False advertising. They say they'll give you free shipping over $69 then don't provide it. Use excuses like claiming its only for USD, despite the interface being in Australian dollars and the offer never specifying USD. Poor customer support. Slow response times. REPLY: I submitted a ticket and gave you the option to either (1) complete the order but refund shipping to keep your word or (2) refund the order entirely. You chose to cancel the order. Not impressed.

Ordered and paid on March 5th. Then I get an email saying some items are out of stock and will be available in a few days. So far I had 1 order turn in to 3 different shipments. And it's March 26th and I still haven't received any of the items and one of them still hasn't even been shipped. Customer service is no help at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE TO ANYONE.

I spent over two hundred dollars on the app for clothing and every item came in different then the image, a different color, poorly made to the point of falling apart upon arrival before even out of the package. Difantley do not recommend. Getting support a refund is a hit and miss. Many products you can't even get a refund for.

Ordered 2 items, notified of shipment the next day. 2 days later I get an email saying that 1 item was out of stock & would be restocked & shipped in 3-5 business days. Contacted them after 5 business days & told to wait another 3 business days, so I looked online & apparently the item is back in stock. Waited 3 more business days & still no change. So I requestes a refund. Now I'm told it'll be 7-15 days to receive a refund on my card. No info as to how much shipping will be refunded either.

I ordered a sentimental pieace the breast area was supposed to be a silk material (non see through) then leading to under the breast was supposed to have a small lace see through effect. After the small lace effect was supposed to go back to silk. When the item arrived EVERYTHING WAS SEE THREW! It looked nothing like the picture. It was a cheap knockoff ! The fabric was nothing like the picture or the description.

I ordered 3 outfits from IV Rose, that was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. The sizes are not true to size. I have emailed them and they said that they are going through customs. What a joke. A lot of my family have started ordering from here but i told them not to.
