See the Earth as the astronauts see it with a 24/7 video livestream from the International Space Station.

If you like space or astronomy then you will love ISS Live Now.

ISS Live Now gives you easy access to a live video feed of Earth from the International Space Station, which is orbiting about 400 kilometers (250 miles) above the planet. The app provides an exciting experience marked by thoughtful design and features numerous customization options.

With ISS Live Now, you can view amazing live HD video streams directly from the International Space Station’s cameras.

The app utilizes the native Android Google Map (ISS tracker), which allows you to follow the Space Station’s orbit around our planet. You can zoom, rotate, drag and tilt the map; choose between different types of maps (such as satellite or terrain); and view data such as the speed of orbit, altitude, visibility, latitude and longitude, and even what country the Station is above at any moment in time. All of these options are easily customizable from the settings menu.

You will have seven different sources of live video streaming, including:

1. Live HD camera: A wonderful HD video stream of our planet.
2. Live standard camera: It shows a live stream of the Earth and, from time to time, details about the ISS (like tests, maintenance and communication with Earth).
3. NASA TV: The television service of the United States government agency NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). You can watch science and space documentaries, interview with scientists, astronauts, engineers and personalities such as Elon Musk.
4. NASA TV Media.
5. Spacewalk (recorded): Beautiful HD images of astronauts from cameras outside the ISS.
6. Inside the International Space Station: Take a video tour of each module inside the ISS, all explained by the astronauts.
7. Eventual channel: Temporary live cameras from NASA, the European Space Agency (ESA), the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos) and the SpaceX.

You can also watch these live feeds on your television via Google Cast.

You even have the option to be notified when the next sunset or sunrise will occur, allowing you to watch it live directly from the International Space Station.

Do you want to see the ISS in the sky at night?
This is the easiest way to spot the Station. With the built-in ISS detector tool, ISS Live Now will tell you when and where to look for the Space Station. You’ll receive a notification a few minutes before it passes by your location.

You can also choose to be notified when the ISS is about to pass over your region during the day, allowing you to admire your country from space.

Other notification options include special events, such as spacewalks.

Explore the International Space Station with Google Street View

Thanks to Google, aspiring astronauts can now simulate the experience of floating on the International Space Station (ISS). The company worked with astronauts to provide a Google Street View of the low-orbit satellite, from its science labs to its beautiful Earth-facing Cupola window.

When the ISS (International Space Station) is on the night side of Earth, the video image is black, which is normal.

Sometimes, video is not available due to transmission issues, or because the crew is changing cameras. In such cases, you will usually have a blue or blank screen. In a few minutes the transmission should return, so, please be patient. This is not a problem with the app.

Reviews From google play store

Spectacular!! I think this is one of the coolest apps ever. The fact that you can even take pics and watch live videos when available, is the coolest thing. I did a weird message today about "payload being full & it wouldn't be available anymore" then it went back to normal! Can never see it when it says I can though. I'm obviously not a child, but every school age child should have it. Thanks 4 a great app!

Hands down my favorite app of all time. I just found this a week ago, same time my father passed away. He loved space and the exploration of it. He was an actual rocket scientist from Cal Tech. He would have loved this too. I dont care that its not always there when you want it, but people, its a thing now: you can casually, even accidentally, touch your screen and see Earth LIVE from SPACE. Are you kidding? How lucky are we? Any inconvenience is simply dwarfed by that. THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS.

Overall a good app but as for the HD camera, says it's reached end of life/ next day it's operating again ? Have to monitor the children as the message feed which at times people write vulgar things, quite educational. So thanks to all who developed the app. 🇦🇺 ✨🌍🚀🛸

It's really cool when you get to see our planet from the space station's point of view but, you need to check in at the right time if you want to see anything. It can use a little work with the glitches and offline pictures. Still great for a free app. I like it on a scale 3.75 / 5 stars. Enjoy planetary pleasure any day.

