Great app to keep your body fit and healthy. Motivates you with coins which helps you unlock more advanced packs. Also, like everyone says — the app is broken because its not counting completed workouts. Although it's being synchronized with Fit correctly, progress inside the app just not tracking itself. Please fix, the app is great but this bug is irritating. Workaround for exercises not marking as completed: don't use landscape mode. For some reason if you start (or switch while in) your workout in landscape mode it will not save your results.

Great but small things would make it the best fitness app in my opinion. These things apply for the yoga part as well. Cast (like Chromecast) support would be amazing. The food database needs work(maybe try and partner with MyFitnessPal; actually integration with many third party apps would be nice). I wish there was some better instructions about form especially for beginner plans and alternatives (especially for the yoga routines) for people that may not be able to do what is asked properly.

This workout program is one of the best workout programs there is, it has so many workouts and so many workout plans to get fit, lose weight and build muscles, you can workout with no equipment at all or with equipment that you have, this application is helping me get fit and a lot of muscles, I recommend using it, as to the community part of the program, it is fake, but because the application has good workouts I will give it 5 stars, and oh, did I mention, it has no ADS? And its not pay2use!!!

I LOVE this app! There is so much information about health and fitness, huge support team if you want to socialize, you can keep track of you calorie and macros, work out session, you can add a workout that isnt redesigned. If you dont know how or what to do there are plenty of workouts to choose from that show you how to do them, it is personalized to your needs as long as you give it correct information, the workout includes music or you can bring your own, supportive and motivating voice!

my fav exercising app... it helped me get back to my exercising habits, its helped me be more consistent and has definitely left me feeling more confident and proud of myself. this app has exercises for people trying to lose weight, it has muscle mass exercises, abs legs and butt exercises it has weight training, core workouts for runner. it even customises a workout plan for you

I have only done it for a few days, but it's the only fitness app that I've been motivated to do. It gives a legit assessment and a plan for your specific needs and body type as opposed to some apps that give general fitness workouts or 30 day programs without assessing the individual. It also allows you to record what you eat and gives fitness articles all in one. That kind of motivates me more.

Love it... When I took the body composition test at the clinic, I was really happy to see that I was building muscles all over my body, before using this app, the only thing I had a bit of muscles in were my arms... Really happy with the results! This app is a Keep!

This is the best health/workout app on Playstore. I lost 3kgs in less than a month! It is very considerate of my own timetable and the videos are extremely helpful. The calories sync with the Samsung health app, making it easier for me to count my calories on a daily basis. Moreover, it has workout plans for specific body areas, which makes it even better. Something wrong with your plan tab. It doesn't record that I completed it. There are so many people complaining the same thing and no response from the developer, I'm dropping it to 1-star till they do something or response.

Great app for daily routine and you don't have to worry about going to the gym and also staying positive is better as this app work outs also makes me think that even without and app or trainer you need to do it you just have to make your mind to do it As making your own work out schedule can help also with time balance

Amazing app. Let you work out from home and do work outs based on what body part you want to work on. It can create a workout schedule/routine for you and gives you reminders to ensure you don't miss a workout!! I love it!!

This is a very great app for a lazy student like me! I love it, and I hope you guys (and girls) can also enjoy it as much as I did! Although, there is a small problem that I would like the app to update is the intake diary, where you have to write down what you eat, the app should be able to find more food because I'm Asian and Asian has a lot of exotic food, so I hope they can implement more food, so I can track down our calories more precisely. Still! 100% recommend installing this app.

This is a very good app, with some very creative programs and exercise plans. Unfortunately, i can not update my weight or goals. I've tried to find a contact us form but i must be missing it. My app says I'm still obese, and that my daily energy expenditure is low. Please help. I've updated under the Goals and Status section several times now.

This is a video, not audio workout app, and has no customer service. I paid for this app thinking Google's old refund policy applied and because I initially selected a workout I didn't like and was immediately blocked from looking at anything else. One hour later, knew I didn't want it and asked for a refund. No response from the app developer, Google's policy has changed, and I'm out $50.

If you follow the time table properly in this app then there is no need of going to gym outside and hiring a trainer. Its all covered in this app. It gives you a suitable time table for you to exercise and tell your insights, so its an excellent feature of this app. It would be so great if they release a keep diet app for having a guidance on a proper diet. Because without proper diet there is no use of exercise.

