I cant listen to live broadcasts anymore. Not sure what happened, but for the past few weeks it keeps stopping. I have to constantly hit play. I love listening to Morning Becomes Ecclectic and other shows on my Samsung Note 8, but now I am so frustrated I just want to throw my phone. Unless you guys can fix this bug I will have to stop using your app to keep my sanity.

I love this station but the app could use some work. Like others, I saved dozens of songs in favorites so I could buy them later. This morning though, I was asked to link my spotify account and it wiped my favorites. This is the second time this has happened! Otherwise, it would be great if podcasts could be downloaded for playing at times when I don't have a network connection.

the app has been completely broken for weeks! I have a Samsung S9. nothing plays. this is normally one of my go to music apps and I listen to shows on it for hours every week, and the most recent update to the app was awesome with the addition of the shows feed and spotify connectivity. Update 8/22/19: the app was working for a few weeks, but it is broken again - when I try to open it the KCRW record just keeps spinning and the app never opens.

I love KCRW but this app needs some work; only certain aspects of the app work reliably. It always crashes if I listen to the most recent Morning Becomes Eclectic, for example, yet Metropolis works fine. I frequently get notifications that the app has stopped working and yet whatever stream I'm listening to will continue if I don't acknowledge the alert. If I do, the app stops but continues to run in the background and prevents the app from running again. Please fix these problems! I love KCRW!

I've always had this app on my phone since about 2011. IT HAS NEVER WORKED WELL! It is constantly stopping and needing a reset. What's the point of this app if I have to hit play every 4 minutes? It's been nearly 10 years, how have y'all not fixed your app? How much do I need to donate during your pledge drives to get a decent, working app??

App worked perfectly, I would listen to live and news24 with no problems. now everytime I play news24 theres no news and it's just music playing which is different from what's playing on the music 24 channel. thought it would be a one day thing it wasnt working, but it's been like this for some weeks now. please fix

this app has worked perfectly for years. all of a sudden in early May you can no longer listen to the DJs. You can listen to live and eclectic but the thing I want it for isn't working. webmaster doesn't respond to emails.when it was working it was great and very enjoyable but now frustrating and basically worthless for me.
