Not only have they started charging for a remote cloud app on a physical system which was installed at great cost, I reluctantly paid the £20.99 as I was getting 3 months free and then billed from Dec. However, iRisco cancelled this with no Comms and I have had to reorder without the 3 Months free. Replacing this system out of principle is now way up my list & already looking at alternatives. The way they do business is not by putting customer first. I wish I'd never bothered with iRisco!

Many, many of your customers invested heavily in your product ecosystem to secure their homes. Remote monitoring was key. I replaced a dial-up iRisco console for the additional control. To now add a 20.00 per year "fee" is (to be polite) screwing your customers. I have helped friends install your product. No more. You should be ashamed, I'm out of RISCO products as soon as possible. Two-bit money grabbers trying to justify "extra margin". I hope this policy really burns you.

App was always on / off line, terrible connection to wifi even thou in next room. Now charge yearly subscription, have subscribed to test, now wont connect at all, app always offline, useless, have emailed no response

I am trying to upgrade to the paid version. I subscribed on 7 October. On 10 October google play told me my subscription has been cancelled. Tomorrow is given as the last day for subscription by irisco. What is going on?

Have tried to pay subscription but app no longer works, have called support who said that would get back to me in 48 hrs, still waiting. Very 😞disappointing

Since the upgrade I have had nothing but problems with my system, now I can't even connect with my home panel to access the alarm system

So they have gone ahead with the penny pinching subscription. I have two Risco alarms, the performance of which are so poor I refuse to pay another penny. I am going to sell them both, probably for scrap.

They are now asking for a subscription and the app no longer works my alarm is now useless, who's going to replace it for me I can't afford to you robbing c**ts. It wasn't cheap to install I want a free alternative app I would not have bought the alarm if it had a subscription.
