Simply not working, I bought the vpn and smartdns bundle through stacksocial in a deal and so far the dns as not worked at all. Netflix US doesn't work which I didn't really expect to work anyway I bought it for vudu and even that don't work and that's one of the easier ones. Customer services told me it's being worked on and try in a few days?? At the moment this is useless I'll change my review if it does eventually work.

It is a fraud, people bought accounts and now works nothing! Yes i'd contacted support, it's a fraud organisation too. They do nothing and tell that everything should be working. And I unhappy that I spent money to the service.

It's awful. Even Disney+ in own country not working. About rhe only thing working is US netfux. No UK apps work. Going back to Getflix. On top of a refund I should be paid for hours of frustration. 15 years or more of using DNS SERVICES this is down there with the worst of the worst.

Horrible customer service experience. Chatting with support it took between one hour to over two hours to get a reply. Finally after 6 hours I just wanted to know how to cancel and couldn't get an answer. Never got this app to work right and I dont have the time it takes with their customer service to reply. The other apps from keepsolid have been good. Dont know why this one is not working. Might be able to get it resolved if customer support was more attentive.

No more geo bypass since 4th of January 2021. All major US streaming provider recognize you are using a tool to get around restrictions... Update 7th Jan: its been fixed after logging a ticket. OK, but i shouldnt have to log a ticket to get this fixed or? Update 15th Feb'21: US streaming providers again recognize the tool, service is producing a DNS leak... 16th Feb'21: back "online" again..

Amazing and so simple! I was getting frustrated finding a vpn and how to make it work on my router so I could use my TV with VPN, this makes it so much easier and with unlimited devices! It's almost too good! So glad the support team helped me choose this service when I came to them for help.

App seems fine but there are issues with the service,for instance there are only two DNS servers to choose from(EU and US),The UK catch-up apps work great on my TVs but not getting Netflix USA on anything but my LG tv,it gets the using unblocker proxy error on anything else,not sure the reason is for that but I'm sure Netflix knows the IP addresses of Keepsolid DNS servers at this stage

Include auto start with android start. It is annoying to enable every time when restart the device or when TV off in power cut. Incremental update : Now I cannot even watch US Netflix content via mobile. Update : they asked me to contact the CS, now they say suddenly their service is not working for MI Box, Mobile. It works only for web browser.

Says it's made for streaming but can't be installed on android TV box. Makes no sense. Response: Using an Nvidia Shield one of the most popular and powerful Android TV boxes. That should be allowed from the start.
