    One of the better workout apps I've tried, but for my program to gain weight, it doesnt give me a program option for upper body which I need for scoliosis; only glutes, abs and legs. There is no pause, no proper asn slower instructions. It is like going after a speedy machine. Beginners this gonna loose your confidence. Worst app for us

    pro apk The app is great!! They've solved some issues that it had a few months ago and it works perfectly. I've used to lose some weight and now to keep fit and I'm super happy. Of course, you have to pair it with a good diet and healthy sleep habits but it's great for those who just need an external source of discipline and kind of forces them to exercise a bit.

One BIG gripe : the intake part would be absolutely great if there weren't as many complete nonsense foodstuff in there with absurd calorie values. Or at least allow for a list of favorites and ffs use the metric system as a default for foodstuff (like 95% of humanity).

The videos and exercise descriptions are informative and helpful. The only improvement I could suggest is to be able to build your own workout plan. Excellent overall!

    app I'm really LOVE this Keep app which has a lot of exercise for users, whether you are teenager or adult, many choices have been provided for training. For a high school student like me, I'm usually forgot to have a training time before using it, but it will also remind me that my training time was times up, so I don't have to worried about.

It would be so great if we can take Two program at the same time, like fit and muscle training. 2. trainer gender change should be available with coins too.

    I really have enjoyed this app and will continue to use it, I dont like how it is in metric system and cant change Also, when I go ride my bike or do my own exercise it would be nice if you could click start and it starts a timer and has your location so that it can calculate the mi and kcal for you vs having to have a watch/app that does that. When I do add my own work I have to put strength training cause thats the closest thing but the app adds another one which I didn't do.

    Just completed my second training programme. I am however, uninstalling the app for now. Simply because the workouts become fairly repetitive week after week. Adding variations to the programmes will definitely help to *keep the vibe alive! But I have loved using this app. It takes all your dimensions into consideration, from 'activity level' to your BMI. Great app guys. Loved all the internal achievements on the app, it kept me motivated. Keep it up guys! The body hears what the mind says!

    It was all pretty and roses and nice until I tried to add my first activity. Stretching for whatever reason is not considered an activity and I'm not doing pro or paying for a service just to add stretching to my fitness goal because it doesn't allow you to add. No detailed template on how to input the data because I kept getting invalid data Even when I tried to substitute stretching for something else. Uninstalled.

    I love the app! It describes the workout in detail and doesn't lag at all. I also like the workout plans although the workout one I'm on isn't too apartment friendly. I do want them to work on the inconsistency of the voice recording though. It's not as seamless as their yoga app

    Pretty good app! They have got different workouts for biginnners, and experienced! Although some names of them have been mixed up! It doesn't affect one much on a workout, but just braught it into attention. I love this app! I have tried many other, but this kept me on keeping it!

    The app itself is great: UI, UX, workouts, presentation, the fact that it's free... However, as someone living in an 8th floor flat, I can't do almost a third of some routines. I'm not that heavy, but my neighbors would go nuts if I started regularly doing jumping jacks in my living room. Thus, I wish there was an option to swap those workouts for a bit calmer ones, or at least put them all into one single routine I would know I need to get out for.

    I unlocked the Fat loss K2 training and it took all my coins but didn't unlock it. Also if i watch a video or do training, it doesn't reward me with my coins either. It's a nice app but won't give me the coins I earned and then takes the ones I do spend. Unfortunately, I can't rate it well because of this.

    I love this app, is great and I have recommended it to many people; however, there's been a problem lately with my working plan, after I finish a workout sometimes it doesn't mark it as complete so it appears as I haven't finished my workout routine. I've had this app for around 4 months and this probleme has only appeared in the last couple of weeks Edit: problem was fixed a while ago. Back to 5 stars.

    Great balance of content. Usually apps like this are overrun by ads and require a subscription to get rid of them, but this app solved it nicely - you earn points for working out to unlock premium content if you're not a subscriber, if you want to unlock content sooner you can CHOOSE to watch a few seconds of ads, which I'm happy to do because they're not in my face all the time, they don't interrupt the regular use of the app, so I don't mind watching and clicking on them to support that

    Very effective. I lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks using the k1 weight loss plan. It helps keep me motivated. I like that it has different levels of difficulty. This has enabled a beginner like me to keep it up for the past 6 weeks. 4 stars instead of 5 because I cannot find a way to fully customize my workout. I want to choose my workout days and use the exercises to build my own workout circuits. I am now looking for another app that gives me more customized control.

