This is pretty much exactly what I was looking for, something simple just to keep track generally of appointments, vaccinations, history, medication, etc. I went through and tried out quite a few trackers, but they were all over-involved, and it was difficult to really see the information that I wanted to see. This app is pretty much perfect in its simplicity. I really enjoyed the ease of viewing the profiles and information after it was entered.

I just tried this app. I put in my date of birth and it shows up in the European order. I'm not sure the EMTs and Admitting would get that. We're so painfully monolingual and provincial in the USA.

It's fine to be able to record medical information and allergies, but if EMTs can't get to the app, what's the point of having it? It really needs to be accessible from the lock screen. Otherwise, it completely defeats the purpose of having my medical information recorded.

I installed this on my Samsung S4 which is password protected. There doesn't appear to be any way to display the stored information unless you know the password. Given that, the app is pretty much useless.

If this is for emergencies the phone owner might not be able to unlock it. The app data should be able to be accessed without unlocking it

Being an emergency information app shouldn't have any adverts on it. Should be straight forward with no distraction.

I think this app is great. However, if skmeone could access it from the lock screen, it would be better. Please do this.
