    Highly disappointed, I bought the yearly subscription for premium services hoping it will add value to my entertainment. After watching two episodes, there is a constant error showing "You have reached the max limit of simultaneous viewing of premium content on this account" . Now, I feel like I have wasted the whole money. Not expected of this kind of pathetic services with brand associated with Sony. When a customer go through this sort of trouble on the very first day, it's the worst thing.

    I am a Premium Subscriber and since yesterday I am getting a constant error message "You have reached max limit of simultaneous viewing of premium content" whenever I try to watch Live sports (football), Live TV Channels or Hollywood movies. No other device in my home is logged on or streaming any kind of premium content at the same time. Still I have been getting this error message. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this.

    Hello there, I am very disappointed with the fact that even after having a premium membership, everytime I turn on the TV I need to sign in from my phone. Please clearify if this is required everytime. Also I wanted to highlight the fact that whenever I try to signing from tv,it automatically activates an unknown account (different account everytime) so I have to "everytime" sign out of that account, before signing it from my phone. Final comments: I am very disappointed with the app. Pls Fix it

    I bought premium and it was supposed to be ad free for kbc play along. For the first few days, it was ad free. They suddenly changed the tc and started ads on premium. Edit: I am getting ads to subscribe to premium while I am already a premium member. That too for the show i am already watching. Ruins the experience. Also downloads don't work on my phone.

    Too bad there isn't a zero rating for apps. If there was, Sony LIV would be rated -10. What an abysmal app! It looks as though app was designed by kindergartens! How can a multi-billion dollar media house be represented by such an abomination? This is not a rhetorical question. I want the developers to answer it. Pros: Relatively easy-on-the-pocket annual subscription. Cons: -Buffers frequently during live sports broadcast. -Search bar is comically inefficient. - too many to list!!!

    I normally do not review but .. WORST app ever, to say the least. Logs me out every day, Tedious. There User interface is the worst I have seen. Many, many issues with it. Most content cannot be seen on my sony bravia smartTV!! Not very impressive content, I regret wasting my money on a longer pack All in all, I guess the reason they don't have a free preview like others is.. . Noone will ever register after the preview! :D

    Worst OTT platform. I have premium account and I tried watching football...But I am getting this error "You have reached the max limit of simultaneous viewing premium content on this account. Max limit for LIV Special+ is 1 device and LIV Premium is 2 devices" Now ,I have premium account , Only 1 device is connected and I Have not shared my login credentials with anyone. This is frustrating. Resolve this issue and I willl honor this app with 5 stars

    I have subscribed for premium membership. For a week so it worked fine. Now when I try to watch a premium content, I get a message I have reached the limit to watch the premium content on this account. Even though only 1 device is registered. Edit : Thanks. My problem is that I am not able to view the content on the same day of the show. for example if one show's timing is 9:00pm, then I am not able to view that content after that day. it says that I need to buy a subscription pack.     Unable to re-subscribe because of a glitch in their app. Reached out to customer support over email, multiple mails sent over a month's duration but no support. Have mentioned them in multiple tweets as well, no response to them either. Please only use their services if it's must for you, and you can't find that content anywhere else. Horrendous!

    I had written a review earlier as well and still this app is too slow, it doesn't even respond properly and it keeps lagging while playing KBC game through it. I keep clicking on the option but it just doesn't respond! After paying a certain amount just to play KBC Play Along I am not able to even answer a question properly. It is very frustrating. Kindly, look into this matter as the performance of the app is too bad and I am forced to rate the app with 1 star.

    I am so frustrated with the App, I bought subscription to play KBC play along, but have had very bad experience in the last 10 days. So many times I mark correct answer and submit immediately but instead of getting tez jawaab bonus, due to some glitch I get time's up. The 50-50 lifeline is always disabled on my screen. I have regularly lost valuable points and chance to win in KBC because of app issues. Also The new KBC lakhpati contest is a joke, correct answers are getting marked wrong.