    I love this app. Good way to collect points and easy to follow exercises. To improve would be adding friends option. Can't see any of friends who had the app. Had to scroll through in non alphabetical order to look for my friends, send the invite when they already have the app. Not sure how the sync works, but I can't tell how it helps me add friends.

    I love this app! It has so many different workouts, for all different abilities. It has many workouts that don't need any equipment and even offers minimal impact workouts in case you need to workout quietly. The workouts also have optional music with them. Each exercise is explained well and has a video of someone doing you with it. A really good app in my opinion 👍

    Was great but now the Android TV app is half broken. I only use it for the TV app. I'll give it a few more weeks but will cancel my subscription if not fixed as I'm not paying for something that doesn't work. It's a shame because it was really good before. Update: unsubscribed, issues not fixed and K2 weight loss plan has K4 level workouts, it's crazy. Going to find a better app.

    As far as I can tell you can't adjust volume in the app. (Edit) found volume adjustment, it's in the exercise not in the settings. Music and queues have separate volume controls

    Amazing app to build up the discipline. The more you exercise, the more coins you collect and you can use that to buy programs. I've been using it daily for the last 1 month and I've been loving it, specially during quarantine times. Workouts are short enough for beginners t stick to the schedule.

    The only bothering fact for me is that you cannot choose your weekly workout days. Now I have a 1 month plan with 6 days of workout per week, which is hell too much for me. I would have preferred a 3-4 days longer workouts, but there is no such option when you want to choose a plan. Please add this in later updates.

    Great app! You can follow different athletes and you can also compare yourself with rest of the world. I love challenge exercises but I suggest number of exercises should be increased in it. Do not worry about the coins, you can earn by just daily usage of the app and different acheivements.

    I like the fitness programmes offered. All I had to do was just follow the exercises accordingly the day it was set. It worked! From 90 kg to 70 kg, less hungrier & more agile in roughly a year. Trust me, everybody can get their dream body if every fitness apps have this kind of program & the user themselves would just have DISCIPLINE, PATIENT & PERSEVERENCE.

    Help. I accidentally hit "end program " thinking it would just leave the area I was in so I lost all the beginning credits I had used to begin the program I was going to attempt. I have searched high and low for an app that would suit my needs so I got this and your yoga app. If I like the actual workouts I would pay the 8.99 per month but I cant till I try the workouts.     This was a FANTASTIC app! I regret not using it sooner! Unfortunately I upgraded my phone and every exercise routine I completed, songs downloaded or coins I earned, calorie intake I entered has all disappeared...BUT, I did another phone upgrade, downloaded workouts before transferring phone info and all is good again with my KEEP app!!!

    I only have three issues. It is weird that I can easily find the donate button but only able to subscribe if I try to unl9ck a workout. Either that or I just couldn't find the how to subscribe other than that. On my TV if the workout plan had more than two workouts for the day I couldn't select below the second workout. Was super annoying since I just essentially wasted my coins on. I could only unlock through my phone which would have made the second issue more obvious.

    Strange app, I started the 14 day program yet I could only use the sick leave option only once. There should be a menstrual cycle option so that the workouts can be postponed for up to 3 days for people who cannot work out intensively during those days. Please consider factoring this in as I don't want to lose my streak.

    It's a nice App I regularly use, I like it! It has nice workout plans for different goals and it fits different kind of metabolisms and strengths. I even became Premium, but was quite upset when found out there's no more set plans, maybe only more singular workouts... Can one create its own program made up of singular workouts?? If not, I guess I won't suggest this App after all...

    Nice app with good workouts. I like that you can earn coins for doing workouts and logging in to unlock other workout plans but once you've unlocked them they don't appear to remain unlocked. I've come to do a plan that I've previously unlocked with my earned credits and I've had to unlock it again this is the same for other plans that I've previously unlocked.

    Worst app .i had purchased premium plan for year through my postpaid cellular network. Vodafone..but they are charging me the same amount every month .dont know what they are chrging for . This app dont have customer support . Feedback page always like blank nothing shows up there Cant mail or contact from the office to give my membership plan details like when i bought it or other details nothing is there .....

    The best thing about this app is that a guy does all the exercise along with you. So u r not alone and all the difficulties u feel in different postures can easily be corrected by ourselves. The goals set are easily achievable and is really motivating.

    I joined premium. And done 2 programs and starting the third now. Timing exercise is good, not too long for my busy schedule. But they repeat exactly the same workout over and over again, even for different program. I still have 10 months of my subscription but feel bored already..

