It was a good to go through the customized program, but in some cases the session goes once a week extremely intence to a point I can't finish half the way, trying other apps for now.

really good excersing app note: have to downgrade to 3 start because the wear app dont work it says to upgrade the app when trying to see workouts. on samsung watch 4, last time the app (Wear os) was updated was in 2018.

SCAM ALERT! What a nightmare! I am being charged for a premium version i did not want. The subscription isn't even showing in my Google account so I can't cancel there. But you can't cancel on the app either! I have reported to Paypal and I am waiting for a solution. I have deleted my account but I am not sure that is going to help at all. Be aware of SCAM!!!

I felt it was too inflexible to use. No way to edit and customize the workout plan and just trying to preview specific exercises constantly prompted me to pay virtual coins or sign up for a premium subscription.

I love this app! It is my favorite by far. The countdown before each exercise gets you time to get into position. Each activity is _just_ lo g enough and I like have a live model instead of a picture to go by.

For whatever reason Keep logged me out and it won't give me an option to log to my account. Now, it only has an option to start a new account from scratch only. I love the app but I pretty much lost my past activities and tracking. That's NOT cool!

Just started using the app with my Shield TV (android TV). Workouts are great! Especially with the surround sound and the music. Very motivating. Just one thing though. There's no syncing with the mobile app and the Android TV app. Meaning, when I did my workout using the TV app, my mobile app didn't reflect my workout that I completed. For me to get coins, I need to do the workout on my phone, and I guess, cast it to my tv? Other than this technical issue, I find no issues with the app. It's fun, easy, and you can do it at your own pace. The food intake diary is a nice touch. Would be nice to have your own playlist to add to the workouts. Their selection is limited, but they work. Just would like a bit more personalization. Get it, you won't regret it.

I really enjoy this app. Gives you instructions on what to do and all exercises are anywhere from 10-25 minutes. Good nutrition advice as well. My only problem is that it forsnt always give me credit for the days exercise. I am almost done with my 3 week program and haven't missed a day, but its saying I am only 20% complete. Fix that glitch and I would give it a 5 star.
