I like the game, but I bought some gems for it and they charged me, then never gave me the gems. I got an error that said it was "only available in the app version." Which I find annoying since this IS the app. So, basically, I paid for something and didn't get it. What a waste. I either want my money back or the gems. Also, the eggs take WAY too long to hatch and you can only hatch 5 at a time.

I've emailed the devs of this game 3 times with no response, and now I'm coming here in hopes of a response. I had bought the ad block for the game which was a little bit expensive for ad removal imo however that's not what's important. Not only did I not get ad-block but you guys also took my money and I don't appreciate that. I would like a refund please.

Enjoyed it for a little until I came across two big red flags: 1. it forces you to watch a 30-second ad to continue normal gameplay and 2. the game has a subscription trial that doesn't work but still wants to charge nonetheless. I had to manually cancel it.

Very glitchy, the sound works only once every ten plays if not less often, and the app freezes often. The only way to play somewhat decently it's using an ad blocker apparently, as judging from the other commenter paying to remove the ads doesn't work. Cute idea, but it needs so many improvements it's not even funny.

Great little time waster. I enjoy unlocking the cute kaiju. I'm struggling with a few crashes every now and then that has lead to me losing a bit of love for the game. Overall fun game

Paid for the ad remover but the ads are still there. You took the money so id like a refund or for you to fix it so the ads are gone. Feels like I was robbed.

Fun game, super fun, but they took my money when I bought no ads and I still get ads. That combined with you need to watch ads sometimes to buy upgrades makes it a one star

Cute game, but too buggy and stole my money. The game play is fine and the art is cute but every few rounds the sound will stop working and occasionally the game will just completely freeze. Worst of all I paid $3 to remove ads (ads play every other round) but I'm still getting ads. I paid for a service and did not get it so they stole money from me. I would love to play this game but cannot recommend it until these issues are fixed.

The game is a great time passer but there some small things that I noticed like barely any kaijus have a outline on the bottom and it makes it look weird and also the egg timer is only active during gameplay.