    It's a very pretty app with so far enough things. When I saw it connects with Samsung and Fit I got excited but too limited on treadmill programs and doesn't let even the app itself, let alone Fit and Samsung the distance on the treadmill or anything :( That was a huge bummer suddenly.

    Just started using the app with my Shield TV (android TV). Workouts are great! Especially with the surround sound and the music. Very motivating. Just one thing though. There's no syncing with the mobile app and the Android TV app. Meaning, when I did my workout using the TV app, my mobile app didn't reflect my workout that I completed. For me to get coins, I need to do the workout on my phone, and I guess, cast it to my tv? Other than this technical issue, I find no issues with the app. It's fun, easy, and you can do it at your own pace. The food intake diary is a nice touch. Would be nice to have your own playlist to add to the workouts. Their selection is limited, but they work. Just would like a bit more personalization. Get it, you won't regret it.

    I've been following a free workout plan and it's good. There's a large variation of exercises with lots I haven't done before. Wish there was a way to change the speed of rep counting as most are far too slow and one or two are too fast. A lot of the exercise descriptions don't match what is shown in the video. There's also a very obvious misspelling (knelling instead of kneeling) that annoys me every time it's announced. The app is good but hopefully there's improvements in future updates.

    If you are looking for an app that has workouts to target specific areas then this is your go to! For beginners, you dont have to may a cent but as you reach advanced, you will need to pay to unlock premium features. This app shows you in a very detailed description on how to perform such excercises along with tips/advice. This app counts reps with you and tells you when and how long you you should have a rest for in between sets. It's like having your own personal trainer in the comfort of your own home except this is free! 100% happy with this app! I highly recommend!

    This would be such a great app: I love the excercises! Unfortunately, there are too many things that don't work... I have tried to set up my daily activity estimate million times, but it won't save. It happens way too often, that plan workout I have done won't get ticked off as done: very demoralising! Another thing I find bad is that the app doesn't ask how frequently you plan to work out. Since I also run, climb and walk a lot, I don't want it to push me in working out 5 times a week! Fix this

    This is the best fitness app I've used! The daily plan is free and a lot of the single workouts are free as well, if you are willing to pay for the monthly plan you get even more and the plan is a lot more reasonable than all of the other fitness apps!! At only $8.99 a month you can have it all, that's a lot better than $30 a month for other applications. They have cheaper long term packages also. The app is mostly free as it is so you aren't forced to get a membership. I recommend this app 9/10!

    This app is thoughtfully done. It includes video of the exercises along with people who do the exercises with you, whole demonstrating the proper form. The exercises are updated and I am familiar with them from my wife who is a personal trainer and soon to be DPT. Another note is that this is especially useful for travel. It offers great routines that can be completed within a hotel room. Thank you for this app.

    I really enjoy this app. Gives you instructions on what to do and all exercises are anywhere from 10-25 minutes. Good nutrition advice as well. My only problem is that it forsnt always give me credit for the days exercise. I am almost done with my 3 week program and haven't missed a day, but its saying I am only 20% complete. Fix that glitch and I would give it a 5 star.

    This is going to really help. For one thing it's free and you dont need to get 20 different apps to get fit it's all in one. Day 1: I did 3 of their workouts that they planned. Let me tell you it's a killer workout. It has it when between each workout it gives 10 seconds break which you can skip. So far this has been one of the best apps I had for workouts.

    Overall this app is brilliant, I've stuck to the workouts since January 2nd 2019 💪🏻 The only thing I would say is several times I've "bought" a plan with my coins and accidentally set it to the wrong day and the only obvious way to change that is to cancel the plan and buy a new one, but you don't get your coins back! There should be an option to modify the plan once bought. ALSO the thing knows my bmi but wont let me input my weight?? I'd like to be able to put in my weight as well as height!

    I've had a really hard time finding an app with a "challenge" that's easy to stick to. These workouts are really great and I feel coached through the whole work out.     I never leave reviews for apps, but I've gone as far as recommending this app to all my friends, family and pretty much everyone I know. It's truly that effective. When it comes to finding an app that helps you out on your workout and weight goals you kind of expect you'll have to settle for one with nice reviews and hope for the best. This app is not like that at all. It not only exceeded my expectations about its overall features but it's helped me lose weight and tone in record time. I still can't believe it's that effective and free for the most part. I've only started with free workouts but I'd go all in if I feel like I still need more once I've run out of free workout plans.     So far, so good! I like that there's background "music" because it's better than none, and the voice counts. The exercises are repetitious. If you have neck or shoulder problems the side planks hurt after a bit, but they can be skipped. I've only just completed Day 3, so I'm curious to see the uptick in intensity that the app promises.

