I'm upset that you shut down the game & want us to basically start all over with the new game. So we just lose all the coins & levels? I spent a good amount of time & money to play your game to get that far in the game. Now we have to start from scratch? That's not right or fair. I think you should have at least transferred our money, people & pets. We earned all that. I won't be buying anymore Google play cards or anything else. Not a way to do business.

Loved the game, now, after not being able to access it for 6 months suddenly the game is being shut down and you have to download a new game. Would mind so much but it is exactly the same as the game I had been playing and all the money I put into the original game has just gone. 75 gems does not make up for it.

Just spent money right before the announced in game that they were shutting the app down for good and won't refund me at all. There was no indication of shutting down or announcements prior. I recommend you not to support this company and their new game.

I loved this game, I'm so sad you took it away. Will you bring it back? Will you make another like this one? (And I DON'T mean chibi island- that game SUCKS) This game you could earn money and food for energy from plants, houses, tasks and quests without having to pay real money to get the energy needed to complete stuff. Oh btw leveling up/completing tasks does NOT help with the energy needs on chibi island!!! That's why I loved island experiment so much. I also loved the pets I had.