    Worst streaming app ever built. I was trying to watch Scam, for which I had taken the subscription and was trying to play it in Chromecast. The app is just trying to play it on Chromecast and then getting stuck without playing. Every other show is playing fine except this one and this is frustrating. Please hire some good developers and test the functionality before releasing it.

    App does not even start with the new update. An error page shows up which says "Uh Oh! Looks like something is not right. Please try again" without even mentioning the problem. My internet works fine. Still no improvement even after new update. I switched back to the old version but now they have blocked that version. Amazing development. Edited: Still doesn't work.     I downloaded Sony LIV to play KBC but when the question arrives, it has a ad on the bottom so I couldn't submit the answer very easily on phone. Please fix the glitch. Even if I get a question it starts from zero second and I could not answer the question now how can I play the game if the game starts from zero seconds?     I'm not having a good experience at all. There is no "continue watching" option. If you try to watch a show, it won't open for 4 or 5 times. I've been trying to watch a show for 2 days now, but the episodes won't even come in a list. Even with excellent network, the app doesn't run at all. I regret getting the premium version of it. My money's being epic wasted. And my app is up-to-date even. P. S. I've got no reply, the problem ain't fixed and my money's wasted.

    The most pathetic OTT app The content is good. But the app has so many bugs that the content is not even worth it. In addition the fee is higher than almost all the other competitors. I can't even play a video as the app is always telling me that 'video playing on other tab' for some reason.

    My experience was better when i took monthly subscription. After opting for premium subscrription i m not able to watch my favourite shows and play along KBC. The issue comes as "you hv opened this content in multiple tabs" which i m nit able to understand. I tried for screen shot but it is not allowing me to rake a screen shot. Pathetic.

    Amazing app. Just one thing.... When a new movie premiers on Sony Max and Sony Pix why is that they don't stream on SonyLiv? Rather the app is Excellent. Because sometimes I miss the new premiered movies. I am also a premium subscription of SonyLiv. I seared the name of the movie but I did not get. Well rather all the shows , movies, original movies, games are mind blowing . And also make an option to save my downloads on SD card for storage purpose. But... I love the app SonyLiv.

    Very bad experience,even after subscribing this app to play kbc play along,it always stuck when the question appears. And if question appears, option doesn't load fully, or if you use the lifeline,touch becomes insensitive. No sense in giving money to SPN for subscription and make a fun of our expectations while playing this KBC PLAY ALONG.. lots of improvements in performance and durability is needed to handle such huge traffic in peak timings.

    I have bought annual premium subscription. Initially it was working fine but now it is showing error message as " sorry you have this content open in multiple tabs. Please close the tab and try again". I have logged in in only 1 device. I tried reinstalling the app but still getting same error message. What is the use of buying subscription when I can not watch any live telecast. It's so frustrating to see the error message again and again.

    A message pops up that you have reached maximum limit of simultaneous viewing, even though I have logged from only one device. And they claim you can log in upto 2 device simultaneously. I do not recommend this app. It's a waste of money. Sony brand has lost its trust.

    The app keeps hanging when I'm playing kbc, then claims I've not locked the answer. Extremely annoying. Edit: I thought I would improve the rating as I had used it in the last season.... But in the present season, the app has not opened even once. Even more disappointed than before, if it was possible.

    The app is really complicated to use, non user friendly UI and compared to other OTT apps sluggish, crashes a lot, slow downloading, moreover even you we get a paid subscription we can't have an option to change our storage location to SD card for downloading. I love the app and content but don't like incompetency of the management, in my opinion they might think they are only player in the market and could treat their customers whichever way they want. Hope they would understand us soon.

