    The recordings seem somewhat amateurish, the deep sleep one only came from one side of my headphones which was too annoying to listen to. The guided meditation for sleep audio was filled with background noises and divulged into weird questions that woke me up more. The quick sleep audio gave me the creeps for some reason. Unfortunately just not helpful.

    this app was great at first, no new recordings but good ones. i used it every night. then they added casino like crazy loud jangling ads that were completely opposite of trying to go to sleep. weird. immediately uninstalled.

    Used to love this before you changed the menu. Now I have to scroll down through endless large photos before I find my favourite. Why can't you have a simple menu on the main screen without this ridiculous scrolling? Please go back to a tiled menu so we don't waste time dribbling down screens.

    Ive used this app before and its my favourite.It does have the occasional advert popping up but its not overwhelming and the guided meditations are so good its worth it.Ive been meditating for 2 years now and it really helps as you can do it anytime and as much or as little ad you like.Guided medications ate very relaxing as you feel like you have an expert with you but you have ti keep it up.I really really like this app its superb.

    Very strange. This app seems more like they're using hypnosis rather than guided meditation as in either telling a story or getting you to visualise doing something- like walking on a beach (for instance).