Amazing app! Encourages you to exercise to unlock better quality training plans and videos through coins given- if you don't want to buy premium outright. Minimal ads, great tips and articles- it's the perfect fitness app! Only reason for deducting a star was a fair of the exercises are'nt apartment friendly. By that I mean there's a lot of running on the spot and jumping around, with no option to take these exercises out of the programme--so I lose most of the session having to skip them.

I just started using this app and from the first workout I was sweating profusely. I knew right then and there this app was great. the following days varies the exercises to help the whole body get a workout and relaxation. It keeps me on track pretty well so far and I love it!

Still waiting to hear bk regarding annoying daily notifications/reminders. have turned the setting off yet still receiving it every day. I have this one as well as the yoga one. It would be great if this registered when you do a workout on the yoga app. the training itself is allg, just using the beginners stuff at the moment and its both gentle and a great work out. Was looking to purchase the app but i find the reminders painfully irritating.

i enjoy this app. it is a calm and soothing voice that gets you through. there is no frills just counts you through the sets and also has an audio timer while followig the exercise. there is more doing than following. the other apps are just too loud and fake for me.

This is a great app to workout at home very easily. The in app reward points keeps us motivated through the time as we will be able to unlock more plans with the help of these in app reward points. Overall it's a great workout app around the playstore that too for free.

Love this app. But it would be nice if there was a notification sound that informed tou when each rep was finished, without having to listen to the voice guidance.

Helped me so much reconnect with exercising. I had grown bored of going to the gym, and it was getting quite difficult to find the time with work. But this app gives you short series of exercises you can do at home, so there is no excuse to skip anymore 🙆

Great app! The programs are targeted and have a nice escalation in difficulty, my only complaint is that more often than not when I complete a workout, it is registered in the app's "training insights" but isn't acknowledged as "completed" in the program itself, so even if I've gone trough the whole thing, the app only accounts for 10% completion, which can get kinda frustrating. Other than that, I really recommend this app!!

This would be such a great app: I love the excercises! Unfortunately, there are too many things that don't work... I have tried to set up my daily activity estimate million times, but it won't save. It happens way too often, that plan workout I have done won't get ticked off as done: very demoralising! Another thing I find bad is that the app doesn't ask how frequently you plan to work out. Since I also run, climb and walk a lot, I don't want it to push me in working out 5 times a week! Fix this

easy to use, like the calorie counter, but they don't have all the foods, I wish we could add all the information from labels instead of just calories and amount. the workouts are nice and fast.

This is a great app but recently it hasn't been check marking a completed workout in a project. This can be very frustrating. It does sync the workout data with google fit and you can see that the workout was done in other sections of the app but not within the project. I realize that I am not the only one experiencing this issue from other reviews and I would really appreciate it if the Keep team would fix this problem. The moment it is fixed, I will switch back to five stars.

I used to be so in love with this app, but after some months it has started to glitch, similar to what the other users are experiencing - not giving coins, not logging finished workouts. The app works even without those features, but it just loses what's so special about the app. So I'm going to uninstall and look for another app, you were loved Keep.

I really enjoy this app. Gives you instructions on what to do and all exercises are anywhere from 10-25 minutes. Good nutrition advice as well. My only problem is that it forsnt always give me credit for the days exercise. I am almost done with my 3 week program and haven't missed a day, but its saying I am only 20% complete. Fix that glitch and I would give it a 5 star.

Very cool app if you have to exercise at home. You need data to use it, because each exercise has to be downloaded. I have it for 2 days now and so far I did not see any advertisements. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall the app is great!! But I don't know why it does not record the workouts that I'm doing as part of the programme. They appear on "Training History" but are not ticked in the plan's main page. It's the fourth time that happens and I don't know what to do. I've seen other people having the same problem so I hope they fix it soon because the app is amazing and it really helps you get results if you combine it with a calorie counter.

I love the app so far. The only very annoying thing is that, even tho it syncs to my Google fit, the app itself doesn't register all exercises as done. I complete the workout and sometimes it marks it as done sometimes it doesn't. I don't understand what's the deal with that. Otherwise, amazing app, getting more into it every day.

