When i try to open my portfolio section it's always shows your login session is expired login again to continue. I unable to view my portfolio and i have suffering from this more than last 10 days .

This app is not working properly since last few weeks. Earlier it was fine. Now when you open the app the homepage freezes and no other icons get displayed as it used to be. Hence we cannot login and access our account. Kindly fix this ASAP. Still as on 29/6/21, it is not working. Please look into this matter seriously. Being a reputed company, your app is down from last 3 months and you are not taking any action for improvement.

The app is not working since few days but before that it was excellent, please look into the matter and sort out the problem as quickly as possible, I will be obliged. Thank you. Even after reinstalling it is asking for user id and password which I have forgotten, I was opening the app by mpin. So I am at halt. What to do now and next. My folio no is 12255715/26. Installed the App today for first time but after successful installation it is not opening up. Then reinstalled few times and restated the mobile too but same problems persists. For your information, there is no problems with my mobile device as everything else is working fine including my 4 G internet connection.

I had downloaded this app and it is not working at all. It logs out frequently. Worst app in the Mutual fund space I have made investment (Folio no 470917) on July 21, 2021 on the website and the transaction units have not been issued till date (July 27, 2021). Call Centre support is not satisfactory. Get varied responses from the Call Centre and no prompt response. Am promised that a call would be made from the back office team but am still waiting. Am worried about the investments made and funds debited. Really not expected from a market leader like ICICI Prudential Done similar investment though another Mutual Fund on July 21, 2021 and the units were issued within 2 days and the transaction was reflected in my account too.

How poorly tested app !! Not able to log complaint/query etc.. Steps- Login using PIN, Go to Contact, Select viw Mail, Compose message and Click Send. Its show logout alert. Try again same steps again and again logout. POOR DEVELOPMENT AND QA TESTING. I do above steps within 4 seconds. Always Logout alert. I am laughing on your QA team.

Worst App Experience. Sounds like some trainees are developing this app as their final year internship assignment. Simple transaction search has made so complex that i cannot view transaction history. All the drop-down are showing 2010-2013 style raw android style with Something went wrong error. Please don't waste time on this app.