I am an amateur radio operator vk2trd. this is the best app I've ever used highly recommend to amateur radio operators.😀 If you are interested in what is going on in space and what NASA is up to all the latest news. And communications gadgetry this is the app for you. We use it all the time up here at the Mount Isa Amateur Radio Club. And it puts us in touch with the rest of the world being 2000 km northwest of Brisbane in Australia. Hope this app works for you. cheers Eric VK2TRD

I am learning so much about space, astronomy, engineering, exploration, and international cooperation with this App. It works very well, with helpful settings and displays. I plan to observe the USA with a telescope someday, and it really helps to have its location information. I especially enjoy the documentary videos on the App.

When there was high definition signal, it was okay. Now when it is over, what's the point? NASA TV itself is pretty lame. 11/22/2019 got dev's response and what they say isn't true! Don't know why they lie, but there is no live high definition feed anymore.

I love this app just watched the docking awesome the alerts gets us outdoors every time the ISS goes over in the evenings even if its cloudy and we know theres not much chance of seeing it and when we do see it the feeling is always one of wonder at humans achievements keep up the good work and thank you for making it possible for us to be a part of it

There's something to be said when we can actually see the Earth we stand on from the sky itself. This app is basically your best bet to show to FE'ers during a simple conversation about Earth.

Good app but you cant see much as the camera is not pointing the right way but as its nothing to do with the app & more to do with NASA you have to live with. The pictures are good and its fascinating to think your watching something truely in outer space

The feed was not live and it was cut. It was nice to see they included the chem trail detail in the clouds, but I would rather see the image without the fisheye lens effect. I haven't had a chance to watch the people pretending to be in "space" lying to the children yet, but my rating is already as low as it can get so I guess it makes no difference.

It is beautiful for a space junkie, i gave it 5 stars till today. The 5 year HDEV Experiment has ended. No more live feed from space of our world. So the name of the app is false. Man, it was great while it lasted. BRING IT BACK.

Love The View, and being able to snap a live picture of Earth. It's great being able to track the ISS, to know where it is at any given time. I love all things NASA.

So far so good. Find it relaxing watching the Earth and identifying the sections of land as it passes over them. That is when the sun side is there. Its just a question of being patient coz its worth it.

At first this was excellent, but recently the HD earth viewing facility has gone. Seeing a previously recorded view of earth is nowhere near as interesting as the view in real time.

Great app! I like to show the kids the ISS. Had a good surprise to find out that this app also covers live feed from the station, and events in general. Good work!

It's interesting I guess..On the very few occasions that there is actually a signal..Most of the time there is no signal and you can't see anything..🤷‍♂️

NASA (New Age Story tellers Association) They cant allow folks to see whats REALLY goin on up there.. but they do. Why do u think the camera goes to blue screen like its an technical diffuculty when its not? Same as when they closed the observatory a lil while ago. They cant let folks see that theres another solar system coming our way,.. it would cause too much widespread panic.. lol 😅 Its enough footage to see part of the station, & thats it.. take what u get & be happy. Pay closer attention!

This is a very informative app. I like the educational experience from live talks from the crew to space walks and repairs to the ISS station. The camera views off the earth are breathtaking.

It's brilliant. You can hear the commentary, see the views. Totally gets me every time I open the app.

I love this, check out the live feed and relax, de-stress. The live events are great, feels like you are a part of something.

This is such a phenomenal source of enlightening inspiration for young people into scientific endeavor. Just watched a Space X launch and the 5th return of the Falcon to an off shore platform on a ship. Incredible! As a sci-fi kid of the 70's and 80's it is incredible to witness such long delayed advances come to fruition.

Wish it had more live launches. Other than that, great app to keep up with our multi-million dollar space motel.

Exceptional app. I love being connected to the ISS and in the know about launches and events.

Nice, watching the ISS. Too bad the HDEV payload was not replaced. 4K would be even more exciting to watch if you have a newer phone with the higher definition screen.

The signal goes out from time to time. Somtimes I think they cut the feed on purpose. It's really cool to watch though.