I love this app, is great and I have recommended it to many people; however, there's been a problem lately with my working plan, after I finish a workout sometimes it doesn't mark it as complete so it appears as I haven't finished my workout routine. Nice app, but I have a problem with it actually registering the completion of a workout. It did it with day one (after several tries), did it with one of 2 on day 2. Can't make it register any more:(. Halp! Also annoying separate screen with "share" options after a workout and the fact that I can't do (or find how) the daily plan workout as a daily training for points. I used to LOVE this app, until it stopped giving me credit for the workouts I finished on my plan last week. I just started a new plan yesterday and I'm still not getting credit. At first, I'd do them over again, causing myself more physical health problems than I already have. Now, I'm about ready to delete this app, which makes me sad because I'm a long time user of this app. If i can't get this fixed, the app is gone! It's so discouraging when you've worked hard and not get the credit.

The workouts are absolutely amazing but all the actual app features need improvement. A few examples - connecting with friends is burdensome (cannot search, they are not sorted in any specific order), awarding points is sporadic (sometimes it gives you points for completing a workout or watching a video, sometimes it doesn't); finding your ranking for the week among friends is not where your list of friends is but at a random place); organization of all app features is definitely not intuitive

Loved this app in the beginning but once I completed the first program and selected the second, no matter how many times I completed the first day workout the app refused to count it. The whole point for me is to keep track of my routine and I can't do that with this app and so I had to uninstall it and find something else. Good thing I haven't bought the paid version before completely testing it out.

I love the app but recently it's been acting up. for instance right now I'm doing the Firm Abs Project K3 and it will not mark when I complete some of the workouts. I've tried rerunning the workout in the background and it still does not register that it was completed. really annoying when you want to look back at your progress.

Great app, I have lost 4kgs and pushi g for more. I do have a problem though. I finish my workout that was planned for the day and it registers in the exercise days but not on my actual schedule. It still shows I have to complete it. Please fix. Still not working. I am finishing my tasks and it is not ticking them off. PLEASE FIX

Good workouts, but needs bug fixing. I tried to complete one of the preset workout plans, but half the time it didn't record my progress. When I checked the training minutes the recorded minutes were less than the workout said they'd be (workout supposed to be 10 minutes but only recorded 9 minutes of activity even though I did the whole workout). Reached out to customer service several times but they never got back to me.

the exercises are good. but it's hars to navigate them. and they don't let you switch the gender of the trainer even tho they told you, you could do it. it's just a feature you nees to pay for. especially the hars to navigate workouts are pretty annoying

I really like the weekly plans in order to stay on track. I have had instances where a routine I completed did not get checked off in the plan section (it still shows in the history). That's a bummer that the plan doesn't show 100% complete. Otherwise, my activity level is way up, so I can't really complain. Update: keeps getting worse hardly any of the workouts are checked off the plan. I've tried logging in and out. reinstalling the app. The workouts still don't checked off!! really annoying!

This really help me to sweat. This is very recommendable and I already recommend this to my friends and family and they love it. I just hope they didn't remove the countings when the remainibg time is only 5 sec, because like me I didn't not focus on time and waiting for it to count for me. So, I've been really liking this app but I have recently ran into a problem. I'm following my fitness plan but for the last two days even though I've completed the workout( I have been asked how I feel and everything ) and it is on my workout record but it doesn't mark as done. I don't know what the problem is. I know it's about you doing your workout regularly but it's been really bugging me. Please, could anyone tell me if they have the same problem and perhaps give me some advice what to do?

UODATE: Been a premium member and using 5he app a year. After the last update it would not log any of my workouts. After finisbing all the exercises it would show i didn't do anything. Please fix! I love the app. Have been using this app for 6 months now. i recommended to all my friends. Now we all compete. One of the best self workout plans out here. it makes a plan according to your body needs. Best part: you can exercise even at home, no equipment necessary.

What I love about keep is that the app is self contained. It has a calorie calculator and a step tracker as well which allows you to monitor you daily caloric intake and record your expenditure. It connects to Google fit so data can be synced that way as well. The workouts are goal oriented and can be accessed from any levels. The app also allows us to choose from various exercises based on muscle groups alone and the directions are provided quite professionally. Looking forward to my improvement

I'm mostly happy with this. Some things i wish it had: * better indication of which exercises and plans require equipment. I got a week or two in to the K2 strength plan before finding out it assumed i had dumbbells and foam rollers. It would be nice to be forewarned, or better yet have alternate exercises to do instead. * support for substituting other activity outside the app workouts would also be nice.