    The workouts are absolutely amazing but all the actual app features need improvement. A few examples - connecting with friends is burdensome (cannot search, they are not sorted in any specific order), awarding points is sporadic (sometimes it gives you points for completing a workout or watching a video, sometimes it doesn't); finding your ranking for the week among friends is not where your list of friends is but at a random place); organization of all app features is definitely not intuitive

    I love the app so far. The only very annoying thing is that, even tho it syncs to my Google fit, the app itself doesn't register all exercises as done. I complete the workout and sometimes it marks it as done sometimes it doesn't. I don't understand what's the deal with that. Otherwise, amazing app, getting more into it every day.

    Nice app, but I have a problem with it actually registering the completion of a workout. It did it with day one (after several tries), did it with one of 2 on day 2. Can't make it register any more:(. Halp! Also annoying separate screen with "share" options after a workout and the fact that I can't do (or find how) the daily plan workout as a daily training for points.     Great app, I have lost 4kgs and pushi g for more. I do have a problem though. I finish my workout that was planned for the day and it registers in the exercise days but not on my actual schedule.     I really enjoy the variety in this app! You have many free challenges to choose from and they also offer a premium account to unlock even more. I like the stretching before and after the activities as well as the short rest periods with the option to skip! I also love the image coaching, I am able to follow the workout accurately and ensure I will not hurt myself. I find myself motivated to do these and not only one but doing a few in each day! There's nothing like working out at home in winter, being your own DJ and in an environment where you're more comfortable with the challenges and the sweat!

    I used to LOVE this app, until it stopped giving me credit for the workouts I finished on my plan last week. I just started a new plan yesterday and I'm still not getting credit. At first, I'd do them over again, causing myself more physical health problems than I already have. Now, I'm about ready to delete this app, which makes me sad because I'm a long time user of this app. If i can't get this fixed, the app is gone! It's so discouraging when you've worked hard and not get the credit.

Keep is the best workout app out there; I have tried many workout apps since I'm obsessed with fitness. some were good but none were good as this one. Even without having access to the premium version, there are still many great plans are offerred. The fact that it gives you plans based on your goals that you can keep track of is just perfect. The motivational music are awesome, the guide for moves are perfect and even without having access to the premium version, you can still find many great plans including strength workouts, HIIT, stretch and whatever workout type you can think of.     Loved this app in the beginning but once I completed the first program and selected the second, no matter how many times I completed the first day workout the app refused to count it. The whole point for me is to keep track of my routine and I can't do that with this app and so I had to uninstall it and find something else. Good thing I haven't bought the paid version before completely testing it out.

    Good workouts, but needs bug fixing. I tried to complete one of the preset workout plans, but half the time it didn't record my progress. When I checked the training minutes the recorded minutes were less than the workout said they'd be (workout supposed to be 10 minutes but only recorded 9 minutes of activity even though I did the whole workout). Reached out to customer service several times but they never got back to me.

    I love the app but recently it's been acting up. for instance right now I'm doing the Firm Abs Project K3 and it will not mark when I complete some of the workouts. I've tried rerunning the workout in the background and it still does not register that it was completed. really annoying when you want to look back at your progress.

    This is a really good workout application. I really like the step by step display and built in rests. The programs are also designed to step you in gradually. The only thing I don't really like is that if you miss a day in your plan, you can't simply shift the calendar forward. I get the idea that the programs are intended to be consistently followed, but everyone misses a day now and then. People may simply quit a program if they fall behind, and it can be pretty discouraging.

    Simple to understand, easy to use. Customization is great with a routine based around your current body and your general exercize goal. I open up this app and follow my customized weight loss plan in any 9 to 20 minute window I can find in my day as a dad to a 2 year old. The workouts are demonstrated in perfectly correct form as a guideline for you to see. Exercises are calm, timed, and spaced out well. This app is going to save me from succumbing to the trappings of a dad bod. Thanks Keep!

    Great app! The programs are targeted and have a nice escalation in difficulty, my only complaint is that more often than not when I complete a workout, it is registered in the app's "training insights" but isn't acknowledged as "completed" in the program itself, so even if I've gone trough the whole thing, the app only accounts for 10% completion, which can get kinda frustrating. Other than that, I really recommend this app!!
