Several minutes of "Retrieving data, please wait." every time the app is started. As others have mentioned, also does not remember camera association, so you have to go through the "first time" initialization. A 10 minute delay between starting the application and being able to review footage is not acceptable. Barely earns a 2/5 by not being entirely broken (it does function reasonably after the long wait) or full of obnoxious ads. Hopefully will be fully functional in the future.

App works fine, but is an absolute nightmare if you're not sure what you're doing. After troubleshooting the same issue everyone else seems to be having, I jumped on with support from Black Box My Car, and we worked to troubleshoot the network issue together. While we were chatting, I went for the nuclear option and got it working finally. Here are the steps I took. 1. Uninstalled the app 2. Restarted phone 3. Reinstalled the app 4. Connected to the the camera network 5. Granted every single permission requested 6. Put camera in registration mode 7. Added the camera in app Huge pain, but in the end it works. Took a star away for some translation issues, and ease of use (or lack thereof).

"X-9 camera, Motorola V-Force phone" Phone would not connect to camera via WiFi unless I turned off the mobile data on the phone. App works as it should otherwise. I would like to see more of setting options in the app that are available in the PC software. Like being able to turn off the camera's warning LED's...

This app is garbage. As other reviewers have already stated, if you can get it to connect, it's spotty at best. Why should I have to run through these setup options listed by other reviewers every time I need to connect? I get it to connect one time, and it will not connect again. Major failure.

Can not delete video files! Can not format sd card. Can not set video loop recording duration. Can not turn off rear camera blue LED. Can not set 24 hour time. Can not disable parking mode. Many more faults for an expensive camera system!!

For a device that cost nearly 500 I would expect it to have a working app. I. Aware of the recent crashing with android, but quite disappointed it has not been fixed yet.

App crashes, connecting to the camera is buggy. When it works it's ok, but if you can't pull video when you actually face an emergency, this app is unreliable!

I was so happy that my new Iroad X10 camera connected to phone without issues described in other reviews but my relief didn't last long... Firmware update that APP was asking for killed the camera, it stuck in forever boot. Update4: trying to get it repaired by warranty

App could definitely use more work. However it usually works as long as you only try to save 1 file to your phone...it tends to crash after that.

You have to disable mobile data in order to pair or connect. Very strange defect in the app. Other than that it works.