Previously gave this app a 5 star review because I've really enjoyed the workouts and the ease of which to keep myself accountable and on track. However, recently the app has stopped recording which workouts are complete. I've filed two feedback requests through the app to get it fixed and get credit for workouts that I have done. Hope it gets fixed soon!

The developers of the application are so smart, not only they provide variety of effective exercises to choose from, but also, the way they handled premium exerxises is genius!! If you don't want to pay for locked exercises, then workout the free exercises or plans and you'll gain coins equal to the burned amount of calories that will let you buy the locked plans, this way, you lose weight and get fit, and get desired plans/exercises for free! Thank you so much for making this app real ❤️

The app itself is okay. Fairly easy to follow with the workout and the video showing it helps get an idea of how to do them "correctly". The issue I have that makes me give this 1 star is that it only works half the time. One day everything is fine, the next day I am unable to dowbload the workout from my main task. "Downloading 0M / 0M" and it never moving from that point. This is extremely frustrating and I can't work out on the app with it so have decided to use other alternatives.

I feel like its a really great app so far! I really have found using it to be pretty easy. My only thing is i wish i didnt have to download a different step counter app to link to this one.

This app is absolutely fantastic and I use it everyday. I have no trouble keeping up with my daily routines in the past 6 months since I started. However in the recent week, just as the others have noted, my workouts don't get marked off upon completion. Please fix bugs. This update of the app does not update your exercises according your workout plan. I've been working out for 3 days and only one day was captured. I want to see my progress and according to this updated version my progress has been decreasing. So now I have to make mental notes of my actual progress. Who then need this app.

To be honest, I'm usually really skeptical about these kinds of apps. However, Keep has been a shocking surprise. The app is a whole fitness program in the palm of your hand. They provide guidance with intake, the perfect workouts for your goals and ability level. The built in rewards are great positive reinforcement. The short interval style works are great at keeping you motivated and prevents boredom. The instructions are perfect for beginners. I have no regrets on the premium purchase.

So far it's been great. Just starting my first week. When I like about it is I can do the workout on my TV with a downloaded app on the device. I went ahead and spring for the premium to get all the exercises. Love it

The app was so great, at first. I got the subscription and had access to all programs and moves. But then I would do moves and get steps but not get the trophies. I contacted Keep several times, no response. Then my workouts no longer saved after doing them. I tried contacting Keep a few more times, no response. I finally unsubscribed through Google play; I will get constant reminders to finish the program when I already did the workouts, and the lack of support suddenly is disconcerting.

I originally loved this app. I started from not working out at all to this and it had kept me motivated. now this last week it's not even giving me credit for the exercises. I have tried to contact keep twice over it and still have yet to hear anything so I'm uninstalling and already downloaded another workout app. if they would have just replied back and let me know something I would have been fine.

It would be much good if you focus on a full workout rather than providing a bunch of exercises. also there should be Exercises for Intermediate and up. this app focus more on the beginner level!

This is a great app for people like me who want to workout but are clueless about where to begin or how to keep at it. But for the past couple of days for some reason the app refuses to update my training data or the number of minutes I've worked out . This is pretty frustrating and I hope that this can be fixed soon! Cheers :)

This app is generally really good. The excerises are straightforward and it gives you some idea of a program which will work for you. However, the logging is terrible. Workouts you finish often don't show up as finished. Also if you are meant to do a specific workout on a Tuesday and Thursday and the Tuesday didn't show up as finished the Thursday workout shows up on Tuesday if it shows up at all. If these issues were fixed it would be a 4 or 5 star app, but as is it's too hard to see progess.

I really do enjoy using this app. The only part that kind of annoys me is that I can't find out how to update my weight on it so my plans are better fitted for me.

I'm using it from last year it was working Good but from last month i'm facing some critical issues which are irritating. Problem - I joined 4 Week exercise plan. When i complete the exercise, the app doesn't update the data & don't show green tick on completed exercise. Instead it shows that you havn't complete the exercise. Pls Resolve the issue

great overall but i dont know why it doesnt record it when i finish a workout, like most of the times it doesn't "tick" it once im finished so the progress bar won't go up, and that's very demotivating for me. i wish they would fix that or at least let me manually select it as finished if the automatic system is going to fail.

