Mid 1990s level of functionality. Cannot resize images while printing with arbitrary scale. Includes modern issues as well for "extra" enjoyment needs location UNACCEPTABLE. Brothers poor cheap and slow designs now in software form for everyone to "enjoy".

Doesn't work on my brand new Samsung S21 Ultra 5G. Wont even load app, hangs at white Brother screen. Works OK on my old Note 9.

A well needed App for both Android and Apple formats. Although there is always room for improvements: The over use of ink... This constant use of "cleaning" is using more ink than when I have something to print. I know there needs to be some cleaning, but come on people it's a little repetitive. Thank you for your time and patience.

Fabulous! I can print photos and documents easily from my phone. It is a basic, no bells and whistles app that simply does the job it is supposed to do. Simply open your document using the app, tick/untick pages you need to print in the preview screen, then print. No annoying pop up advertising to hinder the process. Would give 5* if it processed quicker. (Note: to print web pages or shipping labels etc use print to PDF first then print the PDF using this app)

Horrible app! It is not a plug-in. All I want is to do is print from my phone to my Brother printer, which is connected to my local network. So, why does this app works only if Google Location Services are turned on. I am not printing to remote locations using printers in other networks. The previous printer plug-in for Brother could identify network printers, not this app. I had been using my Brother Printer Plug-in over my network for many years. I am getting rid of the app and the printer.

Literally I have never taken so long to print something. Printing a 5 page document on a laser printer takes about 10 minutes, as it pauses for a minute and a half or so before each sheet. If you are going to print something overnight, that should be fine, but if you need it last second, you're SOL.

Cannot load documents through the app. Always need the documents to be loaded outside of the app. Sometimes the app doesn't even open the file by saying that the file is unsupported format. On the other hand, other phone can open the same file. Why?????

My printer, a MFC-J4410DW stopped being an option when selecting the model for the Wi-Fi direct conection. The only similar option is a 4440, which redirects to another app which, when completing the conection, redirects to this app because it detects is a 4410 and not a 4440, and the app is incompatible. Cannot print from mobile because someone forgot one of their models exists.

Wow, a mobile scanner / app that only works when phone and device are connected to the same wifi network. Maybe I was being unrealistic, but I figured if both my phone and scanner (DS-940DW) were in my car / remote office, I could scan documents to my phone. Hopefully Brother fixes this because it seems like a major design flaw for a "portable scanner". I may end up returning this scanner for this reason. Best. JN

I'm so freaking frustrated with this app and the lack of support for the app!! My printer isn't the problem. This stupid app will only pull up the first 4 pages of any document I'm trying to print! My laptop is broken so this is HORRIBLY inconvenient as I'm a mobile signing agent and I need to be able to print!!!!!