    What's the point of having this app when you cant watch the latest episode before 24 hrs. The purpose of these app is to able the audience to access their episode anytime anywhere incase they have missed it. This app was better before . Initially, we could access the program for free any time after it's airing without any cost. Please don't change few things just to earn money. You need to look what a customer wants. Please return the old update. It was much better back then.

    i used this app to play KBC but as soon as I reached the bracket of Rank 51-500 that earns 10 rupees, my rank suddenly falls to 5000 and all the time I spent on playing the game goes waste. This has happened twice. If you don't want to give rewards then don't show it to the players as well or do something so that their efforts don't go waste.

    I have bought the yearly premium subscription from Sony liv and paid 999 Rs and the app doesn't recognise that a payment has been done or activate the premium membership instead it just says to pay for the subscription again. I had called Sony but there isn't a separate department for Sony liv app and I have given feedback from the app as well as written numerous mails to them but no response.     It's a nightmare to watch a movie or a web series in this app. It lags so much that it ruins the entire experience.     The streaming is soo poor I can't even describe it. Even in perfectly good connection it often buffers and then cut of a ongoing sequence and jumps forwards. Navigation among the app in TV is so bad, can't properly identify where the selector is. Live streaming is so bad. All the fun of fluidity and continuous action is gone. I feel like I have wasted my money for a subscription of this service

    I hate this app because after a time it ask for the premium package which i wasn't able tp buy, and yaa there are so many ads between the videos even the video was not too long but the ads were longer than the videos which was the frustating part of it. And ya please if you were reading the comments so please have some changes in the app. I hadn't seen even one change after millions of reviews and ratings.......this is my request to the maker of this app.

    This app doesn't deserve a single star also. I have subscribed to Sony Liv premium services. My Internet speed is excellent, then also while watching the KBC live programme, it buffers too much. Wasted money in it. Third class and worst quality app in India in fields of Entertainment. I advise others, please don't waste money in it. It is better to buy a DTH connection rather than getting bored in this.😠

    The app is not opening only! It shows the SonyLiv logo on a black screen and goes no where further from there. It's just a black screen. I've purchased the ₹199 KBC Subscription and it's coming of no use. Kindly resolve the issue or return my money!     Issue with feature When I'm watching video on full mode to play next video there is no direct option there is slider in right side with video list to select any video. In that place in my phone also there is a feature to list open apps which conflicts with your feature as there is almost same position. I'm using mi a3.

    Urgent attention, recent app update is horrible. Keep hanging on TV, too complicated menu Please fix the bug immediately. I can give suggestion to your developer team, just copy way netflix work. Its so simple and user friendly. Just follow how they have done their app. Second return back to old version, that was 200℅ better than the new one. Horrible update.

    Purchased the subscription plan and within 2 days started facing playback issues. Update: After resolving the issue, they have given another issue where whenever we try to watch anything it says "This content is open in multiple tabs please close tabs and try again" when I have 0 videos playing whatsoever. Already regretting purchasing this subscription.

    I have taken my subscription but now it's not allowing me to watch the sports i wany to "Sorry, you have this content open in multiple tabs. Please close the ab and try again" this error is popping up every time. There is no any app open in the background, What should i do for this?     Its good now I am not facing the problem of crashing sony liv during kbc, but in its team play most of the teams are not having full 10 players and they lack by the increasing number of questions. And I'm one of that teams. I have four players in my team. So, please do something for this for different number of players in next update.

    My earlier problem is resolved . Just updated the rating from 1 to 3. One thing still missing, on usual set top boxes we can choose the preferred language but on the app we dont have that option though the language option is there but you cant choose any and it always the default. Please bring back the language options for live channels where ever it is available. E.g. BBC earth, sony yay....

    Overall app performance is very poor. I downloaded a full season and I cant play second video after palying of first. Same goes for when I see second the I cant see third. Another strage thing was, i deleted one downloaded video and it logged me out without giving me alert. After so much time I realised that I was logged out, till that time I was thinking of my downloads got deleted agter I clicked one to delete.

    What is the use of one year subscription? If many of the programs are not opening, even with very good internet speed. My experience for sony liv app at android tv & LG tv web browser is worst. I am able to watch 4k content of many other OTT platforms without any issues but for sony liv, there is always issues.