This app is more or less a personal trainer itself ! I use it very often and it is giving me the best results. If you are looking for a home workout for fatloss or even strength building definitely go for this. even if you dont spend money on this (like me), there are more than enough "things" on your platter for all needs. (though spending some amount can help you get your hands on more exquisite dishes.. metaphorically speaking). if u wana transform ur body, this is the best app in town.

I love this app. It's inclusive, and it provides you with personalized workout plans, regardless of your purpose, although I wish there was an option to turn off that voice - the female voice that counts seconds, sets and reps. I'm sorry but she talks as if she's presenting a baby TV show

love the excerise. really easy to use. problem is for the past couple weeks has not worked right. plan does not show workouts completed. trophies not being awarded. no answer from feedback given. I tried uninstall and reinstall. didn't help. I will keep using as I can, but hope glitches are fixed soon

UPDATE 16.07.19 Back to 4 stars for workouts being registered again in the plan. UPDATE 10.06.19 Down to 2 stars since workouts are not being registered properly. -INITIAL REVIEW- My gripe is the music especially since I'm using this on Android TV. Would be much better if I could use spotify as background music or at least have the option to turn off the music (which is only currently possible on the phone app).

I started using this app coming from Keep Yoga. Because of that I was expecting a similar experience in terms of how a training session runs. I appreciate that it has warm up and cool down exercises integrated in some of the training sessions, BUT there is no explanation as to how to execute correctly the exercise, what variations to do if you feel discomfort or when to stop. There is no flow between the exercises: these are filmed separated most probably and then concatenated according to need in a training session. There does not seem to be a rule regarding what a set means: for some exercises it means 8 repetitions, for some 15, for some 25. It does not seem structured in any way.

for the first month it was perfect, the programmes are amazing and I've seen a difference but now the credits are working, it's not recognising my workouts which means I cant do any programmes! I've emailed them twice explaining this heard nothing, I suspect it's part of what they do to get you to buy the full package - really disappointing

I do really like this app,I started a training plan yesterday and it counted it when I finished the workout but it's not counting the one i finished today, please fix, the good feeling of working out goes away when it doesn't progress in the training plan. It also did this to me in the Keep Yoga app as well yesterday. (Edit: Will give 5 stars if this ever gets fixed, 1 month later and still no fix)

I loved this app when I first downloaded and started using it. The plans help keep me on track. Unfortunately it has stopped recording my workouts when completed. Please fix. I see everyone in the reviews are complaining of the same issue but no fix yet, which is super annoying.

I've using this app for more than 2 months , but recently its not working the way it was at first. The app isn't counting and calculating the workout you have already performed,. The calorie intake, the workout percentage nothing is increasing nor it is showing that you have completed it. It has happened with me twice and today again. There isn't nay response from the feedback sent too. I'm uninstalling it.

Dear team, i enjoy working out with KEEP but when i complete an older workout which i might have missed, the app does not show up workouts as complete. I have to go back to the workout and fast forward it to show up as complete. Also i have invited friends and they have downloaded the application but no coins given for that. Please sort that and I will rate 5 star

I'm leaving one star out because since last week, the app doesn't count the exercises I have completed, and it's very annoying. I hope you get this fixed because this app is great and I've reached my goals faster than any other time, I'm really happy with that. Thank you for your work, please fix this issue.

love this app, would rate it 5 stars if they would fix the bug I'm having! workouts no longer register when I've completed them. I don't get coins when finishing a workout anymore and it says I have completed 0% of the plan when I have done all the workouts. tried contacting Keep through the app and also on Facebook but no reply! Hopefully this works!! please fix this so i can give you five stars!!! fixed!! thank you! 5 stars!

As other users already told multiple times in other reviews.. since one month ago the workouts are never marked as completed... fix the bug and i will rewrite my review... tired of waiting for the update already...

Awesome apllication, makes me work out much much more. Everything is given to you after some clicks and everything is described: how to move, how to breathe. For this deserves 5/5 stars. There are however some frustrating issues which haven't been fixed yet (no update since March, no communication): - the daily open-the-app bonus credits is not given if you don't go to the "Me" section - the finished workouts are not getting registered Because of these only 3/5 for the current version

So i was using this from sooo many days ...n i really this aap but recently i unustalled it coz i was getting lazy and during that time also i skipped some workouts as well ..... But no matter how many times i unisalled it ...but whenever i followed the workout it really benifited me it really makes me more engeertic .... So overall i likr this app ... And from today i m going to start again for loosing my weight ... This app really helps alot for exercise .......

