Jahez used to be my first choice for delivery. However, lately I have been experienencing signifcant delay even in the weekdays. I received last order COLD. I contacted customer service and it toom them more than 6 hours to answer and all what they say, since you recived your order, we have nothing for you. cuatomer service on social service is not professional. تطبيق جاهز كان خياري الاول للتوصيل لكن مؤخرا اصبحوا يتأخرون في الطلبات حتى في ايام الاسبوع مع سوء خدمة العملاء

I like the app too much.. for me was the best but now they remove the contact number and the chat no one answer .. i order from restaurant and for the 2nd time one order is miss from them i try to contact them but the number they put to contact not work and the chat no one answered .. so, the customer service becomes 👎 i disappointed 😞

The chat option is not responsive. I reported missing items from my order yesterday and nothing was done about it. I'm trying to call their customer service number and its always busy. I'm really disappointed in the service

Worst app ever, if you by mistake make an oreder you can't cancel it even if you call them. A second after I made an order I tried to cancel it I couldn't and I call them and they said it's not our fault how pathetic that is.

Despite I like the application but they need to enhance and develop their customer services, I have couple of issues but I didn't receive any support. The application chat no one answers and their call center no one reply.

In my multiple experiences with other apps, it is overall the best food app in Saudi and the most reliable and flexible, but it needs to increase its list of restaurants and stores and to increase offers which are rare and limited compared to other apps.

Jahez decided to not share the number of the driver so we can communicate with them. At least give us a chat option! How am I supposed to ask the driver for certain amount of change? Also the chat support SUUUUCKS and no one EVER answer me there. 1 star is enough for you. Hungerstation is my app now

Been trying to only (login) for 5 months and daily contacting the support team and always saying the same line "We will contact the IT team" obviously not even trying to solve my issue, I hope they will realize how bad their support team are.

Everything is good about the app but the worst thing is there prices are high and delivery is also expensive. If you are charging for delivery then why charging extra from restaurant prices
