Nice app, 100% time I got my food. Food provided was always in good packing, seems hygenic & tastier than what we normally get. Taste varies state to state but food was always good. Put 1 star less since once (out of 20) I got 1 item less & there is (I think) lack of support. Overall good experience, good initiative, keep it up.

It was really ugly experience.. I ordered twice, 1st it didn't come for lunch for no reason. And then for the dinner the food got delivered but after so many phone calls and wasting so much time.. the customer support is really hard to reach, may be I could reach God if I tried as many times I tried the customer care. Then finally when I got to talk to them both time they said there is no order on my number, then I said the order no. only then they talk about the order which will not get to you.

I used ecatering service for travel from Delhi to Panvel with food delivery at Kota with hope on new Ecatering. When food was not delivered at Kota after train reached Kota I called the person and he promised delivery before train started. On enquiry, came to know that the delivery boy met with some eventuality and delivery was reordered and made at Vadodara. Happy about the follow up calls made and good to see changes in the way railways function. Request is to ensure some backup is planned.

Am not sure about this app... But I used the IRCTC app to order dinner... which was supposed to be delivered at Ratnagiri... It was through Vinayak caterers... The order was never delivered... Next day I got a call asking for my opinion regarding the service... well I told them what happened... They said nothing... Just OK... Today I got an invoice via email stating that the order was successfully delivered... Pathetic system... I would give the caterers negative ratings but there's no option

The app is good. You'll get food on time. Because I think now the third parties aka authorized partners like Zoop, Railrestro, Yatribhojan taking reviews and feedback seriously. Food quality totally depends on the hotel from where you ordered. Zoop : Has much higher charges for every item. CC support number has rapid response. Minimum order amount: 150 INR; Railrestro: Has lesser charges than Zoop. But haven't tried yet. Will write in detail later. Minimum order amount: 199 INR

I used this app around 2019 when travelling on a long journey in a train without pantry car and I didn't want to eat the usual meal. At that time I thought why not try ordering food on train and I went to ecatering website, placed an order for Pizzas. I was worried whether I would get the delivery or not but surprisingly the delivery agent showed up and handed me the pizzas. That made my day so memorable. Such a genius who made this possible. Thanks Indian Railways for beautiful memories.

The paneer curry which i got was smelling and stale. Kindly check before serving it to the customer. We are not paying to get the stale and smelling food. I am very disappointed with the service.
