Pretty good app. Prices can be good. Not sure what's up with having to buy a lot of things in sets of 2... Quick ordeing. Can find things I can't gind other places, or at a better price than other places. Usually packaged well, although often in too big of box (tsk tsk). The cold/freezer packs often reusable. Delivers to your door (great since I'm handicapped). All in all a pretty good app.

I used to use jet all the time and was pretty satisfied with the outcome.. Well some how it had gotten deleted from my apps so I re-download from the playstore, but as soon as I try to open it there's a message saying check internet connection. I'm connected to my wifi and I have mobile data. I have never had an issue like this before and have tried numerous attempts to get it to work. I'm about to just delete if it doesn't get fixed

When searching the filters are terrible. It would great to be able to filter out more results to more easily/efficiently to find what your looking for. Also, when I look at my faves in the app most of them are missing! So, now I have just completely wasted my time and will probably just purchase what I was looking for elsewhere!

I get asked for my password *every* time I go to my cart. This is super annoying and is causing me to shop elsewhere more often. Especially now that your main competitor offers free shipping on orders over $35. We all knew things would go downhill when Walmart bought Jet a few years ago and now it appears that is finally coming. That's too bad as I was a big fan of Jet since their early days.

I love Jet, but the app is missing the (+) on the cart page like the website has. If I want to add something, I have to remove the item from the cart, and readd items with a higher quantity. The (-) is there, so I'd suggest you place the + as well. Also for someone like many of us, who are existing customers, it'd be nice to have some added incentives to buy more food by sending out promo codes. Thanks a lot for your cool app!

Great app except for now I cant log on. Keeps telling me to check the server or network conmection. Nothing wrong with my network. I have used this app for 2+ years and would like to continue using it. We are very remote and it helps with not having to travel to town for things. Help what can I do to get it up and working again? Thanks

This was my first order,,,was skeptical at first,,didnt see how they could get me my things in one day when other sites couldn't do it in a week and ended up canceling my order,,,but JET,said it would be here the next day and it was...As long as they hold true to their word, and I see no reason why they wont,,they have a customer for life,,and I will definitely be telling everyone I know that orders online about JET... Was a great place to find good priced products and even gave you money off for buying more of the same item, but guess what, Walmart went and bought Jet and just like their stores, everything is getting more and more expensive. At least you can actually find stuff here unlike my store in Derry, N.H.,the shelves are always empty. Go to Amazon to find better prices. Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave after what his greedy offspring have done to his company.

I rate this app better than Amazon prime. When i order my product and im told that i will receive whatever in two days time, For the last two years my items always arrived at my home in two days. With this being said and what really matters is that Jets has the fastest processing time in my book. like almost instantly if you ask me. Anyways i order jets care diapers and wipes for my twinsies every2 weeks and BAM im tripping over huge baxes to get through my door like clock work

firstly i didnt get two free items because when i picked my order it wasnt on the app. i ordered juice and 4 cases of water. when order arrived it was just the juice. i had a replacement order ordered. so had to wait longer for my 4 cases of h2o. buying single bottle water, spending more money. the cases arrive and i got what i ordered. no plus side just waited 2 times the wait for what could of been done right the first time. this could be a 1 or 2 star but had good experiences otherwise.
