I have been shopping with JTV for 23 years! Need I say more. I purchased a lot of 14 and 18 karat gold back then and it was all beautiful. Those were the good old days. The quality is amazing. The gold over jewelry if you take care of it properly, will never go through. The jewel safe protection plan is a must. The turnaround time is very quick, and your items are good as new. Personally I love what yous do. I love when melissa in on. Her aura is off the charts. I could imagine meeting her in person. She gets 5 stars from me.The prices are insane. I've gotten quite a few things like diamond studs and invicta watches witch I love to death. I always get good compliments everytime I wear them... thank you for everything. It's a 5 star from me.

JTV is a wonderful place to shop for great buys at reasonable prices! I just miss the better value of diamond jewelry that they used to have. Bigger diamonds with clarity set in 14kt gold. But, every now and then, I find a gem, and I jump on it, with my fingers crossed, that it will be what it appears to be on TV, or online.. Also, the app glitches need to be fixed.

Freezes a lot. If you read about a specific item it doesn't go back to where you left off. It is hard to navigate through searches, searches disappear. In short, it is frustrating to use. It should be easy because you can set up searches well--the app just doesn't do them as expected.
