Without premium membership you can't do anything. Most of the profiles are offline from ages, you will get nothing by buying premium membership because the girls are offline and you can't contact them. OkCupid is better, at least we can see real girl with names, photos and we can text them. Village guys don't use this app we don't have extra money to waste on this app.

Not much and better matches... Only showing those people's whose profiles all matrimonial sites. It means those type of person's like staff are used accounts or paid through sights for rent... So, people's are expect marriage not profiles. This type feeling friends and me both feel like a cheater type accounts.... Because are professionally played. Like a thinker not a needy....

I had bad experience. I couldn't login on jeevanasathi app. Why is that. Any there are very irrelevant matches. And customer service is poor. And they shut my account I think. I want my money back.

Very bad service, after taking paid membership they deleted my profile and ask for address proof and id proof, verification already done, i had profile since 1 yr but now after taking paid membership these people delete my profile Now unable to login. Do not buy paid membership from jeevansaathi My id : XWSW8697

Really poor customer service and cheap tactics used, if you don't renew your premium membership, they'll deactivate your account after sometime forcing you to buy their membership. I was premium member for 1 year but then I didn't find it useful to keep paying them, later they deactivated my account stating account is not verified. Even when their own team said on email, that profile is verified. Poor tactics.

My friend is using this app for his sister But he is going to discontinue it as Jeevansathi is trying to get vital details of her which can be misutilised. Now they have made it mandatory. It was not so earlier. . But making this mandatory has compelled them to discontinue Jeevan Saathi. Like earlier It should be optional. Those who wants to provide the details, they can. But many persons like my friend doesn't want to divulge the vital informations. So think again and make it optional.

It's on of that worse app that I have ever seen, I was trying to call to them from last 7 days but they are not responding to my call, after they deactivated my account suddenly, worst app, worse service simply they are wasting time of us and most of the profiles are fake on this website and they have been created by their employees itself..

Very poor experience. I took a plan for 6months & but it got expired in 3months only & they gave me very absurd reason for it. I wish I could give them 0 or - rating. The customer service was also very poor. Really disappointed with them.

Worst app ever. What you do to make you profile better. You will definitely get decline from other profiles in second. Even after taking with customers service you will always found sales pitch. Don't know why paid for premium service. Please buy subscribtion if you wanna show to parents that you don't want to marry at same time don't wanna hurt there felling. Completely useless app. I took premium subscription which they call "erishta". I didn't get any good profile in recommendations. All interests sent were kept pending without any action. I have set the age limit for groom to be 25-30 but again and again it shows me profile for 30+... sometimes even 33. I have reset that setting multiple times now but of no use. Their site is filled with fake profiles so you have to be really careful while sharing your data. This app can not be trusted at all.
