Very pathetic experience. They confirmed the booking on mobile app and denied the vehicle when went to collect saying paper is not complete, if you want you can take but you have to deal with Police if they fine. I asked them to cancell the trip and refund the amount. They cancelled but did not initiate the refund. When contated the support team after 7 days of no refund, they initiated the refund. Today is 10 more days to that still refund is not received.

Worst experience ever ... It was good before lockdown. I've booked a ride in MS palya when i went to the location there's no drivezy station itself there 😡... I've searched for like than 1 hour i couldn't find it. No response from the customer care service too. I planned to cancel the ride it shows i can't get the Refund too ... Never try this drivezy again I'm uninstalling this app right now .

It's been 2 years I am using drivezy there was all good ,Last booking I gave 3k deposit which I was told that it will be given back to you after completion of the ride ,as I was not available my friend went to give the bike back ,as he was not carrying hi licsense the guy who was there deducted 1k just for thatand returned me 2k. This where I lost trust from drivezy and I am not gonna use it again ,they don't know how to treat a customer and to respect them.

They are fraud. They show that the bike is available on the location but after booking they cancel it and never return the money. I tried to reach them through customer care number, email but they never picked up the call and they just reply to mail with an answer that is already mentioned in the application. My amount for the booking is still to be recovered. Now I'm sitting here helpless thinking what to do next. Worst application not only for travelling, it's the worst I've ever used.

This is the worst app ever!! They gave me car with no fuel. I had to push it to the petrol pump.. and the battery went down, and the customer care doesn't even recieve my calls. And the staff from whom I took the car seems nowhere concern. I have to take this matter to Consumer Court and make this app shut down, have to show this people to not cheat with customers! Please never ever rent a car from here!

Had to cancel the booked ride because the booked vehicle wasn't available at the pick up point even after 1.5 hours of the start time. Coordinators not responding properly. Very pathetic service and support. Really very very disappointed!! NEED A COMPLETE 100% REFUND ON AN URGENT BASIS. Even the customer care call gets disconnected automatically after keeping us waiting for half an hour. I won't advice anyone ever to use Drivezy. It's the worst car rental service ever

Pathetic Service. Please do not book with drivezy. They will tell you to deposit 10-15k for car rentals at the last minute, if you fail to pay the deposit the booking amount is also not refunded. Moreover they will put excuses of working in franchise model for every issues you face during your trip. Please try other rental apps.

A worst experience first they will put some other low price to attract and pay online,after paying and reaching to the stattion they will ask you 5000 deposit which is nowhere mentioned before paying in th app,so after cancelling the ride the money will take 7-8 days for getting back in your account..thats a time waste for reaching the hub and going back to home , if you are broke and paid them the amount you will surely get annoyed..

Very worst... After booking confirmation went to take car but at the station they r saying they do not give cr for drivezy... could not able to reach care also... When tried to contact through chat, they r saying could not able to give car and hence cancelling the booking at the last moment...very worst.. never ever go for it