    Problem with the content is your subscription plans. Really confusing and unclear. All your Offerings are somehow clubbed with KBC, it is difficult to differentiate between what falls under the plan we are subscribing for or not. Secondly, why do you only offer 1-year subscription plan for Liv Originals? I have LIV on my TV and it just gives me 12-month option. You're branding right with KBC, JL50, Harshad Mehta but you're not penetrating all customers segments owing to less pricing options.

    One of the worst app. It has more ads than content! I understand free version would be having ads but can't imagine the intensity of ads. It's irritating! You watch 1 min of video and ad will pop up which will run 30 sec. Again you watch 10 sec of content and ad will pop up. It's frustrating! I was planning to subscribe but I have now decided to NOT subscribe and give any rupee to this beggers! There's enough content on Netflix, Prime, Zee5, MX player, hotstar, etc.

    There is no option to cancle the auto renewal or cancle the subscription. I have reported the issue, they sent me an email informing that you can the cancel the subscription from 'my account' option. I found the 'my account' option and I had tried it before and I received the email but there is no option to cancle the subscription. Then, I updated sonylive app, still I could not find the way 2 cancle the subscription or cancle the auto renewal. This way this people are making money is pathetic.

Sony liv was one of my favourite app but now👎👎👎 I tried everything so that the app can work but it doesn't get start so now I completely uninstalled it.     A new bug/problem is started in this app. We can't play any premium content even we have a premium plan. When we click to new released contents it stucks in black screen. So please fix it. Specially in BAALVEER RETURNS show. And no complains. Only this issue.

Many people can't buy premium and can only give cash, my husband is also a businessman so what I think is you should not keep premium pack.     I have subcription of sonyliv but i can,t watch any live football ,cricket match . The message was written on screen is sorry you this content in multiple tab please close the tab and try again . I have used latest version of sonyliv . This problem was not resolve. Please update this issue.

    I subscribed for a year as it is a Sony product and trust it to be good. It gets stuck when playing series. And that too the play is not at all smooth. What's wrong sony pictures? By when is this to get resolved.

    They've jacked up the premium pricing from 500 to 1k/year.. There's basically no content apart from the live sports.. Even those matches aren't live per se.. There's a lag of 1 minute minimum and that too keeps on buffering constantly.. Surely will not be renewing it this time around..

    Your app is pathetic. I signed up for your service to watch some American TV series which are not available at other streaming services in India. But your trash app is not running those shows on my TV. I have activated sonyliv in the TV. But still some of the shows are only playable in mobile app, and not on smart TV. Why is that so? Please rectify this problem, otherwise I will not continue my subscription.

    Are you kidding me??!! The developers lack even the least amount of logic, let alone the pathetic UI skills. I have the Premium subscription and even with one session open (yes, it shows one session in your device management page as well) it reports that more than 2 devices are not supported. You're no Netflix that people will be sharing your accounts, but at least let your subscribes play what they've paid for. Web UI is pathetic and plain buggy. And the Pic Quality looks pathetic on a 4k TV.

    Every minute or two they will show ads to non subscribers. The no of ads they show are more than what one can see in the television. One of the reason we chose OTT is advertisment and so you guys cant just keep on showing ads only.. it's irritating..

    Hyped KBC even offline contests DO NOT WORK! Oversized BULKY App.Occupies a massive 200MB on our phone memory!Why can't these lazy Developers enable App to be moved to External SD CARD STORAGE. Why COMPEL users to update & not allow users to proceed otherwise?Keeps displaying 'LOADING' always! It's a torture! LESS entertainment content but LOTS of ADVERTISEMENTS!     I have installed Sony Liv App on my Android Phone Version 6.5.2 on 2 October 2020 with sole intention of playing KBC Play Along . I also paid the subscription fees. But I am unable to play KBC Play Along..When I launch the app and tap to play KBC , I get welcome logo / screen and it does not go further...when I contacted concerned team on the app, the KBC team replied to me telling me to clear app cache and data, and if still unresolved told me to send screenshots of error.. pls fix error ASAP

    Full of bugs. Paid Rs 199 to play kbc lakhpati. However, when i tried to login using gmail address, it is saying email id is already registered. Yes, i have already registered it but it should allow me to login with same email id. Currently, i have login using mobile no. So there should be a way to link mobile no and email id.

