Reviews From google play store

The worst!!! Never gets your reading. You'll be trying for 20 minutes to get your heartrate after a good workout & it will keep thinking & blinking & your heartrate is completely back to normal and it still doesn't get a reading. The MOST BY FAR frustrating app. I've had over a year & only worked maybe 4 times & I workout no less than 4 times a week & I use even when I'm not just to see. Nope. Never works. I paid for the better version, wasted my $. I've had it installed in two phones 👎

Paid version still has ads and now I can't see me great rate graphs without paying for a subscription service. Removing features after paying is B.S.

Been in and out of AF. This app helps me track it.

Nice and quick measurement....

Purchased the Pro version sometime back &, I was very happy with the apps performance. Now, the developers have chosen to go down the subscription route which degradated & annoyed it's exist user base. Sorry, I can't recommend an app that annoys a user with stupid subscriptions offers on every use.

Shortly after paying and going pro, I started getting adverts to "go premium". A limited time offer with a countdown timer appears every time I use the app. Not really sure what I paid for, probably breach of contract if you looked into it. Stick with the free version

Paid version is still full of ads and asks you to sign up for the subscription version every time you open the application. Whats the point of paying when you are still force fed ads? Not worth the money, just use the free version.

Used to be good, now it's useless. Paid for a pro version sometime back, but now the developers have decided to change the deal, and it's now filled with ads again. Most of the previously accessible functionality crippled behind a subscription. Requires far too many unnecessary permissions (requires access to Contacts for your heart rate?) which makes me suspicious as to what the app is actually doing. I'd avoid this app, as it's not fit for purpose. Uninstalled forever

When I bought it, it was good. Since then, the developers removed functionalities, and the app nags you into sharing all your data (why do they need to access your contact list for?) and purchasing a "premium" subscription package each and every time you open the app.

Used to love this app. Used it all the time. I can no longer use it. I don't know WHAT settings you're using on my flashlight [LG G5] but it **literally burns** my finger now. My regular flashlight does not. I cannot hold my finger on my camera for longer than 2 seconds without risking 2nd degree burns. Very disappointed!

Easy to install, nice GUI, not what i was looking for, not easy to use.

Absolutely Ronseal, snap shot info of little use but used historically the data can be very informative. I have used the app for a couple of years now to build up a decent profile. The only problems I have ever had using this app were of my own making, poor finger placement over flash and lens. 5*

the upgrade to premium dialog when launching the app has got to go!

Had purchased the "pro" version when the app was launched! Now, the developers want me to keep paying them monthly to remove ads. This is totally unfair and should be investigated by Google.

Don't buy this, it's a ripoff. Use Heart Rate Monitor instead. I bought this and they still push ads and premium content. Uninstalled!

Like everyone else is saying. App now constantly nags you to upgrade to a subscription or to rate their app. Horrible!

The app is kind of pushy when opened but it works with Google fit and is easy to use.

I've had this app for years and just heard on Gizmodo that it shares my personal information with Facebook.

Perfect for me, simple accurate heart rate tracker.

a terrific tool to measure health at your finger tips!!!

Best app out there. It is worth every penny of the 2.99 works great

Bought this app.. and it's always asking to upgrade to pro?

literally stolen my money by changing the app to ads.

works for my Samsung J7 Aura need for fancy phone

not bad for free version

simple and accurate

Pretty much on the ball

Very useful tool for monitoring pulse rate. Accurate too

Does exactly what it says.

Solid app

Ive been using this app for about 5 years now; it's good at what it does. However lately it's been laggy upon opening or has crashed while using it. If this app was a game or spreadsheets or something it would be annoying, but i have tachycardia which I'm trying to track and sometimes the app is so slow i miss the event entirely. This seems to be new, and is worse since getting the premium version. I'm going to keep using the app, but I hope it improves.

What happened to the stand up test? Why delete it? * WHAT DID YOU DO? IT NOW REFUSES TO OPEN. CRASHES ON STARTUP. FIX! Its Note 9 on android pie. If i delete data and cache it loads but crashes when i sign in and keep crashing on startup. Only loads when its fresh, after data deleted. Old version works without any bugs or crashes. Latest version crashes all the time.

