there is a issue with timing for mekainis 137 bus route. please fix that

I have been using this app daily for the past two months to check the bus timings. I have tried to recharge using this app for 4 times and it was successful only once. I have lost 30 riyals due to this. Despite of complaining the same many times, there is no response. So please don’t use this app for payment purpose, it’s a waste.

None of the buses are punctual. And M125 metro link bus never follow the timing and the GPS location is not visible in application. It show the bus GPS live on some purticular areas only. Sometimes bus will pass after 5 minutes, sometimes bus will come after 25 minutes irrespective if it's day or night time it's been more than an year I am using every day. Kindly correct the timing of metro link of M125.

Customer service is very negotiable. They are not responding properly. I faced 2 time issue while doing online payment amout not visible on app but money will deduct from credit card. Its weast application there is no option less then one star either I select 0 rating for this services

I tried to recharge my karwa card but can't get the properly verified and from bus station to street 47 bus no.33A taking more than 2 hours either stops should be reduce or route to be change please because for Al Althiya so many Routes buses coming so this can be came via medical commission Road to direct main road bridge came to 47 .

It's so absurd when you wave at a driver signalling him to stop so that you can board but instead he accelerate to a higher speed and he doesn't even have a single passenger. That's so disrespectful and alow way of working 😡 bus number 34 . Kindly Check on that. I had waited for almost an hour for a bus to leave me.....I resorted using a cab instead.

It is indeed a good app but not all the time because It sometimes doesn't show where are the buses (in all buses) when I checked. Many times it happens and we cannot wait 30 mins outside in this summer season. This needs an improvement. :((

I am really grateful to Karwa service. I would like mention some pros and cons of karwa app and service Pros:-Its very reasonal price -Shows the axact location of bus. -tv display in bus is very helpful. Cons: -You should really have a lot time. Coz the buses usually go into every nook and corner of city. Which will make ur travel a hectic. -App doesnot show live location of buses especially aftet 10pm (e.g:Route 119) -Thank you for starting route M132 and updating new maps for all routes.
