Horrible experience. Not a serious company at all. I booked for a cleaning service they call me to say that they were late 30 minutes... after more than 1 hour nobody showed up.. so I had to re-book. When I call to re-book they said that there were no more slots for the next day so I canceled. After I went to the app and tried to re-book for the next day which was possible. I booked for 8:30-9 00 am and now at 9.30am they call me to say that I live to far.. so they can't come. No serious

good app with real offers!! UNFORTUNATELY tht was my first review!! it didnt last till the end of the day!! As by end of the day after my review I found all the earned credit has been exprired and even when I booked from my wallet it s also deducted amount from my card!! Without explaining or informing any policy or restrictions in advance! And also about my booking itself, I am also unsatisfied by having unexperienced cleaner doesnt know how to do the job and I'm wastin timewaitin to replace

The team behind this are either fraudulent or incompetent. They cancel appointments continually, charge money for sessions that haven't happened and continually avoid customer contact. Intentionally burying the chat facility so that you have no way to fix. On a near weekly basis we have to complain about an issue with both the app and the company

I like this app. Easy to use . They check the quality of maids work. Justmop made rebranding now and becomes justlife. I like this concept more. Because they provide not only cleaning but beauty and spa treatments as well as pcr tests. I like that all the history of my orders was saved in app. For me its Easy and simple to use app. All services are in one place. Really like the app plus cleaning was good and fast. Very good experience 👌

These guys are a joke! Honestly I am removing this app and whoever asks me I will definitely not recommend them. You book, you pay and half an hour before the sevice time, they will cancel your booking and Automatically reschedule the appointment to another day! And in their message they lie saying "we tried to reach you on you registered number". Nobody called! As if you don't have anything to do during the weekend! This happened to me twice now. Less than 1 star!

Not reliable for PCR test. My family booked test and despite confirmation they did not turned up and just closed the booking ticket. After that despite several follow ups there was no response as live chat was closed at 9 and emails were sending auto responses. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. STAY AWAY.

Horrible n most stressful They call at appointment time n ask to reschedule giving flimsy and stupid reasons thinking customer is a bloody fool. Customer service is absolutely useless and after all the stress and completion of service after the 3rd reschedule they deducted an additional AED 10 for which Customer service has no explanation and promised to call back...they will JUSTMOP you completely...be careful of such people. Will never use their services again ever. Absolutely unprofessional.

They are becoming a joke. You book something, they charge your cc in advance and then cancel in the very last minute without any compensation. And they keep pulling this again and again. I wonder when will the authorities will act against this scam.

Disaster experience Please don't book through them otherwise I assure you that you will regret it. They send unprofessional cleaners with an attitude and the will do it with minimal cleaning level and the most easiest for them. We booked a cleaning service and from the first 10 minutes we knew that the lady is not professional and we asked her to clean in a better way but she refused to listen then we had to call and cancel the service which they agree but still the booking show as complete!!!!!