Purchased this app a while back but now have to subscribe monthly payments to access "pro" features? Hate it when developers take a paid for app and later try and squeeze more money out of you. Makes me not want to purchase any more apps from play store. Uninstalled and boycotted.

Uncomplicated great little app. *UPDATE* Paid for app years ago. Recently reinstalled it and now they want me to upgrade to a premium subscription. Most of my data from the past is gone forever, i can no longer access features i paid for and i'm being inundated with ads again. Uninstalling. What a ripoff from what WAS a solid app and company.

I purchasec this app a few years ago, it says "purchased" in my app list. I downloaded it recently there's ads, and button that ssys "go premium" for $9.99 a month. Are you fu*king kidding me? This is horseshit. These developers are greedy as fu*k. I paid for this app dlready. Once you pay for something, that should be it. Now they want $120 from you every year…not gonna happen.

Now its just bloatware that constantly runs in the background for no real reason. Too bad, I paid for this app and used it to report history to my doctor but now I am seriously questioning why since there is exactly zero reasons why it should be consuming processor cycles when not in use. And better yet, I paid for an app that spams me with their own ads for what is now a monthly subscription... For a simple heart rate monitor and a shitton of bloatware...

Purchased it to get rid of ads, and then there are ads to upgrade the service almost every time I use it. Your ads, other people's ads, it's still ads. I won't give them money again because they seem to just want more. Too bad.

I keep getting bombarded with requests for more money! I am tired of clicking on something and being redirected to a page wanting me to give more and more money. I want what I paid for, something to record my heart rate...and that it's it, no more, no less!

Paid to support the developer and get rid of adds. Instead I'm bombarded with the developers own adds to upgrade to anything else they can think of pushing at me. Unethical behaviour. Pitty the return period has expired otherwise I would've insisted on my money back.

When I first bought this app, it just did what it advertised - made a best effort at pulse rate measurement using your finger illuminated on the camera. Now it's become a spam-fest full of adverts for various crappy 'health' apps that just get in the way. New users should avoid purchasing this and look for an alternative.

Great app to measure fitness. Ads for in app purchases on even paid versions are a big irritant and must be removed as it is not fair. Some other non intrusive way must be found to promote additional features. Else it can even force one to even stop using the app & feel cheated having paid for the basic features.

Oppressively reminds you to login with your Facebook or Google account constantly. I don't want to thank you. Ruined a perfectly good app after years of great simple service. This kind of data pandering should be considered the same as an advertisement.

Works great on Pixel 2XL. My wife tried it though on her LG G6 and the camera LED got way too hot for her to keep her finger on it for the duration of measurement. I thought she might be exaggerating but I tried it myself and there was no way I could endure the pain for the full amount of time required.

Like others, paid for the pro version but now getting gouged for more money. Lesson learned about buying from this developer.

Even though I payed for it, this app is pestering me with "upgrade to premium" adds every time i use it, sometimes as I look to measure my pulse, waiting, the ad pops up and i have to close it, then retry. Very anoying.

Doesn't seem to be accurate anymore. I can take three readings in one minute and they will be off by more than 10 to 15 beats using the same device as always. Update: 9/12: Do not like the new interface. Why couldn't you leave well enough alone. Update: 3/7: gets more annoying with every update. UNINSTALLED try block-this

This is the paid version, which states that it has no ads. Why am I spammed with ads for a subscription service when I start the app? It works on my Oneplus 3 now, so that's good.

This app used to be great. I have been using it for 6+ years. I have the Pro version but still have to skip annoying cash grab subscription ads. I paid for it but you still want more. Time to uninstall.

A bit of a scam - first you pay to get rid of the ads, and then they keep asking for more money to stop the ads. Please stop that and honor the original agreement.

Even though I paid money for this version, so saturated with ads for other services that it's now annoying to use and so might as well have got the free version.

I paid for this app and now almost every time I open it it ask me to pay more. Don't get me wrong, the app still works - but after I pay for something I don't want to pay again for stupid features that I won't use.