    Worst quality of app, It is like totally waste of time, sometimes repeat episode is continuesly seen though click for next. Worst quality of app for laptop, sometimes it pictures become blur. Only voice can hear but can't see pictures. Need to Improve the quality.

    The worst streaming platform available that provides exceptionally bad service to Unpaid as well as paid customers. Takes forever to load on desktop as well as app, multiple glitches and screen freezes every 10 minutes. Pathetic experience, total waste of money.

    The App has enough content but the interface is not simple and intuitive at all. Finding anything is like a myth. Many times I closed the App just because I was not able to find the correct show or episode. Sony Liv for Amazon fireTV is much much better than this one.

    Worst app i have taken an year subscription..but whenever I try to watch anything it says you have opened video in multiple tabs. I have installed and uninsalled it many times but still it same. Even after writing them nothing happend...invested money in such a worst app if there is negative star I would have given that.

    Pathetic to watch anything in this application. Every one or two minutes you get to see adds and you can not skip it. To watch 50 Minutes The Kapil Sharma Show, it took more than two hours. It's so irritating. Voot app is quite far better than this idiot app. No user friendly at all unless you purchase it. I pay for Amazon on top of this I need to pay separately for this app. How much money you want to loot from users?? Is there any other application where I can watch The Kapil Sharma Show??

    I have taken a subscription today and what I found is, after every 5 mins your video get hanged. Moreover there is no internet issue. I think I wasted my time and money after taking the paid subscription.

    Worst app I have used so far I'm downloading a video from wi-fi or mobile data and after that when switched to alternate wi-fi to Mobile data or mobile data to wi- fi it shows download failed.I got irritated from that.This is too much disgusting,this has fully wasted my data and my time.     Playback is fine and contents are great but, the quality of video selection changes after every episode, which is annoying to say the least. Please add something to the settings to change default streaming quality.

    I'm only use this for kapil sharma and Play along KBC. But it's not say good because I have subscribe for Kbc gold play along but when I open kbc gold play along its not opened or they saw new plans for subscription and give discount. When I send mail it's saw mail box is full so my msg is not send. I have try to Sony live to send mail but also they r not responding.

    After update this app, in shows KBC and The Kapil Sharma Show, audio sound is very low. Before latest update sound was loudly and best. So improve this. Also include multi languages-Hindi, Tamil etc with feature of Infotainment of Doumentries of Sony BBC Earth because it is available in only English but before 1 years it was available multi languages. According to Sony BBC Earth always says that Feel a live But without mother's language we can't feel a live.

    Worst app. There are at least 3-4 sets of ads in a 20min video. Nothing like this in any other platform. Every time you cast or resume the video or fast forward it, there are 2 min of ads.

    Its a good app but there is lot of problems like whenever i dwnld the vdo i choose 250 mb to dwnld but i don't whts going on. i cheked again thn i see my vdo going to be dwnld in 450mb nd aftr 87% vdo dwnld then show me like "oop there is smting wrong "its irritates me lods .     This app is having frame drop rates/stuttering whil playing videos on poco m2 pro. All videos on other apps like YouTube, Amazon Prime, mxplayer etc are working fine. Hope developer can look into this issue. Clearing app cache and phone cache dos not resolve issue.

    Pathetic app. Content is very poor. Whenever I try to watch anything particular series it doesn't work. I have complained however not recieved a favorable response. I have already taken annual membership but don't think I will renew it.
