HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone and everyone who deals with depression and or anxiety in any form or just needs something to take the edge off. I use the free version and recommend it to all the moms in my PPD groups and I've yet to hear it doesn't help.

  2. Emma Markel-avatar

I like reading all the information they have on negative thought processes, mental illnesses, and coping mechanisms. It really helps me look at things in a different way, and helps me find ways to cope with depression.

Overall, I think that this is a great app because the diary feature helps you track the patterns you see in your mood based on what negative thought processes you have that day. This self-monitoring of my behavior was helpful so I could be more intentional with what I tell myself in my head everyday, coming from someone with GAD. it also helped me do imaginal exposure therapy by making me think critically of the situations that made me more anxious throughout the day and why.

I am a Mental Health Nurse and very frequently pass on this App to many many clients. I think it is easy to use, very informative and has practical means to address real life emotions. Of all of the Apps that I have been to this is by far and away the best.

I donated to this app because not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it has a community to talk to when you need advice, and they are always supportive. Thank you for this app!!

  6. Michael Barrett-avatar

Thought provoking. The creator clearly has a lot to write about and I like all of it. Could do with an updated graphic design but otherwise a very intuitive and helpful app.

I love the different options and this app is very good and easy to work around. However, I feel it would be better if it were more colourful - I know I'd feel a little more comfortable expressing my feelings if it were colourful 😅. Overall, it is a very good app and I really like it.

  8. Dakshina Kannan-avatar

    Dakshina Kannan

This is a really good app. But there is something that bothers me: is anyone monitoring the forum chat? Or ensuring the safety of the users? The messages range from self harm to assualt- these are cries for help. Are they monitored? Is there a way someone is reaching out to these users?

  9. Skinny Shake-avatar

    Skinny Shake

This app is great for being able to manage your thoughts and reflect on your feelings, but the forums itself I've found aren't so helpful. Most of the time, if you're not a part of anyone's friendship circle you might not get a response. There is a lot of cliche mentality going on, to the point where it doesn't feel like a mental health app at all and more of a social network. It gets rather dramatic in there, too. Not for me.

The best mental health app I've ever used. It has helped me since I was a young teen and still helps me today. Super helpful information and guidance in really easy to digest pieces, which is perfect for those of us with ADHD. This app has helped me learn about myself, calmed me down when I needed it, helped me develop positive strategies of dealing with negative emotions. Thank you to the creators of this amazing app❤️