Workout plans are fixed. Could be more versatile. Otherwise its a great app. I use this for everyday workouts.

It's a great application. The best thing is that it reminds me that i have to exercise and that i can preview the next days. So, I recommend this app to anybody who wants to try it. Ps: I love their little rewards and ways to congratulate with the calorie points at every workout done.

I LOVE this app! I've tried many fitness apps but never stuck with them. KEEP is different in MANY ways. I love the coin system! For a college student I can't afford a gym/app membership. KEEP awards coins upon completion of workouts(which is a HUGE motivational boost for me)and challenges to unlock "premium" benefits/advanced workouts, ect. Thanks for creating an organized routine with lots of fitness levels, intensity and options. I'm able to get my body back in shape and enjoy the process!

I love this app, it makes me really work and I feel the difference after doing a full plan. I was at a loss as to how to best exercise at home but the instructions and the different sessions covering everything from HIIT to core and even stretching was exactly what i was looking for.

I love the app and the workouts. They're very helpful and have helped me lose weight. My only complaint is that is hasn't been counting my workouts for the past two weeks. It no longer gives me coins for completing my workouts which really sucks when it comes to buying new workouts.

I am greatly enjoying the plans and the calorie tracking. not having to come up with my own routine or figure out how to keep my workouts balanced is great! I am frustrated that I have tried to contact you all twice via support e-mail with no response. I purchased the yearly subscription and I should be abel to have my concerns addressed. It's a shame that something as aimple as customer service can affect your ratings because you simply won't respond to people.

I like this app for the workouts, often glitches prevent updating all my hard work. completed workouts aren't saving and my trophies never update past 3 days. I also think they should add workouts to do on you own. if you di cardio or walking it would be great to be able to record that on rest days. if you happen to miss a day and do that workout on another "rest day" that should be able to update and record in the day to day. great workouts!

it's a pretty good app. I'll like the sharing and it's got a bunch of good options for whatever level you are at. One annoying thing though, is that after preforming the whole work out it sometimes doesn't count it for the day and occasionally the audio and video will get out of sync. Besides these two things it is great.

keep trainer is the best app I ever faced so far. fantastic guide. walk you through all workouts in fabulous way. 5 stars.

Keeps me in check. I can push myself my own pace, but it encourages me to go harder. I can't remember sweating this much after workout!!

I love all the new add ons and that you can unlock workouts with points earned thru using the app! At the moment the app won't recognise when I've done a workout, so I don't get the usual 10point for completing a workout and I am not able to start a new program. hopefully a future update will fix that.

I used to love this app and even have a premium subscription. I still use it almost daily, but for some reason it stopped registering my workouts correctly and doesn't mark them as completed anymore, which is highly frustrating. Reinstalling the app didnt help either. Until this is fixed I cannot recommend this app.

this app has amazing workouts for free that are easy to follow along with and its personalized to your needs, which is awesome! but sometimes i feel like it doesnt give me credit for the workouts i do so you end up having to do them again at times, get that fixed and this app would be the best!

I loved the app, but recently its not working the way it's used to. I'm finishing a workout and it still shows 0% progress in my training plan and doesn't give coins for finished training anymore. :( Please please fix the bug because i loved how it motivated me everyday. Actually lost 8 kg-s in 3 months with it.

I gave this app four stars awhile back. i loved it, still do however after about 2 months of using it I stopped getting credit for my training days. it says that I didnt do training that day when I did. it logs it in my calander however when im doing a plan it doesnt count it on my progress meter. Ive emailed customer suppert twice now with bo replies.. Would love this bug to be fixed so i can start keeping track better. will give 5stars when it works.

I am also failing to get credit for completing workouts and getting no response from support naturally! Guess they got their recommendation and don't care anymore. Would not recommend app for this reason. Otherwise the lessons are decent , although moves are not terribly well explained, there is an effort made. It does get your heartrate up.

I am overwieght and never found exercise interesting until I found this app....I never thought that doing exercise would be so much easy and fun for me....In this app they have explained easier ways for overwieght people who are unable to do even simple exercise....I really love this app.. and would like to thank to creator and team for creating such useful app😍
