    The app is good. Good selection of workouts. However, whenever I use the interval setting, after a couple of sets the interval restarts itself. Or when I am running it in the background the countdown for rest or even the workout seem stops, which is really frustrating. I am not sure if this is happening to others but please fix the issue.

    This is a great, free app! I love the workouts and have fun doing them. However, every time I start a workout, within a few minutes it errors and and brings me back to the main screen - when I was in the middle of working out! Something is not working correctly. If it didn't error out every time I tried to workout with this app, I would rate it 5 stars, but it's very frustrating having to open the workout again, and starting over when you were halfway through. Just a bit frustrating.

    I bought the pro version hoping it would keep statistics from the interval timer, but it seems it does not. Still worth paying to support the developer. I would like this functionality to be added in the future. Also, it would be cool if it synced with Samsung Health. Great app!

    I like the preset workouts that also tell you your calorie burn! It really motivates me to use the app, but I also want to set my own routines, but my routines won't tell me how many calories I burned. I know the science is 15 cals per minute, so if the devs can just implement that, the app would be the best jump rope app period.

    Good app with opportunities for improvement. User should be able to use a regular timer, not tabata timer, if all the user wants to do for that particular workout is jump rope for a certain duration and does not want to follow one of the specified workout routines.

    I love this app. Its easy to use, it has great variety and really has improved my view of working out. I have been on and off again over the past few months, however I am challenging myself to stick it out for the next 30 days, to see how much I improve overall! Thanks developers, this is a game changer!!

    It's Awsome, lays down some easy to follow fundamentals & it encourges me to go above and beyond my own limits. The only problem is I can't hear my sound cloud as good as I would have before this new update.
