I have tried to migrate my data to the new app but every time I try to go in I get am error message saying authorization failed. I nee this fixed as soon as possible. I have been using this for my small business since June and it has helped me so much in providing my customers with invoices. I have one issue now though! I have a new business phone and I am transferring all the apps from the old one, but I realize that I cannot transfer my account to the new device. Will I lose all those invoices since all the usage was not saved to an account or backed up?

So I far I like the app but today it wont let me create a new invoice without signing up for a subscription no where did i read that you had to pay to use the app? It should be written in the description that you can only make 3 invoices before you are forced to pay for a subscription its like false advertising. Im deleting this app. No response needed. Update the app description. Put that info in the actual app. Transparency.

I just downloaded this app yesterday 11/18/2020. It let me do 3 invoices after that I paid for the subscription and after I paid it kept kicking me out from the app and I have to start all over and it does the same thing now. So I haven't been able to make another one since then. please fix this, thank you!

UPDATE! 4/2/21-ALL OF MY INFO HAS DISAPPEARED. 1/16/21-I've been using this app for a while now and it worked fine until yesterday. I'm able to create the invoice but when I go to send it just spins. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would work, it didnt and it erased all of my invoices. You would think since I have lifetime membership, this would not happen. I'm also unable to log in on the sign in page. I clicked on email link to send email but received email advising email not valid

Share by email sends link to invoice on app website, send by email sends the actual invoice. No way in free version to edit payment methods once entered or to add additional tax lines to show each type of tax applied (state, local, excise, emergency services, etcetera). Not sure this available in paid version either. Don't like idea of sharing my client contact information or information on price I charged each client with app developer.

I've been using the app for months now and I really like it. The past 2 months it's been crashing and not usable and I'm still being charged monthly. I've tried to email the support and it said that undeliverable mail. Please let me know what is going on with the application. Thank you in advance, I think I should at least get a refund for the last few months payments. Jerry

They only thing I don’t like is when you go to change the notes... it goes to all caps and takes twice as long to type something in because you have to hit the lowercase key for every letter. Otherwise this has been timesaver for me. I love it!!

Easy to install, easy to use.I really recommend it. I’m a general contractor and this app is really on the go I don’t have time to go to my office to send and invoice now I just reach to my pocket and is done!