Great app for keeping track of the I S S. Just needs to send notifications when it will pass with in visibility of the users location with a direction to look for the I S S

Cool app. Very easy to use. It's good NASA has the HD feed back up.

Awesome site!!, I go out at night, everytime the ISS goes overhead. It is always right on time!

Love it. I enjoy getting the occasional alerts and taking a break from the day to watch a launch, a sunrise or sunset, a space station event or something else. The era of internet TV and cable TV has pretty much destroyed the times where the entire country would sit in front of the TV at the same time watching a shuttle launch or some other amazing NASA event. This app brings a little bit of that feeling back and reminds you that humanity still has something good to offer. Thanks ISS Live Now!

I like the app. But when it says skip ad it doesn't work and had to wait for the ad to get over.

This app is great, from live feed to the ISS during normal operational hours, to space walk coverage, to interviews with Brad Pitt and current crew. The only thing that throws me off is the chat feature that seems to attract all types of strange individuals. Why is there drama in the live feed to the ISS? Not sure how to fix this, but it is an interesting feature nonetheless.

I have always been a fan of the ISS, it's only recently that I've became a fan of the this amazing app. As I healed from breaking my leg, I spent a lot of time with NASA.I watched space walks two months ago, installing docking stations that welcomed a vehicle at 242pm today. The interviews, education and images that are available 24/7, are imeasureable. Install this for you, your children or your classroom.

Years ago I would stare to the night sky wondering what was floating along. After finding this app I found it much easier to identify the ISS. The radar function is surprisingly accurate, as long as your phone is correctly calibrated. Aim your phone up and line up the circle and the dot.. The ISS appears right there. If you take your eye off for a second just put your phone back up. I just wish I could get the notifications an hour before instead of just a few minutes.

This is just an amazing app... I've lain in bed watching the Russians blow a first attempt at using a robotic docking system. I've watched space walks. I have enjoyed informative little video clips. And just a few minutes ago the app nudged me to look outside to the North and I could see the ISS fly over. I walk out and there it is, brighter than a star, sliding past in a shaft of sunlight way up high overhead. Fantastically entertaining app, very well done.

One of the best apps for viewing live images of our Earth from the international space station including NASA tv and other space stuff.

Really interesting app. I really look forward to the HDEV cameras working again in the near future. it's not working at this time because Cosmic radiation affected the Housed Cameras. As we all know space can be a very demanding environment. This is an awesome app and I encourage everyone to load it on their devices.

Fantastic, Runs Flawlessly. Parents Live In Cocoa Beach & Literally Share Their Property With CC! Over The Last 25 Years, Only 2 Of My Visits Coincided With Launch Activity. The First Being An Evening Shuttle Launch Which Are Pretty Spectacular. SO.. Dad & I Were Out On A Charter For Over 15 Hours That Day, Alcohol Was Flowing & I Was Totally Trashed, Sunburned and Tired, I Only Heard and Felt The Liftoff. Turned 50 This Year, On A "Mission" To Experience Several Events Listed On The App.

Didn't get to see any feed. "No signal" seems to be the usual feed. How convenient. And even if the feed was on, the ISS is over mostly water! What's the point in filming then? That's the easiest to CGI, oceans and clouds. Like someone can confirm what clouds are looking like in the middle of the atlantic or pacific, to prove they are actually filming the earth.

Like getting notifications about where it is and any events upcoming. Also like recorded videos

Enjoy the long be cameras, ISS pictures of earth, sunrise/sunsets and launches. Much better presentation than the "old days"

Well I first download this a longtime ago & seeing our planet was fantastic, but now the best live video camera has gone it's time to uninstall this till it's fixed. I am gutted the HD camera on the Space Station camera has come to the end of its life, now it just recorded views & a camera that is useless? Not really worth installing now unless they are hiding something🤔 updated this today but still rubbish....was great views of our planet. All gone now such a shame fix it NASA☹️

Amazing app showing everybody we should be carefull with our little blue ball. Also amazing take-off and dockings etc to the ISS. It should have a Cast function though!!! PLEASE INSTALL A CASTING POSSIBILLITY SO WE CAN ALL WATCH THESE AMAZING LIVE IMAGES ON OUR T.V.'s..!!! It still needs a Casting oppotunity. Like Youtube has, you know. The possibillity for people to put this on all their screens while hosting a party orso. It will help fund all kind of things.

