Okay gk back the foods, its deleted my basket. Ffs. Okay i do it again, i order. But this time dod not ask me if i want delivery or pickup. Automatically chose pick up for me. Restaurant closed 5 minutes later it was not even possible to pick it up. They did mnot delivery, could not pickup but i still paid 20 euros.

online payment never works.They let you order from the time they're open but after finishing your order,they tell you there's a scheduled delivery time which is 11:30.Why don't you just make home delivery unavailable until the delivery time? now I had to wait for 3hrs to get my order because I ordered around 08:00am.