Paid for Pro version, got stripped down and nagged for more to get the features back under subscription fees.

It doesn't work anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. It doesn't light up or read my heartbeat. It just stays at zero.

Pro version HAS ads. You are constantly bombarded with full screen ads to buy their subscription service.

Another scam. I already paid for the pro version. You don't even deserve the one star.

I paid for this app and now it's asking for me to upgrade again. Awful!

Perfect for the workouts updated 8/6/18 - reinstalled it today and found out that even though i paid for pro and now i have to pay again? what is going on?

'Dashboard' often shows wrong Sodium date data from Argus (bug to fix)... Ads are annoying for a paid App... But Heart rate monitor is great, Ads make app a little annoying

Bait and switch by developers. Paid version switched to account-ware and adware after years of use. Uninstalled!

Using this on the Nexus 6P, even I was a bit skittish on this app's accuracy. Today at the doctor's office I checked while waiting; app was within 2 bpm of what the nurse subsequently measured. 👍

I purchased this program, but now it is no different than the free program. What did I pay for? Now they want more money?

paid pro to use the app without nagging. Now it keeps asking for more money on other pro memberships

5+ stars there is no other app. better than this one .

This app reports all your phones information to Facebook as soon as you open it. Dont install it unless you are ok with being tracked.

2018-0330-bought app years ago, thk u. Again, Plz fix& b 4-5. 2017-0824 Won't open sinc software chng & = :(

Now wants much more cash than its worth. Previously owned it but now useless.

This app helped me track afib episodes.

Sure that I have already paid for this but now trying to get me to pay again

At first when i got this app i had a m8 htc it took a while to even read my vitals .As the years past i compare this to my medical and its the same . Cant believe they kerp adking me to upgrade i already paid for the app before .

Trash. Still get ads with this version.

Adds all over the place. Sucks.

Doesn't use Samsung heart rate sensor

Slow. Paid for it and still inundated with ads. Pass.

Wow it really works best 10 cent app, I've used this app probably ten thousand times over the years it works f****** amazing

Yes, it works as it says it does. Azumio needs to integrate the Samsung heart rate sensor at some point, there are many that won't mind paying for a fee for this feature.

doesn't work after updating

Doesn't remove the ads. Ads everywhere and often.

Great app. Works perfectly with my Pixel 2 XL. I've been using it for a probably 5 years or more.

Good app! Works well. & Google fit integration.

too much ads for a paid app

Synchronization with Google fit not always working.

It works! That was 03/2015 Updated. Still works!

Purchased it and still ads

Not logging to fit since Android 9.0

Great app. For keeping track of your HR

Works fine on my Galaxy J6

Works great.

Very good

real help

Great thanks

Love it

This app used to do what it said, which was to start instantaneously and give you a good reading. Now this application insists that you either login or "ask me later" so it's never instantaneous. This version seems to fix a wildly inaccurate pulse count the previous version had, however that's core functionality for the application and it never, ever should have been released with broken core functionality. They care more about trying to gain logins rather than creating a good app and supporting the customers who already paid for the app. Giving it 2 stars because it at least seems to sometimes give the correct pulse reading. Lowered to 1 star as a heart rate slip that raises my pulse isn't useful. Uninstalling a purchased app (no help from their support). Yet another company trying to monetize paid users. Use the free version with ad block, don't bother to purchase, don't sign in--there are better tracking apps.

Fails to find pulse and does not work with stress monitor (like it says it does). The free version works fine so don't waste your money. Dropped to 1 star as support have failed to contact me.

Got the paid version. Had not used it for a year(forgot i bought it). used to be accurate. Now useless. What did you do to the app. And the nag screen to login so totally annoying. Uninstalled. Grrrrrrrrr

To deactivate the evil subscription ads, click on it, do not choose a plan. You should reach an ad with countdown timer. Let time expire, you won't see opening ad anymore. Still sucks and I don't recommend this company or it's apps.

Why can't it use the heart rate sensor on my phone instead of the regular camera and blinding flash?