I am excited to see the real time images. The map is really useful & fun. I am confused about some things, like the HDEV . Is it back on?

Really cool idea. Lately the chat window hogs most of the screen and there doesn't seem to be a way to hide it. I installed this to see what's goin on on the ISS not get flooded with random chatter. Update: thanks for the quick response. This is much better!

I love it, almost feels like you are looking out at the Earth, apart from a few minor differences, like, gravity and air outside my window, and a mirid of other things, but forget those issues, it's almost like looking out your window,

What an amazing idea for an app! Thank you for this app! I enjoy seeing the ISS view.

It's astonishing. The view is absolutely amazing and I can see basically everything. I would recommend that whoever is interested in space sees this. I log on everyday because I'm amazed about their work. I like to look up at the sky and see if I can spot them. Thank you astronauts for all of your hard effort and more power to you.

It wasn't that long ago where you didn't have the option to click on an app on your smartphone to look at space the Moon Earth and instruments and satellites in space.

Nice tracking, but the "Sunset in ?:?:?" is not very accurate as it is 12:38 on this day in maryland and we are pretty close and it says that sunset is in 33 minutes. I will give this a SURE 5 stars if this is fixed, but do not feel rushed.

I love this app. I really like that I can set it to let me know when the ISS is visible in the sky, and love to watch the spacewalks. I have always thought it would be amazing to go into space and this app lets me get as close to space as I will ever get. Thank you so much!!!

I'm missing the HDEV views, but it's great to have a window on the world from the ISS!

Very handy . Makes you in step with science and space activities

Great app. I just wish the HD cams still worked.

Surprisingly good. The ads can be annoying when you exit full screen but the cost to remove them isn't too bad. The footage during the space walks and crew changes is amazing. Reminds me of how much great work is going on in the world that gets crowded out of the news by nonsense.

When its online its pretty great to watch earth from orbit. It would be 5 stars but it somtimes doesnt actually load the space staition view side of the app. And that is the main focus of the app. The map side of the screen can be cool if you turn on the higher settings for the map.

...totally "out of this world!"...the coolest app ever! a space mad kid, (in the late 60's/early 70's), if you had told me that one day I could hold in my hand a device which would livestream pictures from a space station in orbit, with orbital data displayed, library pictures, links to NASA, and even update messages telling me when there are spacewalks to watch, or when it's visible in my section of sky...I wouldn't have believed you!...and it's a free app!

Simply amazing I watched the moon landing on a small black and white TV in a barrack room - and now this. Mind blowing. An app to treasure.

It's definitely cool to see live video of SpaceX rocket test flights. This is history making stuff before your eyes. I love it!

It's nice when there's a signal but that seems to be rare.

This app was one of the first and best to used to see HD earth view, But sadly it as not got the HD Earth view camara choice anymore that once was there wich is why I have only given a 3 stars instead of the happy 4star I would usually give. Please fix earth view ASAP.

Pretty good so far, that chat side seems to work good and the viewing side of things seems alright I quess,, you do lose the live feed a bit but seems to work good most of the time so I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Love it!! live pics, and info on upcoming events, wonderful! 👍

Fantastic app. It's tracking times and locations are accurate, which enabled me to see the ISS for the first time. What a sight! I also enjoy the live view simultaneously with the map. Bravo!

I love the views from space, but I the live camera goes down alot. Maybe they don't want us to see any of those pesky extraterrestrials. Just kidding, but who knows. Great Application for Space Station views.

