I tried using the app last night, got to finish and the app crashed. It wiped out everything that I had uploaded and commented on. The photos are still on my phone but you have absolutely no way of selecting the photos from your phone to upload into the app. You need to fix this option as the photos are time date location stamped.

since the last update it is extremely difficult to perform and image shop. The images are no longer being automatically saved in folders for each particular shop so that means if you leave the location and something gets placed on hold because they need an image you will no longer be able to give them that image and it will require you to go back out to the shop. it takes 5 to 7 minutes for the app to load and 5 to 7 for the app to process from question to question.

Do not use this App! Since the 2019 update it has been very unreliable. It has gotten stuck several times trying to upload. It has tried to upload in the middle of a visit,when it shouldn't need to upload The only way to stop the upload is to turn the phone off. I have had to remove and redownload the app.seveeral times to get it to work. Today it lost all the pictures and data for a location that was 195 miles roundtrip.

The app worked great! The questions that don't require a picture, shouldn't have a picture taker icon unless the "no" button is pushed. It was confusing to know what pictures were required. It made my shops longer than normal, but I spent so much time reporting when I went home. So I think it was faster in the long run. If the questions were in order, so there was no back and forth outside or to the bathroom that would be great too. Great job on updating!

I've been a 'Mystery Shopper' with MaritzCX for a short time now, but thus far-I have really Enjoyed it!🙂 Furthermore, the app is quite Simple to maneuver and manage, as well!👌Once you get the hang of going "In & Out" of MaritzCX's app (to check for shops; self-assign locations; complete evaluations; etc.), it becomes second nature to you!👍🏼 Unsure on how it can be improved, but I just "Updated" and look forward to an even Better experience.......it's a really Great app!💜

This App was great before the April 2019 update. I have no idea what The update was supposed to do but it may things Terrible. please fix it back. it takes more time to do one shop than before. thanks. After a little tweaking. It is wonderful

A bit laggy. It is time consuming to use for photo audits because it requires scrolling back and forth, and I don't always take pictures in that specific order. I've also gotten kicked out several times and lost data.

I started the shop submission on my computer and saved it. then downloaded the app to upload photos quickly. the app loads slowly and had me start over entirely with the shop answers. incredibly frustrating

I can't get the app to save pictures either and the other day had to do it the old way. use my camera and go home and do the report on my computer and attach photos

app worked great until the 2019 update. Now it either doesn't load or takes 10 minutes. Crashes when it does load. totally useless again.
