I've been using this app for years and it is usually always reliable, but I ordered food for me and my family last night and spent quite a substantial amount of money on it, to which the food was never delivered, I never received a call or even an email to tell me about it, I called the restaurant to which they said its not they're fault its the "just eat" delivery driver's fault, me and my family had to order food from somewhere else which cost even more money, ill never use this app again.

Used to be okay. Now last 7 orders in a row were cancelled and now every time I order, sometimes even an hour or 2 in advance they still "can't complete your order". I get it if it happens once or twice but 7 in a row is absurd. Couldn't order anything last night after trying 5 different places alone same message. Not trustworthy

Used to be good, expensive but good. Now 1 every 3 orders that I make are missing items, the drivers can't find your apartment (you have to put your eircode, which you can Google it and shows EXACTLY where it is).It is too expensive for the kind of service that has become. Full of unprofessionals that are hired with no experience or commitment, just want to get paid, doesn't matter if the job is well done or not. I used this for 4 years, used to be good, now it is becoming worst every day.

App is good until your order doesn't arrive (with no contact attempted). Refund offered was an offensive 50%, AFTER subtracting the cost of delivery. When I complained about how ridiculous it is for me to pay anything in this situation, I was told a manager would get back to me in 24h. I'm still waiting. Terrible service from just eat. Also I can't tip the rider/restaurant from the app? C'mon.

AVOID JUST EAT! Support staff are disgraceful, leave you waiting for ages, then come back with rediculous responses. Food delivers don't always turn up, despite being marked as "delivered". Pure lies! The app won't accept orders from local restaurants, says they don't deliver to my house, when they definitely do! And no, uninstall and reinstall the app doesn't solve the problem, despite insistence from just eat support staff. Lots of bad reviews in 2021 - we can't all be wrong!

Just Eat app needs to stop requiring an exact location to search restaurants. It should start by asking if you wish to collect or get delivery. If collection, allow you to choose the area. If delivery, specific address. Simple

An app that doesn't seem to be from the 21st century. I am not sure why you can't search for a specific restaurant, but instead users are forced to find a needle in a haystack by having to keep scrolling down to find the restaurant you're looking for. There is not even an option to sort the restaurants in alphabetical order to simplify the search. In order to do that, you have to use an Internet browser and and then browse the site! Why is the same functionality not included in the app?!

It does what it's meant to but just eat as a company are making it very hard for businesses to remain profitable, they have a big hold on the delivery food market meaning restaurants have to use them to stay afloat and from talking to restaurant owners it seems that they could lose close to 50% of the profits on an order that they would have made from someone calling and collecting. I think just eat need to either reduce prices for restaurants or make it very clear how much they lose on an order

to be better just implement something that we could rate the deliver, sometimes they just keep walking alway with out food after leaving the restaurant and we can only rate the restaurant, I don't think its fair
