The last time I used this app was in 2020. Limited parking locations. Kindly add MPPJ for locations at Petaling Jaya. Widen coverage in Kuala Lumpur. Widen coverage to include Melaka, Seremban, Johor and other states. Should consider allowing top up to be less than RM10 or any amount. Make it flexible. Due to the fixed top up amount, I have still unused token which I couldn't transfer back to my bank account since I hardly travel due to the pandemic.

I have been using it lately aroung KL area.. The app hang twice when opening. And takes a long time to start. I am also unable to top up 5 minutes before it expire Have to wait until completely expire to reload which can be so inconvenient and defeats the purpose of time to expire notification

Everything is good, one thing i hope they change to ringgit system instead of using token. It is confusing using the token when you are actually paying the parking in ringgit. The token doesnt make sense here. Everything else work perfectly.

Stupid app can't find exact location and initially also says not covered in seremban. Can't maintain the app then just stop this type of parking payment service and go back to old school!!!

The token system is just confusing. To be honest, I am being forced to use to park my car at LRT station.