Great app. It gives you a position map and a live view (when available). Of all the astronomy apps I have, it's the only one that alerts me when the ISS is within viewing range.

Beautiful app, being able to take pics from the video is great. The live camera does still work, though not all the time. You can still hear live audio even though you can't view it all the time.

With the new update I'm very disappointed was a great app but now with the new update and not being able to watch the earth live what's the point !! I will be deleting this app.

Night shots will always be blackouts. But the days make me happy. They lost the HD camera a few weeks ago. So far this makes it less interesting. I will keep trying. I did not catch why.

Being able to see live space walks and watching the repairs they are able to do is amazing

Works pretty well! If there's a clear sky and the app sends a notification that the station is above me, I'm always able to see it. The live streams are pretty good too. Very nice!

Mostly good,sometimes no camera signal.

A brilliant app I enjoy the experience thankyou well worth the money spent

I love watching the ISS fly over. I get up at odd hours often just to watch. I love this app for the tracking, notifications, and video, which cuts out often.

I am so impressed I have become addicted to it I wish it included a section where you can then point your phone up to the sky and it will pinpoint where it is like other apps to but I paid for the pro version to remove the ads

Only one camera to view from. Half of the time theres no signal. I expected to see a view of the earth from space but most of the time i just see a chunk of the space station on the lense.

I like the alerts. Keeps me well informed about what is going on in the Space program. Seeing unedited first hand events is much more informative than a news brief or a sound bite

Amazing app to track the ISS. Love the video feeds and orbit map.

Great potential but lately becoming inaccurate in terms of notification

Really neat, notifies of events, great coverage.

Yes, a political position in this age. I blame Republicans for my not being able to land on the Moon in my lifetime. It was so possible in 1970. Nixon opted for a pickup truck powered aloft by Roman Candles, instead of a 'semi'. When that blew up & Reagan had the choice to go Big, he went little. By the Time a Generation later, when Obama opted for Mars, it was probably too late. Maybe Elon or Jeff can Save Our Dream ... meanwhile, the ISS App gives me some consolation.

Beautifully done love the app been watching it for over a year now no complaints thank you

I think this is an excellent app, I get an alert that its going over my area at night and I can actually see it!!! I would highly recommend this app !!

Great app. Live ISS camera. Pre-recorded NASA stuff. It tells you when the ISS is visible so that you can go out and see it. Great fun.

Great app..being able to take pictures and\or record awesome!!! U can print them use as screen saver, Watch live walks, links for quick access to other NASA programs..Great job

Love having the info/feeds, but app is difficult to navigate and is becoming flooded with ads and other pop-ups (like asking for a rating) that obscure content.

It's very good could do with putting more things on and get a better experience

If more people paid attention to the perspective of our planet which this app allows, we would realize how small we really are, and how much we all need one another on this "pale blue dot."

This app is fantastic. Today's launch was amazing. I tell so many people to download it.

Truly amazing experience to see so much live coverage of the ongoing space exploration!

Still doesn't open, stays frozen on boot logo. Resolved issue, had to uninstall, clear cache under boot up, then reinstall. Still a three star though that the hd cam is gone.

Absolutely love this app. Thanks heaps for developing. So peaceful watching the ISS floating over our NOT flat the notification when ISS is close to being visible from our location

Its pretty cool. I like how the space statmop lion is graphed over which countrys at a given time.

The camera is good but could be better. Doesn't seem to always be looking at the area the iss is covering.

Love being able to track the ISS, especially when it is in position to view over my home. The included sky map showing location makes the ISS easy to spot. GREAT APP!

I usually enjoy this app, but something happened to the camera. What happened to the 2nd camera we used to have? Will this one get fixed?

Excellent and accurate. Just saw the space station. Ads are unobtrusive. Feature rich.

My quick fix. Helps to keep things in petspective!

Too cool . works great. I wish i would have found this app a long time ago.

Thought it was live. Not recorded live then fed to me pre - recorded live. Thanks.
